Jamba Juice

I NEVER go to Jamba Juice. .just because it’s out of the way, no drive thru, would rather just get a Starbucks tea, or a milkshake, etc. .but I found a gift card worth a couple bucks on it (I’m guessing it was one of my kids. …so finders keepers)
Was getting my oil changed at Sears, so I had time to burn at the Alderwood Mall. I decided to go get a smoothie.
I HATE banana, mango, peach, and a bunch of other flavors. HATE yogurt, and all kinds of other ingredients. .so the fact that I could even find something to order was impressive. …the fact that it tasted decent was the icing on the cake.
I got an acai berry drink.
Very refreshing and filling! I couldn’t finish it all.
Employees were smiley, patient, speedy.
The place was clean, and I didn’t feel rushed.
Would stop in again at the mall, or some where else if it was convenient.

It’s alright I wish it tasted a little more fresh then it does. I’d rather go to emerald city smoothie.

Ordered my usual Acai Primo bowl and felt reluctant/​skeptical when a young, frail high school boy assembled my order. I thought, «Well there goes my $ 6!» He kept calm, too calm, taking too much time –relative to my time and loss of patience.
Little did I know this would be THE BEST acai bowl I’ve ever had from Jamba. This kid turned out to be the Kung Fu master of all Jamba Juice employees –so much that I almost, ALMOST had the energy to go back there and commend him in person.
The fruit and toppings, heavy handed, filled all the way to the lid –just the way I’ve dreamed of. The blend of acai and ice –a perfect, thicky thick texture when all other times it had been watery/​slushy and depressing. The banana slices –beautifully placed one by one.
It was truly an out of body, sacrilegious experience. I couldn’t just drive/​eat on the go, but had to stop on the side of the road just to fully enjoy my acai bowl. Heavenly.

This Jamba Juice has gone way down hill in their customer service. There is constant attitude when going there now. Jamba Juice does not help in having their rewards program run on the little computer attached to the cash register, the program is often not working properly. The staff does not have any control over the separate program, so when the customer is not being rewarded what they have been promised, it creates problems for the staff and customers. However, the staff needs to be more understanding of the frustration of the customer and not become so immature as to hold an attitude about the customer. This location of staff not only expresses much bad attitude, but has a way of being stingy with the customer, throwing away a little extra drink, rather than offer it to the customer as other locations do. I find this plain stingy and wasteful! Would like to go back to this Jamba Juice as used to be a regular, but not until the staff gets friendly, generous, and serves the public with maturity again.

This location is usually really busy so there’s always a line, and sometimes they don’t blend the smoothies long enough so they end up having ice chunks in them.

Great customer service, super quick, and friendly. I removed one star because they don’t have a drive through.

First time in a Jamba Juice, unfortunately very disappointed in the experience. Waited in line for a good ten minutes before being greeted by a less-​than-​friendly employee, put in an order for a juice with an extra «ginger shot», and waited 30 more minutes for that before being told their juicer needed to be cleaned. Not only that, but they forgot to add the shot and the juice was warm.
TL;DR, paid five dollars for a 45 minute wait and a warm juice with a missing shot. Lmao, never again.

Normally I’m really impressed with Jamba Juice, especially recently because they have added an entire «juice» menu in addition to their smoothie options.
I waited patiently near the register until the girl was done. It looked like she was the only one working, which I thought was odd because it was late afternoon and there were about six other customers in the store. Oh well, she was quick and friendly enough getting to me.
My excitement was quickly extinguished when she informed me that their juicer was broken. Isn’t this place called «Jamba JUICE»?! No thanks, I don’t want a carb/​sugar loaded smoothie. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out without getting anything before.
Hopefully in the future they teach their employees how to fix these machines and/​or have a backup ready.

Pretty darn good, sometimes service is slow,
I stopped drinking jamba for a couple of years because they’re product tastes like frozen old rubbery fruit and powder. But now they have the freshly squeezed juice options and the wheat grass shots. This place now tastes like heaven, it is so fresh, flavorful & healthy! Yum yum! (I just gobbled down my entire drink while writing this review)

Just went here for my first time ever and was excited that they had juice! Duhhh the name is Jamba Juice. But I always thought it was just smoothies. I got the 12 oz tropical greens juice and it has like 6 cups of leafy greens along with some apples and pineapples. I was scared to take a drink since it was so green but it was sooooo fantastic!!! They gave me a receipt that says if I go online and tell them how they did, I get buy one get one on my next visit and I’m totally about that! I’ll freeze the other for later or something haha. Seriously though, it was that good and I’m so stoked.

Jamba Juice at Alderwood Mall is located outside by the movie theater entrance. The store has a small lobby to sit and a large amount of patio seating. Staff is friendly and the drinks are all made to order. The line moves quickly to order but can have a bit of a bottleneck to pick up the already now paid for beverage. The staff has always said thank you and had smiles on their face. For a made to order drink, the price is competitive and the quality of the fruits used are visible and look fresh. All in all a great Jamba Juice.

Absolutely incompetent employees. The sign says «pay with Isis, receive free Jamba Juice». The staff doesn’t know how to ring it up, so they get the manager. She comes over and says «you wanted whey protein?» Once I explain the promotion to her, she asks me to come over and pay for my free smoothie. Brutally bad service.

I love a good smoothie. I love making smoothies, I love buying them, I can take smoothies in almost any shape or form and be totally happy.
The manager of this location is amazing. I can’t remember his name (as I am terrible with names), but I’ve met him twice and he has so much energy and passion for what he does. He told me he’s been working for Jamba for ten years. I mean, crazy right?
He’s full of suggestions, and he is generous. He makes me much more excited for my smoothie than I already am. While I am a sucker for an orange dream machine, I’ve been trying to make better smoothie choices, and I definitely think jamba delivers in variety and an evolving menu. So while jamba as a whole makes me a happy girl, the manager at this store makes me a loyal one too!

I love Jamba Juice. Sometimes it could get pretty busy here and the lines extend outside, but overall this location has great service. I love the Pomegranate Paradise, Mango-​a-​go-​go and White Gummy Bear shakes :) Try looking at the Jamba Juice secret menu!

I like Jamba Juice pretty well.
I’m not under any illusions that it’s healthy but if you get the light smoothies they’re not bad calorie-​wise. They’re made with powdered milk base of something else that you probably don’t want to think about too much in lieu of sherbet. So don’t fool yourself into thinking this is healthy– it’s a treat.
The taste is good and it’s refreshing to get a smoothie on a warm day.
Service is usually pretty friendly.

I can hardly believe the price of this stuff. It costs as much as a meal. Went on Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. 8 teenagers working and all of them busy! I guess I am slow on the juice scene. I had no idea.

JAMBA JAMBA JAMBA how I LOVE thee. For it being a busy Saturday afternoon, this location is very fast and attentive to its customers.

Jamba, I love you so! I’m so happy they brought back the weight burner boost! The flavors of smoothie are so very unique. I love the cold buster and the Matcha Green Tea.
I also love the selection of snacks offered. Kind Bars and pop chips are some of the pre-​packaged snacks you can purchase. But, the acai bars and waffles look pretty tempting, too.
Every time I go in, I’m warmly greeted and they remember my name. I know this is standard protocol for Jamba Juice, but it’s really a nice touch.
I fully recommend Jamba Juice for a healthy meal replacement or snack.

love this place. Have been here many occasions and love the blackberry season smoothie the best (summer time).
Loud because of the smoothie makers but the staff is fun and enjoyable to be around. Never feel like they are pushing me to make a choice when I am in front of a long line.
Doesn’t take too long for smoothies to come into my hand which is nice and is affordable.
One of many great locations for a smoothie shop :)

Jamba Juice: Loooove it and Miss it so bad!!! First thing I’ll do when I return next year to WA is to drive straight to the next store and get one of those delicious smoothies!!! AND I WILL TRY EVERYTHING!!! mango with strawberry, orange juice and so on
So if u never had a jamba juice before u really missed something real good! So hop onto a plane (or get into your car) and try one.
And to the Jamba Juice Company: PLEASE COME TO GERMANY!
