Quiznos

I don’t know what any one of these are talking about. The food is done in a fast and timely manner despite being in a mall… A MALL! I believe A. T was being extremely unreasonable in the fact that they came after the mall closed. Sure it doesn’t take long to make one sandwich, I’m sure they were mostly done pre cleaning and to take out the meat, bread, etc would mean more cleaning. They have a home, too. It’s not all about you. Plus, the manager is very friendly and I enjoy going there every other day. Oh, and what’s with the people complaining about coupons? The coupon CLEARLY STATES WHERE IT CAN BE REDEEMED. Don’t get angry for your stupidity.

I give this place 2 stars, despite the fact I think Quiznos is one of the better sandwich chains– they are MUCH better then Jimmy Johns or Subway– this one however isn’t one of the better Quiznos, which is sad IMO, from my experience it starts at the top as the Quiznos at 176^th and Meridian in Puyallup is AWESOME– from its owner down to the employees, this one however took a different road.
The owner really needs to get a hold of the Puyallup Quiznos to learn better customer relation skills.
In regards to prices which another person thought was high– yes they are higher then Subway but you get more meat and better products here– so as long as the food is great I dont mind paying a little bit more.

My parents and I go there all the time, and get very good service ! My parents can’t eat certain things and Young Park always remembers this. He and his wife are always smiling, warm and friendly, and their food is always fresh :-). We will continue to eat here !

I went here on a Sunday, thinking the mall closed at 8 instead of 7. I looked at the clock on my phone and noticed as I was walking up to the Quizno’s counter that it read 6:49pm. As soon as I got up there, one of the guys in the back instantly told me that they were closed. So I replied, «Oh, what time does the mall close?» He didn’t even answer my question, just shook his head and looked the other way. EXCUSE ME?! If it weren’t for the two friendly girls who were patiently waiting for their subs telling me what time the mall closes, I would’ve ripped them a new one. I didn’t even see any of the other food vendors closing; all of them were packed, still serving food, and still had their lights on. Seriously? You can’t even make ONE MORE sub in under 10 minutes?
I really wanted to call the manager and complain, but then I remembered that the manager isn’t too friendly either so I opted for a Unilocal review. To be honest, this Quizno’s doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, but it really deserved this review so I guess I had to make a sacrifice. :P

Although the owner/​staff of this location can be very very careful about the amount of toppings they place on their items and will not honor most corporate promotions– the store always has the owner and his wife standing behind the counter smiling and ready to help. This couple must work an insane amount of hours and it is clear they care about the business. The quality of the sandwich is always great and the toasted items are never burnt.

I’ll NEVER go back here again. I requested no cheese or dressing b/​c I’m allergic to dairy, but they still put both on. When I told the girl I had asked for no cheese, she said I could just take it off. Well, um, the cheese was MELTED onto the meat, so I would have had to take half the meat out of the sandwich to get rid of the cheese. Then she asks if I just don’t like cheese or if I’m allergic. When I told her I am allergic, she said, «you know, the dressing also has dairy in it.» Um, I asked for NO dressing. The employees simply do not care about special requests. (oh, and I asked for no onion, which is personal preference, and YES they did put those on too.) Poor service!

Located in the Terraces food court in Alderwood Mall, this Quizno’s serves the standard, pretty good food that Quizno’s is known for. But the owner is kind of nasty. He wanted to charge my (teen) daughter about $ 2.00 for a couple of paper cups filled with tap water. We won’t go back.
