Spicy chicken sandwich keeps me coming back. It has the perfect crunch and breading, and thoroughly cooked even though it is slightly spicy. It is also made with real chicken breast as seen by the stringiness of the meat. The sandwich has no sauce in it, just a buttered bun, so you can request other sauces for your chicken as well as your fries. The fries are not salted, but you can salt them yourself. I never have any problems finding parking, however I tend to forget this place is usually closed on Sundays. Service is always great and quick. Love this place!

Best chicken I have ever had in a restaurant and the fresh squeezed lemonade in unbelievable — especially the Frosted Lemonade(mixed with ice cream)!

I was excited to know they had this restaurant in WA… finally! I heard it was delicious and had to give it a try. I had the chicken sandwich meal and it was very delicious. Crispy but not burnt, juicy but not soft, and flavorful but not overbearing. Fries were yummy and not salted badly… like a few others, I don’t like the use of Styrofoam cups but whatever. The food was yummy. Unfortunately this was before my allergies became near deadly-like. The ordering service is quick and they have a couple people standing out with Ipads ready and headsets to talk to those inside. The order seems great and you have the menu right there. I kind of feel like there is pressure, though, since it is so busy, and the waiter is just standing right next to your car door. Whatever, didn’t matter in the end because I still got my order in quick. The line seemed to go fairly quickly especially since you can bypass the main ordering board. The second time I went I ordered the chicken tender meal(thing). Yummy as well, juicy enough, crispy enough, flavorful enough — again! I ordered the barbecue sauce and was given buffalo, bad idea to try it as it had a bit of milk in it — any trace is terrible for me! Well, I know now and need to be super careful but I might not be able to go back anyways with all my allergies… I have to check in ahead of time before driving over, with a phone. Anyways, the people were friendly and quick, they were efficient and went right to your car to make sure they helped their customers fast. You go through two people before getting your food: 1) waiter 2) person to pay, then you get your food and you are all done. I don’t like the location being within Loews, but they can’t really help that now. However, it’s yummy food and I’d recommend it to non-gluten non-dairy allergy friends. :) Thanks for the yummy food and great service.

Besides the technical and electrical issues they were having that contributed to the long line and weird order taking, the food was good which is another reason why the line was long. Writing orders down by hand in the drive thru. Ouch. Food: 3 Service: 3

Giving 2 stars for this location. And they’re getting 2 because the service was good, I’d have given 1 otherwise. The food was awful. Fries were barely cooked, they were pale, soggy, raw potato tasting. I’m fairly certain the grilled chicken was microwaved. It had that weird slime that chicken gets in the microwave. I grew up in the south so I’m well aware what the food from chick fil a is supposed to taste like. This location(3rd time I’ve been here) cannot keep up when there is any sort of rush. This is a good thing, think of all the calories I will save by not eating here.

After a pointless recon visit to Staples for my supervisor, I looked across 196th and realized there was a Chick-fil-A. Never been, figured it was a good opportunity to check it out. Busy drive-through, so parked the car and ventured in. Long ordering line, but their cashier and cooking line set up are clearly efficient since went pretty fast. Very crowded indoor and outdoor dining area. I was still getting a straw for a large sweetened ice tea($ 1.99) and my order was ready. Driving back to work, tea tasted decent, comparable and cheaper than Starbucks. Didn’t care much for the styrofoam cup though. Ate the grilled chicken club sandwich($ 6.49) back at work… didn’t use the honey roasted BBQ sauce packet though. It was as advertised. Decent enough, but still trying to figure out why it generates the volume of devoted customers. At least, I can claim I gave it a spontaneous try.

Being from Vancouver, we don’t have Chick-fil-A so on a recent trip down south, we visited this fast food chain in a group of 16 and were pleased but not overly impressed. For a fast food restaurant, they have efficient and kind service which was a nice surprise. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and superfood salad with some large waffle fries to share with a friend. We also got chicken tenders until I learned that they are made in peanut oil so he had to eat them all by himself. Other than that, the grilled chicken was small but flavourful. The chick-fil-a sauce negated all the healthiness of grilled chicken but was very tasty! The waffle fries were a little soft and not the freshest but still tasty. the Superfood Side was a small kale salad that was good but again, sugary and not exactly«healthy». Overall, the food is fine and an okay price but don’t believe that its a healthy meal. Its a less indulgent fast food meal. I expected to be blown away a little more but … thats why we should hold our expectations too high.

My family and I enjoy coming here so much! The employees are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is super clean even down to the high chairs and the food is delicious. Thank you for providing such excellent service in! We go here quite often and will keep supporting you!!!

I was not impressed, very little flavor from anything, and I ordered the spicy sandwich! Sweet tea was overly sweet, fries were unsalted, and very plain. Spicy sandwich was not spicy at all, had no condiments at all, and was just plain. I don’t foresee a return in our future. The staff were all nice and accommodating.

Another tasty lunch! Super friendly staff and everyone seems to love their job. You can tell they treat the employees well. Food came out quick, as ordered and never wrong! Plenty of customers were in the dining area so tables were limited. Glad I was able to stop by and enjoy some tasty chicken!

This was my first time to Chick-fil-A and for a fast food place, I am impressed. –Menus are clear and visible with posted calorie content. –Orders are made to order and brought to your table. –Service is wonderful and so helpful –Restaurant was clean and there are little kids place mats you can stick on the tables –The toy that comes with the kid’s meal is a book –Chicken burgers were delicious and juicy –Salad with their avocado ranch dressing was so good, I finished every last leaf The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was their waffle fries. It’s too soggy for my taste. They also forgot the chicken in my salad, but was super nice when I brought it to their attention.

There was a lot of excitement surrounding the opening of Lynnwood’s Chic-Fil-A(which shares a parking lot with Lowes), and while the major hysteria has seemingly died down, there is still a steady stream of customers going through the drive through and dining inside the restaurant. We’ve hit the drive through 3 times since this location opened, and each time we’ve been happy. First of all, the proprietor of this Chic-Fil-A has some employees outside taking orders off an iPad-like device; thus, when the talking menu board is too busy, they take your orders for you. You literally roll up to the window, and get your order. My husband is a lover of all fast food joints, and surprisingly he went for one of Chic’s healthiest options — the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap. It seems a little/lot pricey at roughly $ 6 for a wrap, but he has devoured it at impressively fast rates. It should be noted that there are even VEGETABLES in this wrap — my husband HATES vegetables — and he still mows it down. It comes with an avocado ranch dressing(on the side, natch) and let me tell you, it’s really yummy to dip fries in! As for me, I have a tiny appetite so I have only ordered off the children’s menu. Their grilled chicken nuggets are insanely delicious, with a variety of savory spices; I opt for the *fresh* fruit cup(instead of fries, cuz I’m doing Weight Watchers) and that’s even impressive — including mandarin segments, apples, blueberries, and strawberries. Some things to improve upon(it’s a Chic-Fil-A thing, not just this location): please stop using Styrofoam! You have copious amounts of containers that your food comes in – namely, the kids meal has chicken nuggets in one plastic box, the fruit in another plastic box, and plastic cutlery. These can be recycled, but your Styrofoam cups cannot. It would be cool — and very Seattle-ish — to perhaps go to paper cups. Sure, they still kill the environment to a degree, but at least they’re recyclable. Will we be back? Yep, we’ve been 3 times and it’s a good standby when you’re in the area and have the growlies.

I would say so far this is the best Chik Fil A in Washington. I have been to all 3 multiple times and this place does not overdue it on the salt. For whatever reason the Bellevue and Tacoma locations has a chef that puts so much salt on their food. Not sure if I am the only one that notices this. Chik Fil A regardless of all the drama in the news still makes the best chicken sandwich for the price.

First time at a Chick-fil-A. . Walked in at 2pm to a packed place! Lines moved fast! service was no bad. One worker needed to work on their serving skills, did not hear my order well cause she was a bit twitterpated with her male co-worker(and got one thing wrong on my order and forgot one of my drinks. i only had two). The others though were awesome! One person offered to come and pick up one of our tray another refilled drinks! WOW! Thought this was a fast food?! I liked it though! There was a super nice older(then I) gentleman who offered to take my tray when I went to bring it to the garbage There was a tiny play place for the kiddos and glassed in(was actually quieter inside the play area) Food was fresh and tasty! My daughter ate all her food, and THAT’s good(shes picky with her chicken nuggets) Bathroom I took a quick glance at but defiantly was clean! I would defiantly be coming again when I am in the area

We were visiting in the area and when lunch time came around we looked for something that would be quick and easy. Well the easy part was right but, wow were they crowded. It was a Saturday, next to a mall and a Lowe’s so we should have known. We found a table and went up to get our order. It took a little while but, once you order they have you go sit and then they bring your order to the table. The chicken is so tasty and good and the fries are spectacular. We have visited many other Chick-fill-A’s and always find them constantly very good. This place was no exception. It is easy to see why it is so popular and crowded.

Wasn’t planning on a stop here, but there it was, the notorious Chick-Fil-A that everyone’s been talking about, across from Lowe’s at Alderwood Mall. Quick text to my friend well-versed in Amurrican Fast Food cannon and I had my quest set out before me to get the Spicy Chicken sandwich with waffle fries, nuggets, and a lemonade. The manager on-duty Tom greeted me and took my order. When I told him it was my first time he insisted I try all the sauces and explained their differences. Before I even found my seat a friendly server came out and had my order on a tray ready to go. Seconds after sitting I hear my name and the manager comes out to give me a box of chicken tenders on the house! This never happened ever at McDonalds. I text my friend and he says I hit the jackpot. Haha awesome. Good to eat here: Chicken tenders w/BBQ, honey mustard, or Chick-Fil-A sauce, and lemonade(which you can also have turned into an Arnold Palmer). Things I would pass on: sandwiches until they upgrade their thin flaky tasteless bread, the waffle fries because they get cold fast! and the Polynesian sauce. Seattle Bucket List checked.

Curse you, Chick-fil-a; I was so prepared not to like you. I was judging you solely on your politics, but I decided I should judge you on what you actually DO, not what you believe. So, your politics are dicey, but the food was wonderful. Since the Lynnwood store just opened, the lines for drive thru were super long, so we decided to park and walk in. We were intimidated by the line, which went out the door, but were so impressed by how fast it went. We ordered chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and drinks. The waffle fries are LEGIT! The dipping sauces are awesome, too. The staff is amazing — so very helpful, polite and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Finally able to try this after all the hype. And it certainly lived up to it. First off, GETTHEHOUSESAUCE! 1 pack of sauce isn’t enough. Holy shit, that stuff is delicious. It’s like a mix between honey mustard and bbq and I wanted to smother it all over my sandwich and fries. I tried the spicy chicken deluxe and the waffle fries and wow! The chicken was a thick cut, VERY crispy on the outside, and super juicy on the inside. Best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The crispy waffle fries did not disappoint either and tasted amazing with the house sauce. Don’t be intimidated by the long line. There was about 20 – 25 cars in the drive-thru lane and I only had to wait 15 minutes for the food. There was a person who went down the line to take our order while we waited in line.
