Awesome fast service. Arthur was working the drive through when we came by and has some of the best costumer service skills I’ve seen. And not just for a fast food place.

Usually I like taco time. It’s a northwest institution. I have known a handful of kids that work here. Little turnover for fast food, too. The food has moved in to «meh» territory for me, though I used to enjoy it more. I’m not sure if I have changed, or this place has changed. Service is good. Fancy soda machine if you are so inclined. But the food is zzzzzzzzzz for me.

Taco Time has been one of my favorite fast food restaurant for years. The food is consistently good from one location to another. The only real difference is customer service. Today, I went to the Lynnwood location at 2:45 pm so it wasn’t busy. I ordered a meal for dine-in and was given a number so I sat down in the dining area. I waited and waited but never heard my number called so I went to the counter and found my meal sitting on the counter. I asked why no one had called out my number, but the manager just shrugged her shoulder and said they were busy. I looked around and the restaurant was half empty so «busy» must mean they have more than five customers. I took my meal to a table to eat, but the food was cold so it must have sat on the counter for a considerable time. I asked for a refund and my money was returned. My complaint: If they aren’t going to call out a number, they shouldn’t give out a number. If they aren’t going to give table service, they should tell customers that they need to stand and wait for their food. Most disappointing, if a meal sat on the counter unclaimed, one would expect an employee or the manager would have noticed and been more customer service pro-active to get that meal to the customer. I’ll probably still go to Taco Time, but NOT to this location. If customer service is that bad on a weekday at 2:45 pm, I would hate to be there during the busy lunch hour.

Hahahaha! I really do like this place, but I just have to relate a conversation I had while ordering at the drive-through today. Me: «I will have a large chicken taco salad…». Employee: «Ok, that will be a regular chicken taco salad…» Me: «No, I wanted a large.» Employee: «We changed our menu and now we only have one size, regular.» Me: «OOOooooookkkkkkk… I guess I’ll be getting that.» cut ahead a second or two Me: «Then I’ll have a small mexifry.» Employee: «Will that be a small or a mini?» Me: «I ordered a small.» Employee: «That’s a mini.» Me: «The board says small and large.» Employee: «We changed our menu, a small is a mini.» Keep in mind that the display board at the drive-through did not reflect these changes. I got what a wanted, even if my crisp burrito was a little cremated. This location is more expensive than others, even those down in Seattle. Whatev, it’s still good.

My husband and I are from Phoenix, Arizona and I love Mexican Food. We were staying in Lynnwood for a week and a half and we had a little craving and this place was close to the hotel. We figured, why not try something new. We made a horrible mistake. Like I said, we are from Phoenix and we have a lot of authentic yummy Mexican food and Taco Time is not it. My burrito had a red sauce over the top of it that tasted like Chef Boyardee Ravoli sauce. We left feeling very unsatisfied. Lesson learned… I would have preferred Taco Bell over this place.

My crisp burrito was burnt to a crisp, and I don’t mean the good crispy, it turned black. I ended up having to throw it all away it was so bad. The Mexi-fries tasted like they had been sitting for over 2 hours. I would not return to this location.

I’m from Southern California, and was so disappointed when I realized that the nearest Del Taco was in Federal Way. However, no worries, because(unfortunately for my hips) I found taco time, which is so greasy good. Plus, tater tots are the perfect burrito food, I’ve come to realize.

Everyone has skeletons in their palate closet and here’s mine… When I am not craving Chipotle, this is the ol’ standby. Skip«yo’ quero» and order the #1 meal, beef, and Coke. After paying, I request a glob of what makes this place so addictive and a constant of greasy, fatty, salty goodness: the hot sauce. Granted, the beef burrito is freshly made with the best of rather drab ingredients and the tater tots are a fresh remedy from everyone else’s French fries. However, it is this hot sauce(that you only get upon request at the drive-thru) that makes everything fathomable and delectable. This is what basic, «Mexican» fast-n-free hot sauce should be, and is a «cousin» of that sweet Asian garlic-chili hot sauce found in mini-jars at all worthy Vietnamese sit-ins. You could order any of the other grease bombs but why? Go here, if for nothing else, to guzzle the mini-cups of this spicy nectar.

You can never go wrong with Taco Time — the food is fresh, delicious, and there are a few more options than Taco Smell. Oh yes, and the best thing of all is the Coke Infinity machine — if only they had ginger ale, then the world would be complete. My usual go-to is the crisp beef burrito, but this time I decided to go with the Tostado Salad. What can I say but Y-U-M — the beef was seasoned perfectly, the lettuce was fresh and crisp and the beans made the flavor and texture so close to perfect. I had thousand island dressing as a tribute to my mom. I loved the tostado bowl — it was amazingly crispy, and held up under the pressure of the ingredients, so I could use the crispy shell to dip into my beefy mixture of salad. Oh yes, and I got a diet Fanta Strawberry to drink. I know this is fast food, but I think Taco Time is a great alternative to burger joints and some of the other taco places. I find that if we have a night where we don’t feel like cooking and don’t have a huge food budget, TT is the best place for us.

Been here a couple times over the past year and have had pleasant dining experiences. The speed of service as a walk in is good considering places like this are geared towards drive through. Dining area is clean and maintained on a regular basis. Crisp Burritos, Soft Taco, and Crispy Chicken Ranchero Burrito are all good values. They now offer breakfast items like the Ultimate Burrito, the Country Burrito, and the Breakfast Quesadilla!

In my opinion, it’s always time to get fresh. Taco Time is a little pricey in my opinion, but I still buy what their selling. Fresh ingredients and quick service. Beef Tostado Salad with Thousand Island dressing, Large Mexi-fries, and a Root Beer. Enough said.

the fit hit menu is great for those with a busy schedule that are trying to eat better. Its hard to find a fast food place that serves food that’s not just good but good for you! For this reason I am a fan of taco time the price is kinda steep for some stuff but all in all I think this is one of my favorite fast food chains

Can’t get enough natural soft tacos and mexi fries. The drive through is great for a quick tasty meal. The service has always been friendly and prompt. I prefer the food over taco bell. They did forget an order of mexi fries one time, but were quick to provide a box when we went in and told them. Rarely, the soft tacos are a made a little small, but not often.

I want cheap food, I want something that resembles mexican, and I want it now. So I go here. It’s not the best, but it’s there when I need it. So 3 stars it is.

Eh, nothing great. I would prefer Chipotle down the street considering their prices are comparable and the quality at Chipotle is much better. It’s okay though, does the job. Employees are friendly, which is a plus!

I love me some Taco time. Once in another state I saw a taco time and ran in and ordered and when I got my food I was so disappointed. It wasn’t the deliciousness I knew from Seattle. I get decent service at this particular one and they never screw up my order. Yay!

We came here for a quick lunch. Ordered a chicken tostada salad, regular mexi fries, and a baja combo(2 chicken tacos, rice, beans, chips, and salsa). The total was under $ 20. They bring your food to you while you sit at a booth. And it was exactly the same amount/taste/style as any other Taco Time you’ll visit. There is comfort is its predictability. The location is at a busy intersection in Lynnwood, near a red light camera, but once you’re in the lot, it’s easy to find parking. The décor is from the 80s, Sante Fe style. The restrooms were clean. They did good.

Call me disgusting, call me fat, call me a bad driver, whatever I don’t care, I love a drive thru taco time craving. I love that the hot sauce fits perfectly next to my e-brake so that I can eat my crispy bean burrito, dip it into my hot sauce, and drive all at the same time. Mmm… crispy burrito, probably so bad for you but I love them, what a good idea. Kid’s meals are a deal, not to mention I love crustos.
