This is a criminal enterprise operating as footbed company. Beware they are con artist! Bait and switch the whole deal is fraud most of the employees are from New York running this old con from NY city.

VERY POOR SERVICE! I tried on the orthotics and told the manager that they were painful and he said «well, just trust me, I’ve been doing this for years and this is what you need.» I told him that is have MS & spinal stenosis and he assured me that the orthotics would help. Despite being pressured to purchase the most expensive orthotic package — which created more pain, I purchased a less expensive insert that is comfortable but after several weeks of use I don’t think that it has reduced my back pain.

The technology may or may not be a good fit, but the service and staff are definitely are not. If interested in foot orthotics, I would recommend finding another Neovita location or some other orthotic brand other than this one.
After attempting to resolve a returns issue, the manager screamed at me: «I wish you would have never come in here!» — All I was doing was trying to resolve a return with him. He flew off the handle and was absolutely rude and lost total control. This in front of another customer.
Again, I do not know nor will I speculate on the quality of their products, it is the service at this location that must be reported.
