This store has given me outstanding service and great prices for over ten years now. Quite often they can fit me in the same day for an oil change, their prices are always competitive, and they were a couple hundred dollars less expensive on the big tuneup that hits every 30,000 on a Dodge Ram.

I gave this Goodyear another shot, 6 months ago after having two terrible experiences 4 and 5 years ago. They ran a special for tires and I figured they had a turnover in personnel so I gave them another shot, I bought 4 tires and a battery, was talked into an alignment (which with 4 new tires wasn’t a bad idea,) and then talked into their 3 year alignment special. A free alignment every 6 months for 3 years. $ 885.00, All I asked was to take one of the existing tires and make it my spare, as my spare was flat. When I got home I realized that they had not changed the spare, so I took it back and was told «well I don’t know where your tires are because I threw them into the heap.» I asked them to go and look for it and thy refused. Strike 3! Then, like an idiot, I went back for my first 6 month alignment. I had gone in the day before but they told me since I didn’t have an appt I had to wait, but he asked if I could wait till tomorrow, he could get me in at noon. I agreed. I got there at 11 and asked if they could get me in early and Eric said probably and to come back in an hour and a half. He told me that it was the busiest day of the year. I came back at 12:30 and thanked him for getting it done and he said «oh, it hasn’t gone in yet.» I inquired why and he said that he told me he couldn’t guarantee he would get it in early. I asked him why he couldn’t get me in on time at my noon appt time and he just stared me like deer a headlight. He told me that they were rolling it in right now. A half hour later, my car hadn’t moved so I asked for me keys back. I asked him to refund me the difference between an alignment and the 3 year deal and he said he’d have to ask the manager. I said OK and he just stood there. A full minute went by and I asked if he was going to ask the manager and he said yes. The service manager came back and said he couldn’t make that decision, the store manager needed to and he wasn’t in. I asked why the manager wouldn’t be in on the busiest day of the year and again, deer in headlights. So the service manager called the manager and the manager refused but it told me to call Corporate to see if they would refund. Unfortunately for the store manager I had to tell corporate this entire story and they wouldn’t be happy. I called them, and they did refund but I will never go back to this goodyear or any other goodyear ever again. 4 bad experiences is enough.

Open at 9AM on a Sunday morning, friendly and knowledgeable staff, in and out with new tires very quickly, the price was a couple of dollars less than they originally quoted me, and IHOP next-​door for breakfast. Car maintenance is never particularly fun, but I can’t think of a single complaint to make about this Goodyear. Nathan, the guy at the counter, was very friendly and efficient.

Please do not go here. Service mgr, Eric sewell, does not take care of customer. Wait 2hrs for oil change. Never sorry to customer. Miserable place. Find different place.

Very bad service, not friendly !!! Really bad customer service !! They didn’t helpful, really worse

I brought my car to Goodyear after I ran over a large screw to get the tire fixed. The very friendly lady in the office called to let me know the tire wasn’t fixable, but recommended I buy 4 new tires for a little over $ 1,000. When I said that wasn’t in the budget today, she recommended 2 new tires. We knew we still had plenty of time left on our tires, and really just wanted to buy one tire. We decided to take it to Discount Tire instead since they sell our brand of tires, and what do you know? They were able to FIX the tire… for FREE! Also they did recommend we get new tires, but we have several months before needing to do so. So glad I didn’t get rushed into a $ 1,000 decision without checking further into the issue.

My tires were completely worn through as I could not afford to replace them in a very long time. These guys replaced my tires, fixed my alignment, AND fixed my front brakes (which I had not realized were bad). I did not find them to be overly priced in comparison to other repair shops in the area (which all seem pricey to me), and the gentlemen I dealt with were very polite. It’s been a few weeks since the new tires and repairs, and my car feels like new.

No stars here bad repairs matters made worse. Unbelievable there still in business they did more harm to my vehicle than it started with. A relative of mind was a technician here I asked him to leave the shady shop he did, its wrong to be so bad.

I am updating this review. Being overly harsh is not my style. Still, this place did not own up to their mistake and seems quite happy holding on to my money. The problem ended up being something else after having the car checked out by a knowledgeable expert at Hangkook. I’ve got two new tires, balanced and rotated and ready for winter. I am still taking up this claim with the BBB.

I agree Eric has very good customer service while manager, Paul has absolutely no personality!

Got an oil change here because it was cheap.

0 stars for the awful burning oil smell for the next 2 weeks because they spilled oil all over the engine.

These guys ripped my friend off and kept her car overnight did no work to it and is now charging her $ 300 for not even fixing a mistake they made. They worked on her tires and every lugnut but one tore off as she was driving on the freeway. Her wheel almostcame off and she couldve been seriously hurt and they wont even accept responsibility and own up to their mistakes. I do not recommend getting your car serviced here, they will only disappoint and maybe even set you up for failure just so you’ll come back to get more service done.

The store manager, Eric, is awesome and always takes good care of me and my cars. I can’t say much for the assistant manager, Robert, though. Very poor customer service skills. I try to go when he’s not there and deal with Eric directly.
