Food is decent, but the employees have little to no customer service, and don’t know the menu very well. Won’t return again.

Simply the worst customer service I have seen at a Subway! I been here several times, and for the most part the people behind the counter are pretty nice, and seem to appreciate your business. I went in for lunch today, and the woman behind the counter was rude, non responsive and simply seemed like she hated being there. Not even a simple «can I help you?» She just stares at you. I work real close to this place, and drop at least $ 30 a week on lunch here. NEVER AGAIN will I come here based on her attitude. If I want that type of treatment …, wait, I don’t want that type of treatment! I’ll go to 7 11 next door and eat their food before I ever step foot in their Establishment again! Sometime customer service is just as important as the Quality of your food. This place lacks both!

The Bond movie sucked! So we rewarded ourselves with a Chicken Teriyaki for her and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub for me. Quick service for what was a surprisingly complex number of choices to make. But the price was right, the food fresh and the place clean. Thanks!

They do not prepare their food properly. My girlfriend and I on separate occasions have gotten food poisoning from this subway. AVOID eating here at all costs, you’ll thank me later.

Food is good… But let’s face it when you go to Subway… You want the sandwich to be made not messy and have an equal amount of food…

I went in to get a sandwich last night, and noticed the Sandwich maker ring up a customer, then roll new gloves in her hands and put them on. When I asked her to wash her hands, she told me no. I almost got into a fight because she refused to wash her hands. It was so bad the other employee finally said she would do it and asked the first employee to step aside. I will never go back to this Subway! So unsanitary.

The sub sandwich shop concept still needs tinkering.
Been here a few times and each time, the Latina employees lack the intangibles that make for a pleasantly memorable experience. Maybe the menu is too confusing. Maybe they just expect you to know what you want and treat them like some sandwich-​making biotch. Whatever it is, I am non-​plussed at coming here, despite several attempts.
The sandwiches themselves are standard. Nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either. And, in this day of ultra-​competitive sub shops, someone needs to stand out for their service because whether it is Potbelly, Jersey Mike’s, or Jimmy Johns, your food makes the cut. It’s the service that makes you a cut above.
And, no one has «it» right now. Maybe it’s time to pay more attention to the other franchises…

Been here a few times and they do a good job, love the veggie options at Subway. They have a veggie patty now that gives more substance to the sandwich especially if you don’t eat cheese.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I ordered a large ice tea with my meal and they were out of ice tea. They refused to make more. I asked for a refund and neither of the employees knew how to use the cash register. The male employee randomly handed me a couple dollars and said I should be happy with that. He was inaccurate in the refund amount. I asked for a breakdown of what I paid for and he got very rude and called me cheap. I asked him to repeat what he said and he said it again. I told him I wanted his name and his manager’s number. He refused. He proceeded to yell at me and I told him I would be contacting his manager. This man needs to be fired. He is a horrible person that should not be representing Subway.
