Emerald City Harley-Davidson

Really appreciate the «over & above» efforts of the service-​team from Emerald City. I was in the process of purchasing a used bike with a real short window of time to validate the condition of the bike’s engine (wanted to have a compression and leak-​down test done to fully understand the tightness of the low mileage motor). That said, they sent Sean to my house with a trailer to pick up the bike and hauled it straight to their shop to conduct the tests. Their normal hours of operation would have them closing down right at 6:00 pm but stayed a little longer (I was dealing with heavy traffic) to give me the chance to pick it up and discuss the testing outcomes with the technician who actually did them (Scott). Long story short, I was able to finalize the purchase only because of the «over and above» actions of their Service Team and I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area needing Service or a New Bike… it’s the PEOPLE that make the «difference» in a Harley Davidson Dealership and I’m really thankful these guys really understand that.

Just purchased my first Harley. These guys are awesome! Go see Bryan in sales! He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back for next bike and sending all my friends to see them.

Bruce in service, this is who every CSR job should model after. He went above and beyond taking care of our bike and telling us about recall info (which we were just in for an oil change). From the time we dropped the bike off til the time we picked it up, we were kept in the loop about what was going on, how long it would take, etc. When we arrived back to pick the bike up today, he was there with it waiting.
Had a question outside his realm so we were directed up to the front desk where we again received exceptional service from the woman running the desk. Her phone was ringing off the hook yet we still felt we had all of her attention and all of our questions answered. We’ve been to many Harley dealers and not all of them operate in this manner. Kudos to Emerald City for hiring the best staff around.

They not only got rid of their best parts guy but their turnover rates on employees is insane. The manager, Chris, could not find an item number for a hip bag and I had to find the item number for him since he couldn’t figure it out himself. The hip bag was purchased in March 2014 and had warranty work done less than 2 monthes from the purchase because the hardware was too heavy for the leather. Worn 3 times that summer I was excited to pull it out for this riding season. When I went to put it on and pit my ohone in it, the bag literally detached (with the reinforcement fabric) on one side and the other was half falling off. I went to the store wanting it fixed, replaced, or given credit as it is an obvious defective product as the fabric couldn’t withstand the hardware but somehow my purchase and warranty work had miraculously disappeared from the system. People buy Harley products because they are suppose to last and have great warranties but I refuse to ever purchase any accessories through them again with 1) the attitude I got, and 2) the fact that they are selling products that are not quality. I also noticed they only have 1 hip bag on the website instead of the 10ish they typically have. I have contacted head resources and if that doesn’t go well then I will be forced to file small claims court.

Been here many times to get parts for my bike. Good prices and service. Usually buy my bikes at a different dealership as they’ve been cheaper. I do all my own service so I can’t say anything regarding that. My only encounter with service was to price out an ape hanger install. They wanted $ 400+ bucks. Did it myself for $ 150.00.

The service department is dishonest. Do not take your bike here if you don’t like being over charged. They are a joke.

The shoe department is horrible. Sold my husband a used pair of boots. When he got home with them and gave them to me, the tags were cut off them and thrown in the box. Dog hair was inside the boots, the inside emblem on the inside soles are half worn off, and cleary creased on the outside showing all the signs of clearly previouslly being worn. Shoe department intists they are new. Sure ok. Keep your used boots. At $ 219.00, my money will be spent for new ones.

Emerald city H-​D is one of the most incompetent, idiotic retail stores I’ve ever had to deal with. Long story, but I will say kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and they kept failing. They have no one there with the skills and training that they should have. If you want proper advice and friendly service I would suggest Sound H-​D or Lawless both places have very knowledgable and friendly staff.

It’s a Harley store so of. course I should love it… but man! Ordered a clock for my bike and it’s broken before I could even use. Also I was trying to get upgraded parts like a comfy seat and I was given 2 seats that completely didn’t work, not even close and the parts guy just goes… hmmmmm and that was it. Ahhh ok! I’ll go to the other Harley stores!

Just bought my first Harley from the sales manager Johnny. I called around to a number of dealers, but couldn’t find the color I wanted. Emerald City didn’t have it either, so they swapped the tank out from another bike at no charge. And the guys in the service department are absolutely top-​notch. I told them I thought the suspension was too stiff, so they offered to adjust it for me (also at no charge). I can’t recommend this dealer enough.

Great inventory, clean and organized store. What compelled me to write this review was the quality of customer service provided by a sales rep named Frank. This fellow spent an hour with me telling me about the different bikes and why buy Harley. He was very knowledgeable, receptive and not pushy at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to check this place out, i would highly recommend it

This place is just for motor clothes and gift items. It’s a small store, but conveniently located right in downtown for travelers. You can find a decent selection of shirts and gifts to take home. Nothing spectacular, but it works.

I had a money left on a gift card. I didn’t remember how much. When I was checking out, cashier told me they don’t accept this card anymore. Since this store changed their name they split with Cycle Barn. Now Cycle Barn is now cashing gift cards or. i guess you can buy stuff.
I decided to go to Cycle Barn, but I had no time and decided to come there later.
I had been going to H-​D store for about 7 years.
Usually I had nice experience. The store is normally clean and well organized.
Stuff is pretty friendly.
The store has been going thru several owners in the last a few years. But I did not notice changes other then more empty space and only one brand– Harley-​Davidson and Name is changed.
I think I will be able to use my card yet.

Tourist spot…

A Harley Store? Of course I had to stop. All these years riding and I don’t own a single Harley t-​shirt or any Harley clothing. I can’t believe it myself.
So I noticed a lot of shirts here. Boo. nothing on my size ;(
But one handsome bike is just sitting there waiting to be touched… mounted…enjoyed and abused. Well– I would gladly oblige but for all the things I wanted to do with that bike. I didn’t have time right there…

This harley dealer doesn’t appear to sell motorcycles or parts — seems like a clothing store.
They appear to have the entire motorclothes line and more, so that’s good, but I’ve never seen a harley dealer without motorcycles before.
