Garlic Jim’s Famous Gourmet Pizza

I got a pizza that was half triple pepperoni and half gourmet Hawaiian (ham, pineapple, slivered almonds, and shredded coconut). Oh my gosh, they were delicious.
First of all, the crust was perfect. Lightly crisp, but chewy with a good yeasty flavor and perfect chew. The sauce was perfectly proportioned and had a great balance of tomato flavor, zest, and sweetness. In short? The pizza foundation was perfect.
The triple pepperoni side was awesome. The pepperoni had a good chew and was quite spicy. It was perfectly cooked– not brown and overdone or slimy and undercooked. On its own, the triple pepperoni would be a delicious 4-​star pie.
But the gourmet Hawaiian? It blew my mind. I’ve had pizza from the top to the bottom of Italy. I’ve had it all across America. I love it in Chicago, New York, San Francisco and LA. I eat it all. And not since my first Margherita in Naples, Italy or my first Chicago deep-​dish have I been so floored by the flavor of pizza. The coconut added a wonderful secondary sweetness to compliment the saltiness of the ham, and the slivered almonds added a simple nuttiness, without ruining the texture, that I’ve never had before.
This pizza is first rate!

Continual BAD experiences, getting WORSE…
MY LAST DELIVERY ORDER:
No pepperoni crumbles on the triple pepperoni.
No pineapple, which I ordered on it too.
No light cheese on top so all the pepperonis fell off.
It was cold by the time I got it.
GF crust I ordered had no toppings 2″ around the entire edge of the pizza.
Pizza was a large but came in an extra large box.
Took almost an hour, they told me 45 min for delivery.
OTHER PROBLEMS FROM PAST:
Got 2 Yiftee gift cards but they took forever to figure how to redeem them… they gave up on the last one and just gave me a discount.
Ordered Jim’s Gourmet Garlic several times but last time they put so much pesto sauce it was a thick paste, it was all you could taste.
Ordered for pick up, was told 20 min, waited over 40.
Another delivery order I made took over an hour before it showed up, so I was given a coupon that expired in a week.
I signed up on the website for coupons several months ago and have received nothing, not in junk mail either.
I love the pizza when it is done correctly and doesn’t take a lifetime… I’m just so sad and afraid, because I don’t think it will ever change, there are just too many idiots that don’t know what they’re doing up there.

Pizza is great and the new ownership has cleaned it up tremendously! They also give a Military and Veteran appreciation discount.

Best pizza service around town! Quality food, EVERYTIME! The ownership of this location clearly takes pride in their business and it shows! I am a loyal customer and will continue to use Garlic Jims! DELISH!

My husband and I ADORE Garlic Jim’s! They do a great gluten free crust, and my Husband says their pepperoni pizza is fantastic.
I had once ordered an Alfredo on gluten free, and they CALLED ME to let me know the Alfredo wasn’t gluten free, so I wouldn’t get sick! That’s AWESOME customer service!
Would be 5 stars, but you guys need gluten free sandwiches! I see the ones my friends order and I’m so jealous!!!

So I have been ordering pizza from here for the last 4 years and just recently I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. NOT FUN!!! Well, I have tried a few different pizza places who have gluten free crusts and Garlic Jims is by far is the best one out there. It DOES NOT taste like cardboard and it DOES NOT fall apart when you go to pick it up! THANK YOU GARLIC JIMS FOR MAKING THIS JOURNEY MUCH BETTER FOR ME!

I’m really cautious about trying somewhere new for pizza, but it definitely paid out to try Garlic Jim’s! You can tell the ingredients are quality and fresh, the perfect amount of cheese and the sauce has the perfect zing. Good delivery time and nice people.

Garlic Jim’s is my go-​to place! We order from there at least 3 times a month (can you say pizza addicts?). My friends were coming over for a netflix marathon and I ordered one large specialty pizza (garlic chicken) and a medium pep, and bread sticks. I ordered at 7:30 pm and the website said my delivery would be there by 8:09 pm. Now usually, Garlic Jim’s is either right on time or even a couple minutes early. They have been late maybe twice in the last couple of years but they were always so apologetic and gave me a coupon for my next order. Well unfortunately this time they didn’t arrive until 8:35 pm. Over 20 minutes late. I started to think I had messed up my address somehow when finally the pizza guy arrived. He handed me my pizza and I noticed there wasn’t a smaller box for the bread sticks, I asked him if they were in the same box as the pizza and he looked in his bag and said he must have forgotten them but he would call his manager and have another driver bring them. I was kind of irritated since they were already over 20 minutes late but it wasn’t a big deal. Another 20 minutes later, the next driver came with my bread sticks and they were cold :(Garlic Jim’s was definitely having an off night, but it happens and I really do love their pizza, it’s quality is like none other so I will continue to order from there but maybe take a break from delivery.

I’ll be back again for sure ! The pizza is one of a kind and the people who work there really enjoy their jobs!

Delivery is always right on time or early and the pizza is always hot! Employees are super nice and friendly. A little expensive, but good pizza overall!

Talk about service and a pie! I relocated from the Mecca of Pizza, CHICAGO and I’ve been on the search for a decent pizza for 3 years. Although not deep dish, Garlic Jim’s quality of ingredients is right up my alley.
They offer typical sides of wings and breadsticks in addition to BBQ ribs, mmm. The garlic breadsticks are nice and garlicky, chewy and fresh.
Of the many pizza’s on the menu I have tried the following, arranged in order of my likeness scale:
1. Spinach Artichoke
2. Garlic Jim’s Chicken
3. Hercules (all meat baby! Tied for 2^nd place)
4. Nutty Chipotle — this one wasn’t for me. I didn’t like the crunchy texture of nuts with my pizza
Delivery drivers are awesome, friendly, and smile when you open the door (rare) and the food arrives HOT!
Their hand tossed crust is the closest I can get to a gourmet deep dish out here, but I won’t be a total dough snob and say the crust has the right amount of chewyness to it.
The phone is always answered pleasantly and inviting. They seem to love their jobs and it shows through their voices. If they don’t then they fake it well. If you read my reviews, service is always mentioned because it is an important part of my experience with businesses. I’ve ordered from the Mill Creek and Lynnwood location and have to say both are exceptional in the service department. If you have time, read through some of the reviews, these people know what they are doing! They take the time to not only monitor what people are saying about them, but take comments into conversation for improvement. THATS a business I don’t mind giving my hard earned money to.

HOT PIZZA! We had it delivered to our hotel room and the pizza was so hot!
Our delivery boy who forgot our ranch was very nice, offered to bring it right back.

Update: I was contacted by the manager and given a credit for the first pizza. He was very nice and apologetic. He didn’t even request that I revise ny review and was just concerned with my satisfaction as a customer. I gave them another shot because of that interaction and can say that the food was much better this time around. I would recommend this location and will be eating there agian.
Original Review: So the service was great. We usually order from Mulkilteo but do late minute food discusions Mulkiteo was closed and Mike at the Lynnwood location was nice enough to deliever to our address.
The driver made it in about 30 minutes which was great and the pizza was hot and the toppings looked fine. Unfortantly the crust was pretty dark, the edges basicly black. Now this was there gluten free crust which is thinner the regular.
When I called I got Devin, who was nice but didn’t really know to do about it. He admitted that they turned there ovens up and acknowleged the issue but did nothing about it really.
I ordered gluten free so I could have a piece or pizza, my kids have no problem with gluten. Had I known that I was gonna get a burnt pizza that only the kids whould eat I would have ordered normal crust and forgone the extra $ 3.
Even thought they were polite about it I don’t think I’ll be eating at this location any. I don’t like gambling with my money and if I am gonna spend $ 20 – 30 on food I expect it to be edable.

Everyone over here constantly orders from Pizza Hut and I thought I’d throw a wrench in the works by bringing this place up, so we gave it a shot. I’m happy we did, because the pizza is significantly cheaper with delivery fee and of better quality. We ordered a pepperoni x-​large with extra sauce. It’s relatively thick pizza, with a not-​too-​doughy but nicely hefty crust, the sauce is well-​seasoned (could be slightly stronger), and the toppings are good quality. The online ordering was very easy and it was nice to be able to leave a tip in advance. I think we’ll definitely be choosing this place for delivery next time.

My buddy and I were visiting the area with a company event. It was getting late and the major pizza chains said it was too late to order or that we were too far. We called this place 8 minutes before they closed and told the manager that we were staying at the Holiday Inn roughly 10 miles away. He was entirely cool about it and agreed to take our order. We were so grateful! He warned us it would take a bit longer but we really had no options. He delivered our pizza faster than expected, he brought all the essentials: plates, napkins, packets, dipping sauces, cups, forks and even brought us Ben & Jerry’s as a total bonus. And the pizza and wings were amazing. This place has a guy working for them that has an A + customer service attitude. Thank you! You were the pizza hero that night. Guaranteed we will be ordering from here every year!

I ate the first slice of garlic chicken because I was very hungry. I heard that this was their most popular pizza. During the second slice I realized that this does not taste very good. This is all coming from a guy who usually eats three fourths of a large pizza by myself. I would usually never throw out pizza but this had to go. Next Time I will choose to just go hungry. My stomach still feels like it has a knot of dough stuck in it.

The pizza is tasty and they deliver to my area without the drama of store jumping like pizza Hut

Went here last night and they upgraded our pizza from large to extra large for free! The pizza was good and my boyfriend and I love that it’s open late. I work a swing shift and I’m not home until around 11 pm so finding good pizza open that late is awesome.

They have gluten free crust that actually tastes good!
They have good non-​GF crust for the rest of the family.
They have a variety of different sauces and «exotic» ingredients along with the standard.
A little on the higher priced side for a pizza joint but if you check the website you can find some decent deals.
Sign up for their email list, you’ll get coupons.
They do charge extra for delivery but their delivery person is fast and courteous.
