Papa John’s Pizza

Did a carry out on 2÷2÷16 at like 8pm and I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Wanted pepperoni, pineapple and uncooked jalapeños on top. The guy that took my order was VERY rude and was like I have to charge you extra for uncooked jalapeños. I asked why, he’s like because. I’m like but I’m ordering a 3 topping pizza. He’s like ya too bad I still have to charge you. I was like but if I get it cooked i won’t be charged? He’s like yup. Really WTF!!! How does that even make sense… I wanted to blow up on him but was afraid he might spit in the pizza. Dude get off your lazy ass and try providing great customer service. Will go to a different pizza place from now on. RUDE ass customer service! Pizza wasn’t even good, too much sauce and no cheese. PLUS the cookie we got wasn’t even cut. Lazy asses.

On-​line ordering was my first time and I actually appreciated it. I haven’t had pizza in a long time but out of spontaneity and hunger, I wanted something quick.
After 8 toppings, it was pretty reasonable compare to other name brand pizza places.
On the flipside, it took over an hour. The delay didn’t help and I was already cranky but I waited patiently.
Anyway, being patient is a virtue but must be practiced. I have to remind myself that to get good service, I’d also have to be a good customer. (tip reasonably and still be pleasant) Otherwise, I might just get some extra extra something I did not ask for. Haha!
Well…there you go folks, the beauty of ordering out and eating out.

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas online with a 40% off coupon code and when it was ready for pickup after 15 mins I was in the shop to pick them up. One of the pizzas got caught on the screen so they had to remake it. The cashier let me keep the defective pizza and even discounted my order for having to wait. Perfect service guys! Well done.

I’ve had several bad experiences with this location and maybe 1 good one. The first time I ordered, I got about 8 pizzas for a work training class, and it was promptly delivered with the correct order.
One of the days of the playoffs for the seahawks, I put an order in online ahead of time, to make sure I had delivery at lunch (which is only 30 minutes). This was an hour and a half before said delivery. 5 minutes into lunch, I call and someone says there is something wrong with my order then I speak to someone who says she is a manager. I explained my situation and she said they haven’t even started my pizza, they don’t even see my order until like an hour before delivery, and if I were to call in right now, there’s a two hour wait. No apology, just snottiness. I was not amused and she pretty much told me to f off. I called the corporate office and they said I would receive follow up within the next week from the owners. Surprise. No follow up.
One of my co-​workers ordered a couple pizzas for lunch. This company always delivers to my work and is MAYBE 5 minutes away. The delivery driver asks for the address, and says he is at the store and hasn’t left. The pizza was already supposed to be delivered. My co-​worker gives the address, and explains it’s literally right off of 164^th. The guy asks for the arrested two more times, saying he needs a five digit number for the building, which we gave 4 times including the first time we called to place the order. The guy had no idea how to get to us and seemed stoned.
I love Papa John’s pizza, their amazing garlic sauce and the rewards system. But get your ish together at this location and hire new management! 2 stars only because the food has been consistent and the initial delivery was great.

I ordered pizza for a business lunch for 50. I called 2days ahead and was very specific about the delivery time. The pizza arrived 30 minutes late and not all of the pizzas were hot. I was very unhappy because I had employees with a limited lunch time waiting around for their lunch to arrive. When I spoke to the manager I was offered a discount off a future purchase. I don’t think there will be a future purchase!

The guy on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, our food got her STEAMING hot. I am having to wait to eat it its so hot and fresh. Great service. Very happy.

September 4, 2014 — Order placed online and selected for carryout. Arrived at store and paid. Informed by lady in counter that order will be ready in «2 to 3 minutes»…33 minutes later people that are coming in are receiving their order and we are still waiting. I spoke to the manage and the whole store have no IDEA where my order was. Had to show receipt and waited another 15 to 20 minutes! I was not even compensated for the trouble, the wait and the way I was treated! UNPROFESSIONAL! Not coming here again! How about training your employees right in customer service, public relations and how to compensate for bad, terrible, moronic service!

Pizza is good but the service not so much. Ordered carry out and delivery from here a couple of times and the pizza does taste good like all Papa John’s pizzas but the service was crap. Delivery is not so bad but the few times I’ve ordered carry out, it was like they didn’t even want to be there let alone take my order. Also they didn’t bother to get me while I was waiting right outside the door for my pizza and their excuse was «they can’t leave the restaurant».

This is our go-​to pizza delivery place. The pizza arrives super hot every time, too hot to take a bite. My favorite is the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken on thin crust; cheese, bbq sauce, onions, bacon, and pineapple to make it hawaiian. Be sure to order it well done, it’s much better that way. Their website for ordering online is the best! Plus we are signed up for papa’s points which gets us a free pizza every now and then. Delivery can be anywhere from 20 – 45 min. I waited over an hour once, a few years ago, and they brought me a coupon for a free pizza to make up for the wait. Very nice.

This the best pizza delivery in Lynnwood. The food is always super hot, on or before time, friendly delivery people, and made as ordered everytime. We usually get their pizza once a week. It’s hard to complain about their pizza. The hand-​tossed dough crust is tender. Their free garlic aoli sauce is pretty good if you aren’t a crust lover. They have a decent variety of toppings and (under topping) pizza sauces that I would say are semi-​gourmet; compared to most other pizza chains. I really love their white and bbq sauces. Their tomato pizza sauce is very good. It’not too acidic or too sweet. And their prices are really, really decent for what you get. The only item that is not impressive is the chicken strips (1 star). The taste doesn’t equal the high price at all. The breading is just too thick and the flavored dipping sauces are synthetic-​like. My ratings would be 4 for the menu over-​all and 5 for taste, fresh ingredients, delivery, and temperature at delivery. Their carry-​out staff get 1 star. They were all very somber-​looking and slightly grumpy. But I’m happy to have this place so close to home.

Pretty basic Papa John’s pizza — but we have gotten bad service a few times here, both carry out and delivery. Gotta work on that customer service.

Your pretty standard Papa John’s, here in Lynnwood. We’ve ordered from here a handful of times since moving within their delivery zone and although it’s not the best pizza, you get what you expect and their delivery is usually very fast.
