First off the people are very nice and quick to resolve issues.
Suit quality is very poor. If you have never worn a suit and maybe want a single use cheap suit then you would be ok.
I purchased two suits one had to be ordered.
Suit 1: One arm was longer than the other, the pants were a mess. I paid tailor fees to fix both. When I went to pick up the suits this suit had the sleeve fixed but the pants were not. They looked terrible anyway.
I ordered another suit and this was in. i tried on the pants. One pocket stuck out like an elephant ear and the pant legs stuck out. The guy that was helping me said yeah I see it looks like gussets. Offered to tailor that and that sounded like a lot of fees to me.
The cloth on the suit is soft and worn, like clothes you would machine wash. Neither suit had that crisp cut and feel.
The pants were high wasted and not a good look, for anyone.
The manager saw that I was not pleased with the waste of time and effort and quickly refunded the suits. –Much appreciated
I walked to Express and found 2 suits that fit perfect no alterations needed.
I apologize to commission based staff at JAB. I would of appreciated a Unilocal comment that prevented me from going there.

I absolutely adore this store. I have been coming here for suits and formal wear since high school, and they simply cannot be beat. I even moved across the country and still do the bulk of my formal shopping at this establishment.
On my most recent trip, I was met by Margaret, who I absolutely adore. She is charming and knowledgeable, knowing exactly what I need in a shirt fit for my body type as well as patterns and colors that excellently complement my existing wardrobe. Even though I live across the country, I called today and she immediately took down my address to ship some specially-​ordered shirts across the country, to be followed by some new tailored pants.
This store is excellent, stylish, has great sales, and is definitely worth a trip!

My wardrobe got a whole new lease on life here. I didn’t realize how behind the times I had become until I walked through the doors. It was a perfect fit for me (pun intended). Other stores were targeting such a wide demographic that I had to hunt for the right look and do a lot of weeding out. Here everything seems to just jump out as an option.
The sales and management team at the Lynnwood store are particularly good. They have great ideas and the go «well beyond what you would expect in customer service». Sounds like a well worn phrase doesn’t it? But I mean it sincerely. The most recent example was a recent visit for a new blazer (which turned into several blazers, a couple of shirts, two ties… but that’s another story)… anyway I was there to replace a favorite blazer that had gotten snagged on the shoulder and could not be repaired. When they found out the lengths to which I had gone, without success, to find a reweave, they gave me a new jacket free of charge — no kidding free! I was blown away.
This is an outstanding company with great quality products. Check them out, you’ll look good, you’ll feel good and you will love the experience.

Walked-​in not expecting anything.

I wanted something a little nicer/​more sophisticated.
Brian was incredibly helpful and patient.
He spent the time to show me my options and discussed with me the plus/​minus of each choice.
Great experience — wouldn’t hesitate to go back for my next suit.

Just as everyone else, I saw their ads and decided I’d stop in to take a look while needed to waste time to avoid traffic heading from Alderwood down to Puyallup and walked around the mall an realised I needed to buy a new suit (or two).
From the second I walked in the manager, Brian, focused his entire attention on me. I enjoyed being able to be shown all the different suits offered and how he knew my size the second he took a look at me. He then continued to show me different shirt & tie combinations with each specific suit colour/​style.
Their tailoring is book out pretty far and I didn’t have time to waste, but the price estimates he gave me were much cheaper than the tailor I go to on a regular basis. He did go ahead and checked how everything fit on me and pinned where it would need to be altered by my tailor.
I felt as though I was their only customer and enjoyed learning how the suits work. I do wear suites every day for work, and usually at least one of the weekend days. At the time they did have a 2 for $ 250 deal (or something like that) but they were specifically for two other styles, and I decided to get a darker navy blue & dark shale of their Traveler’s Collection Tailored Fit for 2 for $ 500. I have young kids and spills are common, with these ones being 100% wool, he poured water on them and it was completely. waterproof. Brian even gave me extra suit bags for my others suits, as well as signed me up for their free member card that gives you 25% off all products not currently on sale (which would be pretty rare). The last think that will keep me coming back is I didn’t feel pushed to buy something I didn’t really want at the time, like new shirts or ties, nor felt rushed. I did end up spending more than an hour in the store.
This is for this specific store, I can’t answer for any of the other ones.

The other reviews are clearly written by employees. My experience was bad from my first step in the door. First, the mis measured my pants and the pants of another in my wedding party. Therefore all of the pants were to short. My jacket fell apart during the wedding ceremony, thus throwing off all of the pictures. When I called originally to see if my tux is in he stated «I am busy with other customers» and then hung up the phone.
There were other things to but I don’t have all day to type as there are so many.
After all this, they offer me a $ 25 gift card to come back…
I will never be back!

I thought Jos A Bank was for old rich men. After a horrific experience at Men’s Warehouse I called this location to feel out their stock. A lady named Margaret helped me immediately and said she was putting the suits aside for me to come in and look at when I could.
I brought my groom in the next morning and was greeted warmly by the same lady who had helped me on the phone. She put him in one coat and wasn’t really feeling it so then she grabbed another suit and we all fell in love!
We were there for just over 30 mins and in that span, got a beautiful suit PLUS alterations, his shirt, tie, and suspenders for a smidge over $ 450.
I had a fantastic experience and am so much more pleased with his wedding look than I ever was. He even seemed to enjoy clothes shopping!
I wish I had known that they do tux rentals as well because I would way prefer to go to this company over any other! Bravo Mr Bank!

We went here to take part in their «buy 1 suit, get 2 suits free» promotion.
But don’t think that the suits are cheap. They are the real deal.
Vic helped us select suits with the closest fit possible since there was a wedding the following week and we’d need some tailoring. He listened to our comments, allowed us time to chat between just us and answered questions without making you feel dumb (I asked what the difference was between a sport coat and the coat off a suit).
The shop has everything to dress up your man all fancy. Suits that require cufflinks, nice slacks. belts, shoes, pocket squares, ties. just everything. They all cost a pretty penny because they are well made, but with the promotion, we weren’t feeling the hurt as much.
Upon checkout, some companies have discounts with Jos when you sign up for their free program (or maybe w/​o having to sign up). It’s worth mentioning where you work especially if it’s one of the big companies in the area. We got this perma crease in the front of the slacks, a service worth several dollars per pants, not bad.
The suits were ready to pick up on the appointed day and we have been back a few times for ties and other accessories.
The suit is tailored wonderfully and incredibly flattering. We need more fancy date nights to make use of these grown-​up clothes!

I try to preserve the five star rating for the ‘best of the best’ and after my experience with the Lynnwood Jos A. Bank they certainly deserve it!
I went in hoping to find a suit that would actually fit me without tons of alterations. I have a very small waist but broad shoulders so it is usually a difficult endeavor. The salesperson was very kind, courteous and helpful! I look like a pretty regular guy, going in with jeans and a t-​shirt on but I feel like they gave me the same treatment that guys in suits got when they came in. I can certainly appreciate that.
The salesman recommended a Joseph Slim-​fit suit (which they didn’t have in the store). I got measured and he offered to put in an order or said I could go online and order it myself then bring it in for alterations. I opted to order online, but chose the color he recommended (and very glad I did!) It was originally a $ 1000 suit but I got it during a 60% off sale for about $ 300– a great deal! I would recommend buying during a sale (which go on frequently) to avoid the steeper prices. The quality was excellent though, well worth the price.
I returned to get alterations and suggestions for shirt colors and later to pick up the suit– each time being helped by a new salesperson. I was very impressed by their level of service each time. So far, everyone I have talked to has been great! The alterations were also reasonably-​priced and spot on. I would definitely make a point of coming back to this store especially for their friendly service and quality suits! They offer a lot of options to fit different budgets, so more than likely they can find something you’ll like!

I’ve always thought this store to be pretty intimidating and probably staffed with pretentious workers. Boy was I wrong.
The lady (blonde w/​glasses) that was there came up to us quickly and took measurements for the boys. She really knew her stuff and never once made me feel like we were lower then her even though we were obviously younger. She knows the products very well as well as their materials. My friend walked out with a new shirt & 2 ties through her recommendations. We even had some casual chit-​chat… it was nice!
The quality of their clothing is obvious. It’s also obviously pricey. But you really do get what you pay for! :)
I think one suit from this place would do every guy good.
