Aldercrest Auto Rebuild

Came in to have a lip spoiler color match painted and the service was exceptional. Turn around time was less than a day, paint matched perfectly, and they even assisted me with the install. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The people are fantastic. Highly recommended.

When someone rear ended me and took out the back corner of my car/​tail light they made it look like new. In addition, they popped out and buffed up a scrape I had obtained totally unrelated to the accident (and on the opposite side of the car) free of charge. Their business has many awards for committing to environmentally friendly practices. Their customer service was excellent, they were genuine and friendly. My parents have used this business too and had nothing but positive experiences.

Have had 2 great experiences with Aldercrest. I ran over a curb and they were able to repair all the body damage so that it looks as good as new. Then a year later I was hit and run, and again they did a perfect job repairing the damage. Matt helped me both times and was really good at communicating along the way during the process and keeping me up to date on my car’s progress. Will use them as long as they are around!

Our MB CLS 550 caught the corner of the garage door on the way out. Some house paint got on the finish. We took our car to Gerber, (who has previoiusly done a lot of work for us) and we got a $ 2,000 estimate. It seemed high and we decided to check elsewhere. The Service Tech at MB Lynnwood said to take the car to Aldercrest, that’s who they used, to have a look at it. My wife went to Aldercrest and asked the service rep for a quote. He said for her to take a short walk and come back. When she returned all of the house paint was off the car and it looked BRAND NEW AGAIN. These people are incredible and we won’t have anyone else do body or paint work on our car. Thank you Aldercrest for providing exceptional customer service.

I’m blown away by how fantastic the customer service is here. My Honda Accord got hit on the driver side doors by a Ford Explorer on I-​5. It ended up taking 50-​some days (the center pillar was cracked, both doors had to be replaced, and lots of parts had to be ordered during a busy time of the year), and even still I have nothing but praise after this experience. Nick, the owner, is old-​school in his customer service style; he treats you like a cousin or a neighbor, and makes sure all your questions are answered and that you have as little inconvenience as possible. Kyle (the guy assigned to my car) was fantastic at calling with updates, keeping me in the loop every step of the way, explaining everything that was being fixed, and checking and double checking that everything was perfect. When my insurance company’s 30-​day car rental allowance ran out, Nick gave me a loaner. When Kyle heard that there was a little road noise audible from the back door after I picked up my car, he immediately got me on the schedule to make it right (at no cost, of course). Overall, they seem to REALLY care about doing the job right.
The car looks great. I’m not a big car person, but it looks and functions like it did before the accident, which is all I care about. But even more importantly, I love knowing that if anything ever happended again (hopefully not) Nick and his staff would do whatever it takes to make it right, and make it as stress-​free for me as possible.

A friend recommended Aldercrest Auto Rebuild to me after I scraped the side of my car on a parking post. I showed up, they took a quick look and told me to come back the next morning. I showed up the next morning, 30 minutes later my car was buffed and polished. It looked like new and NO charge to me!

This is an over due review but here is goes! Back in December I got a brand new shiny Mazda 3 Hatchback. 3 weeks later I came out to my car to find the horror that it had been side swiped (or backed into with a truck bed — still cant tell which one most likely happened) on the front drivers side of the car. Needless to say after many a curse word I got on the phone with my insurance and they had Aldercrest Auto Rebuild listed as one of their prefered auto repair shops. So off with my banged up new car I went to Aldercrest!
When I arrived I got a quote and estimate within minutes and they had already recieved the work order from PEMCO within the 15 minute time span it took me to get there. I was put on the books for a few weeks out since my car was driveable (and they are just that busy unless its an extreme case) and given a copy of the estimate.
Fast forward a few weeks later, after I dropped my car off, it was time for me to pick her up! When I came into the office they gave me the keys and told me that the car was around back and asked if I wanted to go get it or if I wanted them to bring it around front. I told them it was fine if I went and got her myself. Upon approaching my Mazda I knew that I had come to the right spot to have her repaired! She was gleaming, looking fresh off the lot worthy and did not have a scratch on her! I am so thankful to Aldercrest Auto Rebuild for fixing my new car and making her look as good as new! You guys rock!

My perfect Mercedes did battle with a semi truck back in 2007. Mercedes of Lynnwood recommended Nick and his crew. They made it like new, perfect. But the main reason for my review today is not for the fantastic job they did but for guarantying and standing behind their work. After nine years I took it back for a water leak in the trunk. They fixed it with a smile, washed. vacuumed and promptly returned it. No charge. Who does that?
Next up, let’s see what they can do with my 66 Mustang? Can’t wait

I can’t say enough about my experience with Kyle and everyone else here! Besides my car looking FABULOUS, you know that they really cherish your business! If you need auto body work high highly recommend Aldercrest, it’s the only place I will ever go again!

These guys were amazing! I went in for a quick estimate, and they were able to take care of my repair right away! And even more amazing there was no charge! Even though I offered to pay and it was something minor any other auto shop would’ve definitely charged for it and made me wait! My husband is very particular about our cars and he recommended that I go to them, and I’m sure glad that I did! I will definitely use them again!

My family members have used Aldercrest over the years and strongly recommended them after my Dodge Durango was rear ended on the freeway. I picked up my vehicle today and am now going to be a lifelong customer and will recommend this shop to everyone I know. From my first phone call to when I picked up my car, I received stellar service. The price was great and the work is excellent. They even washed my car inside and out. Now here is the kicker. I went in for a rear bumper repair and they just happened to notice that my front bumper needed some minor repair when my hubby hit our fence. They straightened the bumper and buffed out the fence paint. They fixed it for free and it was a total surprise! The owner said it was an easy fix and he had a tech waiting to start a new job anyway. I was nearly in tears when he told me that they fixed the front bumper too.

I cannot say enough or speak more highly of Aldercrest. I’m not one to typically leave a review but after yet another stellar experience I felt compelled, they certainly deserve it. We’ve been going to Aldercrest for about 8 – 9 years now, it all started with a recommendation from a local Lexus dealership. Our most significant dealing was with our Lexus IS, we got rear-​ended while stopped and the other drive was going about 50, pushed into the car in front of us– needless to say the car took a huge hit that day. I was hoping that it would be totaled due to resale, nope. Long story short, I made one trip in after the car got towed to the shop, that was to pick it up. The best part is that after that accident, a few smaller hit and runs, we decided to sell the car (curse). With the detailed estimate/​receipt and lifetime warranty, I had no issue finding a buyer even though the Carfax showed a few accidents, even sold it for more than KBB valued it at which speaks to the quality of the work.
In these 8 – 9 years we’ve probably been in as paying customers, (insurance and private pay), 5 – 6 times. The flip side with Aldercrest is that when we’ve had small issues they’ve taken care of us. I’ve probably been in 3 other times where they’ve done some buffing, polishing, paint touch-​up at no cost. The latest was today, I have a black 2015 Toyota Tundra. I was in a parking lot and a shopping cart got the best of me (not my proudest moment), a 6 foot scratch down the side of a virtually new truck. I was convinced it would require paint. Similar to other customer stories, I took it in to see what could be done, he took my keys, I walked to grab a coffee, came back and the scratch was gone. Again, no charge!
I honestly don’t think he recognized me as a long-​time customer which speaks to their fantastic customer service. They are a business, in it to make money but they recognize the value of customer service, they could have had me make an appointment and charged me $ 200+ to take this last scratch out and I would have paid it; instead they rely on my word of mouth and my return business. They will continue to get both!

The job they did was good, BUT they took twice as long as expected… We were told it was going to take about two weeks to get my car back. Two weeks goes by, and they say it will just be a few more days. A few more days goes by, and they say it will take another few days. At this point I’m frustrated. A few days go by, and they say that it’s about to be painted and that it will be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around and it isn’t ready yet. We call back, and they say the same thing. This same thing goes on for FIVE DAYS. For FIVE DAYS they told us the exact same thing. «It’s about to get painted, put back together, and detailed, it will be ready tomorrow». I finally got my car back today. They did do a pretty good job, but the customer service was terrible. If you’re some kind of masochist that doesn’t care when they lie to your about your car, then choose Aldercrest Auto Rebuild.
Otherwise, nah.

Walked in there, wanting to get my stripped screw out from a DIY boo boo, these guys took care of it at very timely manner! You guy rock!

My wife hit a deer with our 2006 Lexus and pretty much destroyed the entire front left of the car. Aldercrest happened to be on my insurance company’s preferred list so all that part of it went very smoothly.
They did great work. The car looks better than when we bought it used. Perfect paint match.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I am very pleased with their work and their service. I have no idea if their pricing is competitive or not but if they are on Hartford’s preferred list they must be competitive.
Any bad reviews you read on other sites I would seriously discount. I think that most of the time the customer’s expectations were unreasonable or there was a failure to communicate which may be at least partially the customer’s fault.
I would send my friends there in a heartbeat.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I stopped by ten minutes before closing tonight with an issue I acquired driving my new F-​150 through the worst dust storm I have ever seen. Some dirt had worked its way between the tie down straps snd the paint. It looked like someone took sandpaper to the paint where the straps were. I knew it was close to closing time and was just looking for a quote. Nick and the guys asked for my keys and told me to relax in the office for a few minutes. I was expecting them to take a look and work up a quote. Instead of a quote they returned the truck about ten minutes later with the scratches buffed out and the truck like new and ready to go. This shop will get ALL of my future business and referrals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks guys!!!

Someone backed into my car the other week. I brought in my car to Aldercrest this past Monday and just picked up the car today (Thursday). Nick and Kyle were awesome! I was running late in rush hour traffic and they stayed open 10 minutes past closing time to accommodate me. Not only did they repair my car, but they touched up some paint scratches. Kyle fully detailed my car and even waxed it! I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the job they did! Highly recommend! Thanks, guys!

Best experience I have had dealing with an auto body shop. They were able to get my work done next day and ended up costing me less then their estimated price and it turned out perfect. I will be using them again if I am in need of auto body work. Thank you guys very much!

This is a post from my Mother that went into Aldercrest this morning.
Nick and the staff at Aldercrest Auto are absolutely the BEST! I took my car in last year for some repair work for damage caused by someone else. The work was done as promised and on time. Today, I had a minor repair I needed in order to leave on a trip at noon. Even though the local dealership couldn’t guarantee they would have time to look at it in time, Nick said to bring it in and they would look at it right away. They got it fixed in less than an hour so I could leave on time.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I heard Nick dealing with numerous people on the phone and in person and was very accommodating to all.

My dad’s car got side-​swiped and the driver’s side mirror broke off. I went to an auto parts store and got a new mirror. I brought it in to Aldercrest and they put it on it for free. It took about 10 minutes.
