I can always count on Jae for tire issues. I trust him because he always helps me find the low-​cost solution which is what I need. I don’t drive any high-​performance cars. He helps me find the bang for my buck on tires and charges me only $ 15 labor per tire. This is where I bring all my family members’ cars for tires. I also have been recommending this place to all my friends. I have been happy with my new tires for my Corolla, Civic, Acura, and Sienna.

Jae is the best! Knowledge is second to nobody. He tells the truth and is a great advisor.

I was so tired by waiting line for Costco service and I don’t like to get scam with poor quality tire from Les Schwab. So I decided to find a local tire store located in Lynnwood, WA.
The owner has passion on his job and very knowledgable on car mechanics.
1) quick and precise service.
2) reasonable price line
3) high quality of tire
I recommend this place to my other friends and they are happy to have good tire and service.

These guys are great.
Had to slap on some new tires for the girlfriends car and they by far had the cheapest rate of all the calls I made. I brought in my own set of tires. Definitely will be back when I need to put on a new set of my own for my car.
I spoke to Jae over the phone and he was honest right off the bat about the TPMS sensors in her car. Told me he didn’t want to get paid for something he didn’t have to do. I was sold, made an appt. and got in the next day. In and out of the shop within an hour. Pretty cool guys as well!

I got referred by a few of my friends to go to Hankook tires so I tried this place out for the first time today for my 1995 M3. I would like to start off by saying Jae (the owner) is VERY helpful, friendly, polite, honest and knowledgeable. He explains every little detail so that the customer will clearly understand what is going on with the car. Although I don’t know too much about cars, Jae did a marvelous job explaining and giving me recommendations of what could be done. He isn’t pushy and wants the customers the best for the customers. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants top notch price, professional service, and expedient work. The workers here work diligently and don’t mess around! I have to say, it’s worth every penny and you will leave this place satisfied. I would recommend this place for people wanting to get new tires, installation, alignment, and more!

Being an automotive enthusiast with a love for vehicles of all varieties, Jae and his team at Hankook is the only place I recommend to my friends for alignment and tires. I’ve sent plenty of cars with severe alignment issues to them and they’ve never once let me down. I think what I like most is the detailed reports telling you why your car was out of alignment and what adjustments they need to make.
In terms of tires, they’re going to give you the best deal on the Hankook brand obviously, but they’re capable of getting any brand in. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my vehicles. I like to read reviews from same car owners before making a decision. Jae and his staff have always given me the best local price and their prices are generally very competitive with online outlets as well.
I swear by Hankook and will never again go to a big box retailer (‘Schwab, Good Year, etc) again. These guys are the best in the biz.

Would definitely recommend this shop. I had purchased some tires from
(great experience with them, BTW), they had free shipping to one of their recommended installers (Hankook Tire Lynnwood), they had good reviews compared to some of the other installers. The tires arrived the same day I ordered them (wow!), I dropped the car off on a Saturday when they opened at 10am, knew it would take about an hour/​hour and a half, was done around 11:20 or so, very happy with that. Not only that, but I had asked them to do a high speed/​road force balance, which they did as a courtesy for no additional cost over the quoted install price from the
website (never assume they’ll do this, this was a very nice surprise). The car drives fantastic, no shaking at all, am VERY pleased with the whole experience and will use these guys again for any mount/​balancing needs.

i got a flat tire on thanksgiving:(even though they wernt open jae got ahold of me and was so helpfull! they didnt have my tire in stock but he was willing to help me on a holliday! Cant beat the customer service!

The adage says, «You get what you pay for.» I find that phrase to be very powerful. Most associate it with being frugal always costs you more in the end. That’s not my style, I believe in the best, and not over paying for goods. So for me the adage means I should get exactly what I expect, when I expect it, for the greed upon price. Anything else puts me at a loss.
Lynnwood Tire, aka Hankook Tire is one of the local distributors for Malone Tune. My intent after taking a half day off work to have this service done was to spend my money and get exactly what was advertised, especially since the half day off work was required after his last minute reschedule of my appointment. After driving 90 minutes in traffic with a temperature pushing 100 degrees, it was the shortest appointment in history. The owner, Jae, told me he misunderstood what I wanted and told me I would need to have more work done before he could perform the service.
At that point I made sure everything was crystal clear and I told Jae that I was not happy to have lost a half day of work and have to face 2 hours of reverse traffic on my way home. I said I would be back, but informed Jae that he needed to provide service to prevent this type of error from repeating.
I scheduled a new appointment and advised that I wanted it to be my last. Like before, after confirming my appointment, Jae pushed my time earlier in the day. Not wanting to risk losing more pay. I went to work early for early exit. The drive was again 90 minutes, only this time, drivers were all over the road because they were trying to drive and watch the Blue Angles. When I showed up, Jae told me he literally only had a few minutes in order to get my cat ready, but he talked to me for about 10 minutes, it was at that point, I knew his stall was an effort to give me the impression we just missed out, AGAIN! I stopped him and said, if we only have minutes, here are the keys, get the car into the shop.
He took my keys, then the phone rang. Next thing I know, he walks back in, goes to the computer and stars quoting tire prices. Not only was I here 1^st, but I am a guaranteed sell, don’t disrespect me like that! After nearly 10 minutes, I walk into his office and say, «Do you want me to bring the car around?», at that point he got it. I was pissed and told myself if this didn’t come together today, I was gonna have a fit. I waited more than an hour, then said I was going to get something to eat and I would be back. About 10 minutes later, Jae send me a text stating that it’s not going to work out, but he will makes it right if I come back for a 3^rd time.
I decided to call Malone Tune and make sure that they are available, since previous issues had been blamed on them. It was at that time I was informed that Malone Tune was closed for vacation and Jae had not been honest with me about my appointment or confirmation.
Malone Tune asked me to return and advised that they would be on standby if I had any issues. Once there, Jae put me on the back burner. It should have taken him 5 minutes tops to flash my cars computer, but he had to help 3 other people and do 5 other things before getting to me, even though again, I had a scheduled appointment. He also told me he would get me a good discount to make up for the drama, but guess what, after 8 hours in my car, a couple hours at his shop and losing a half days pay, his big discount was $ 10 which equaled 3% Sorry bro, this was you opportunity to step up and make it right and YOU BLEW IT!
Nice guy, but not ready to be a business owner and the lies, miscommunication and deception would keep me from returning or recommending. This is another example of why Unilocal should allow 0 star review. Couldn’t be more disappointed with Jae or his business.

Went here via a recommendation from a car guy friend of mine and so glad I did.
I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone, and had my steering rack replaced at another place. I went back to 3 different Firestone locations, Kirkland, Woodinville, Seattle and nobody would align my car even though I had paid for the «lifetime» alignment. (Each place had different stories of what I needed, (to remove and readjust steering rack, to replace upper right control arm, etc) which I didn’t believe three different places would give me three different stories of what I needed to replace. (Which ended up being nothing) I then took the car to Jae, and he aligned the car. Didn’t need to replace ANYTHING that Firestone mentioned and car is now aligned perfect/​steering wheel on center.
Few lessons I learned throughout the process. Once Firestone gets your money for a lifetime alignment, they won’t spend more than 5 minutes on your car and just quote you for whatever to get some money out of it.
Jae and his team is honest, told me what I should look out for, didn’t try to upsell me. Skip the big box profit hungry shops and support your local and honest businesses. Highly recommended.

While doing some research, I found some great reviews about Jae and his shop. So I called to set up an appointment. Then, away I went.
The GPS took me to a Pet Smart, which I thought was a mistake, but the shop ended up being in the back corner. It was very hard to spot so keep your eyes peeled!
Service was quick, I was there for a little under an hour and they were able to align my lowered car without any issues or fancy bolts. Plus the alignment was suprisingly cheap! About half of what I paid at the other place. The technician also took the time to point out some things that needs fixing and his recommendations. Very cool!

I needed a pair of tires to start the fall/​winter season, so I called around and luckily I called this place and was able to get pricing for my tires.
I came in the next day and he was able to get my new tires in, balanced and rotated! He was efficient and gave me a reasonable price.
I am very satisfied with my new tires and will be coming back in the future to get my other tires in! Thank you hankook!!!

They are a bit hard to find from the street, being tucked in the backside of a long plaza. Once you find it, prepare to be amazed. Here’s my story…
I took in my 2006 subaru WRX for an aggressive alignment setup. I had trouble finding shops to do the service, until I called these guys up. Jae definately knows his stuff. When it came down to dialing in the camber, caster, and toe, he walked me through ALL the numbers to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I recommend everyone to come by for any work u need done.

A few months ago i went to get my tires checked and Steve came out and checked all my tires. He was very friendly and kind, explaining everything to me. A couple days later I called in and the Korean owner guy picked up the phone and I asked a few questions about tires and he had an attitude of ‘you don’t even know that kind of basic stuff?’ I was so offended I didn’t even know how to respond. If it was just Steve i would have definitely gotten new tires here.

Got 2 new tires and chipped my Jetta. So easy and service was fantastic. My car is awesome now! So glad I found this place.

Got an alignment here last fall, my tires are wearing perfectly even. Would recommend them for tires, alignments, any services they provide.

I read all the reviews an liked what I saw. I have a 1969 chevy 4×4 with a 4″ lift so I was a bit worried about getting an alignment as its a bit unusual a vehicle but it wasn’t a problem at all. they gave me an estimate before the work and It only took them about 30 minutes and they got it spot on. Not bad for a worn out chevy truck. If you need an alignment go see these guys. best deal on alignments in the Northwest and I’m not exaggerating either.

Great shop and Jae is a good guy. Great customer service and concern for the customer. I will be taking my car here for future upgrades on my Accord.

I’ve been bringing my car exclusively to Hankook Tire for about 8 months now. Funnily enough, I’ve had about everything done except tires! Jae and Charlie are super easy to work with. Jae is always really honest and upfront. I’d recommend anyone here. From alignments to tires, to major engine mods.
Now to what I’ve had done.
I have a 2012 VW GTI. When I first started bringing my car here, it was 100% stock. Every bit of work I’ve had done, has been done here. It now sits as Stage 2. They’ve done Intake, short shifter, diverter valve, turboback exhaust (sounds really good!), ECU, Stage 2 South Bend clutch, and SMA coilovers (they ride really nice!). I have ZERO complaints. I’ve been happy with everything done, and the quality of work is top notch.
I have a lot of trust in both Jaes, and Charlies opinions… so listen to them. They know their stuff!
