Jamba Juice

Really slow service. Their staff did not know how to make the smoothie bowls. when I went in and ordered 2 bowls it took 2 workers 25 minutes to make the bowls. It was ridiculous.

Horrible customer service + ingredients missing from my energy bowl. I’ve been to several locations, but this one is the worst. Employees are not welcoming or nice. I an not coning back to Mill Creek location… Go to Alderwood Mall instead!

Unfortunately this is the closest Jamba to my house, it also happens to be the worst Jamba Juice I have ever encountered. As a former employee, I know how stressful it can be on some people, I try to keep my order simple. Orange Carrot Twist add strawberry and blueberry. Every time I come in to order I receive eye rolls, loud sighs of frustration, and inconsistent product. My advice to the «employees» here, find a new damn job that makes you smile. I love Jamba Juice and would like to continue to be a customer, but not here.

Super friendly. Loved being here. When I had questions about certain boosts she answered, talked to me like she knew me. I’d enjoy returning here again.

Stopped in for a strawberry banana smoothie. Didn’t have to wait long to get it. The first cashier didn’t seem to be the happiest camper, but she was told by the manager to go make drinks, then the manager helped me.
Store was clean and no issues while I was there.
All I’ve had from this chain is the smoothies so no feedback on their food items.
Convenient parking right at the curb, but it does get packed in here when the town center is busy.
Saw a note that they are hiring.

Can we talk about what’s happening with Jamba Juice? Seriously, what is going on? Every one I go into lately is run down and dirty with only so-​so service. And it seems that the worse the stores get, the higher the prices get. Like, for real, $ 7 smoothies?!
This review is specific to this location which is a direct reflection of the company as a whole from my recent experience in a few different states. I’m so sad, because I live for the Orange-​a-​Peel. I really hope they turn this around. This location in particular could use some love in order to keep up with a) the Starbucks just feet away which is GORGEOUS inside and serves smoothies, b) probably a few other places in Mill Creek Town Center that have smoothies too that I don’t even know about and c) with the Mill Creek Town Center clientele in general which seems to expect a high level of cleanliness and care. You can do better, JJ!
Like another reviewer, I’ve also been in when payment was cash only. Unfortunately I had to walk out empty-​handed, because I didn’t have any cash.

Decided to come in here today 9÷23÷2015 around 5p. m and ordered a orange carrot karma. After she made it and was about to pour I saw that the pumpkin smash was back and I told her how I really wanted to try that drink and she told me if I didn’t like my drink she would make it for me. She saw how much I wanted it so she told me not to worry that she will sample the Orange carrot karma out and she would make me the pumpkin smash! Such a sweet girl and not to mention we had a 20 minute talk about life! Great personality happy I came back.

It is a bad Jamba Juice store.
Overal, I’m a fan of the Jamba Juice smoothies. Because of this and since my gym is nearby, I visit this particular store regularly. Periodically they stop accepting card payments and accept cash only. I understand that anybody can have technical glitches sometimes. Here it is a regular occurrence.
On other occasions they close early — not logic or explanation, just being closed. Correspondingly don’t count on information about their regular open hours.

Two days ago it was cash only. I was hoping that they would fix it by now — no luck.

Yesterday they were open past 8PM and actually weren’t limited to cash only. Kudos!

It really takes a lot for me to give a one star review, but here it is.
I came in here with my hubz around two in the afternoon. It was a pretty stellar day for a winter in Washington, so I’m sure they had been busier than normal. However when I ordered my drink, the girl goes «Oh we don’t have enough carrots for that. Or really enough carrots for any drink with carrots.» Okay, I can kind of understand that, but for a company that is really pushing their new juice offerings, I find it pretty whack.
As I look at the menu for a sec, and there’s no one in the store, she decides to offer up this golden nugget, «We’re out of a lot of stuff, so good luck.» Um, what? Good hustle kid, you might as well just close up.
We decide to order an oldie but a goodie — the Orange dream machine — and as we are waiting, I hear «who even likes orange dream machines? I don’t get why they’re so popular.» I mean. Seriously.
I don’t expect much. I get workers make minimum wage and it’s probably not the most entertaining job in he world. But, suck it up. When I go into your business with the intent to purchase something, I’m pretty sure it’s not in your handbook to badmouth my choices, and try to dissuade me from making a purchase.

Nice sunny day today but only 1 person working which she was trying her best till the next girl came in.

I came into this store for a friend and I asked for what used to be called the coldbuster only to be corrected by an employee in an exceptionally rude tone «do you mean so and so.»
There is never any need to be condensing to a customer who isn’t familiar with your menu, especially one that changes. It was ONCE called something else, I’m sorry it’s changed names since then, and even more sorry about the incredibly rude attitude displayed towards a paying customer. I was in a very happy mood when I entered the store, and left feeling like the employees were going to mocking me behind my back.
Better research the menu before going into this location.

I go here off and on to get a good drink. I always have the employees make me something random so I don’t just keep getting the same drink. Sometimes they don’t know what to make so they just push a random button (which is fine with me, I still get a variety of drinks), but sometimes they throw together something awesome. Recently they’ve had a change in employees due to the old ones moving away or moving on to other jobs (they’ve all said they loved working at Jamba juice and were sad to go). Talked with the new associate manager and he was really friendly and made me his favorite drink, no idea what it was called but it was orange based. Great drink, and if he’s working I’d recommend having him make it for you. I always look forward to what new things they come up with for me.

I thought most of items on the menu has banana in it or other kind of fruit at least.
I got one of the energy bowl and it was so sad looking without any fruits! yet they still charged me the full price! I will not go back to this location again.

I recently came here for lunch and I love this location! Lots of parking and the staff is super friendly. They also do a special everyday of the week; for example Thursday is $ 1 baked goods day. I ordered the Peanut Butter Lovers smoothie. It had peanut butter, chocolate, banana and oatmeal. It was creamy and smooth and wasn’t overly sweet to me.
They also have fresh juices, fruit smoothies and veggie juices and smoothies. I can’t wait to go back and try another smoothie.

Out of product for two different and distinct drinks at my last visit for their main juices… A little disappointing. Staff was friendly though.

If the point of franchises is to create a consistent customer experience across independently owned locations, then Jamba Juice has nailed it… consistently terrible. Not one of their locations has been able to process the Isis free smoothie promotion. The staff is currently clueless no matter how much advance warning I provide. Lowest common denominator employers have to be great training organizations or this is what you get. Terrible service.

Got thirsty after a run at the nearby trail. Decided to be adventurous and try something new. Didn’t end up liking though. Staff noticed and offered to make me something else. Talk about great service!

The pumpkin smash is back! Just got it yesterday and I used a 50% off deal that I received when i texted a number on a promotion ad in the store. This is our go-​to Jamba! Service is good and it’s very convenient for us!

Came here to down some WHEATGRASS shots with my best girlfriend (and most guilty drinking partner). We made a deal to not drink as much alcohol and focus on health. We kicked off our little adventure with wheatgrass shots! Hell yes, who says the party has to end?
Worse idea ever. We are back full force into our alcohol guzzling ways.
Jamba Juice has never let me down as far as smoothies, I always get the Strawberry Nirvana… it’s so good!
No way, no how, not ever was that shot going down without that smoothie chaser.
