EXCEL Dental & Dentures

Ok, here it goes! After months and months of going back and forth to different dentists to get my denture measurements etc., i finally found this place, EXCEL. well, after waiting and waiting to hear back from them when they were forwarded my x-​rays from my dentist, i called well i spoke to Dr Choi, and right off the bat he tells me that he did not receive my xrays, and that they do NOT do partials. Ok, here is the part where i got mad, yes mad, after being thrown here and there and then this! well, who is he to tell me i would not like my partial? well, fast forward, the place will not work with me, and i offered an apology!!! which i should of not had to do, but i did… I would not recommend this place, for the way they handle business, it was not MY fault, and not only that, he gave me some story on how the email from my dentist, ended up in his «junk mail» which i later was told! TERRIBLE! way to handle a situation… terrible! So, now here is the 21^st of July and this place does not have the compassion to email me back and let me be seen. How is it that us poor folk that have to have state aid get treated so crappy? Well, I will continue to Unilocal… I DID NOTHING WRONG… they are being very mean
