Always get awesome customer service! I have over 15 pieces from Pandora and I love them. My husband always surprises me with little blue boxes, but it can get pricey! We learned that Pandora uses the same quality silver Tiffany & Co. uses and its a fraction of the price! I will continue to come here for fashion jewelry. A major plus— they have Disney charms! My daughter and I love them!

I love Pandora and it is always an instant «go to» for gifts for my sisters or any of the ladies in my life. Customer service is hit or miss, but this time I have another story. The jewelry was beautiful, customer service was okay (the dude was kind of annoying), and my sisters loved their grad presents. BUT… the guy helping us and who gift wrapped the presents WROTE WHAT THEY WERE ON THE WRAPPING PAPER… seriously? My sisters opened their gifts and saw the wrapping paper and were like «oh, you got me a necklace/bracelet.» I laughed it off and so did they, but come on! I know he had to make sure that he kept the two boxes separate and identify them in some way, but writing what they are? Rookie move. He could have drawn a star, or a «N» for necklace and «B» for bracelet but no… dumb a$$.

This store has the absolute worst customer service! I came in the store to purchase a gift card for my sister. I sat at the counter for 45 min with not one person asking if I needed any help. Not even «someone will be with you shortly.» Really?! This is UNACCEPTABLE.

This store is larger than bellevue location.
And, staffs here are much nicer than bellevue too. Alderwood mall location also has ben bridge close by and its nice to see they work together.
