Cant even get an order right had to drive all the way back from home cuz they gave me the wrong order… i guess they thought by giving me an apple pie would make it better… i hate apple pie… and you guys still want a raise? Dont think so you guys dont deserve it… get a real job and a real career if you guys want more pay! …i dont think i should pay more for a sandwich that yall cant even get right just so they can pay you 15 $ an hr…

This place is horrible. The food quality is really bad. You can tell they cook with old dirty oil by the way there chicken nuggets come out all dark. This is a major food chain I don’t understand how the food taste different from other locations.

The drive thru crew member, Viridiana, was extremely rude on the speaker. After attempting to place my order she yelled«I said hold on!» And again when trying to order two small coffees she repeated the order and said«Warm Coffee?» Which through the speaker sounded like«One Coffee?» When I responded and clarified that I wanted 2 not 1 coffee, she yelled and replied«That’s what I said!» So i drove to the window and asked the cashier if she had taken my order. She responded«yes» so I told her that she was very rude and I wanted to speak to a manager. She rolled her eyes at me and accused me of being rude to her which is how she was justifying her behavior. The manager, Luis came to the window and began to accuse me of yelling and being disrespectful towards his staff and stated he wouldn’t tolerate it. He disregarded the fact that I thought his employee was being rude and displayed a «I don’t care» attitude and was gossiping with other employees about the situation at hand in the background, all in plain view. He did not seem to care and said«I’ll talk to her» as the solution to the rude treatment. He then asked me «so are you going to order or what ?» I responded«of course I am» and he responded«most customers usually just take off» …implying that he did not want my business. He took my order with an attitude and he did not order my food correctly. I had to have the second window staff correct my order. I told him I would be making a report about him and his employee to somebody higher than him and he did not seem to care. So, I doubt anything useful will come out of this, but I hope this behavior changes because I have never been so rudely treated before at this location. Definitely not returning here and will be letting friends and family know about the situation so that they avoid this place.

Horrible service… Ask for a reeses mcflurry and they don’t know it’s gone until I get to the window to pick it up… So I decide on mnm minis… All the do is pour a buncha minis into the top and don’t even put the lid on right… The minis start spilling everywhere… I ask if it was mixed and the teller tells me no… I ask why, that’s how they’re supposed to be made. She says she knows and continues to stare at me. She finally asks if I want her to mix it… She takes it from me. And right there starts jabbing at it with the spoon… In front of me… Are you serious? Are you fucking kidding me???

This location is terrible. How hard is it to learn the items on the menu and get an order right? Every time I go here for breakfast my order is missing hash browns. Happened again this morning. Yes the Big Breakfast comes with hash brown! And the worst part is when you ask for the items missing from your order they want to argue with you. And then they throw each other under the bus. What happened to teamwork! And even the managers have no customer service skills. When a customer tells you the chicken in their burger is raw you don’t reply with«what do you want me to do?»! You should apologize and offer to fix the problem! How hard is that? Please send your staff to some training or at the very least have them learn the menu! I only keep going here because it’s down the street from my house and I shouldn’t have to drive across town to the other location.

You guys should really be ashamed. I came in on 9÷4÷15 @ 11:25am and ordered a 20pcs chicken Mc nuggets and a large caramel frappé. I told the agent while I was ordering through drive-thru that I wanted my drink double blended and I exaggerated the fact that I will give it back and hold the drive-thru line up to ensure that they get it right because I hate ice chunks(if I wanted to chew on ice, then I would have ordered a cup of ice). She said okay and gave me my total. When I arrived at the 1st window, I asked her if she told them that I wanted it double blended and without a response towards me she radio-ed into the front staff and said double blended. Typically I would have freaked out because she was rude for not replying back but I didn’t have the patience today. She told me that they ran out of receipt paper so I could not receive a receipt. I got to the last window, and they handed me my food, and 6 uncomfortable minutes later while watching my drink melt on the counter the agent walked back up and asked me, was there something else you needed? I said YES, my drink that’s on the counter. She handed it to me and I politely handed it back and said I wanted it double blended. She told me to park in the reserved parking for drive-thru vehicles and shortly after she gave me another drink with even more ice. I did not have the patience so I’m back at my desk and I’m writing this review. I do not come to this location often because I always tend to have this issue. But today I wanted to have faith that your employees could follow simple directions and apparently I was wrong for expecting to get EXACTLY what I paid for at a high standard which is advertised on the Mc Donalds website. Management at this location need to train their employees how to make a simple drink with compassion because realistically they wouldn’t want to pay 3 – 4 bucks and they not like it.

I recently went to get a large soda NOICE, 1 cheese burger kids meal and 1 chicken nuggets kids meal. When I got to the window to get my food the girl there(with an attitude) ask me to see my receipt. I gave it to her and she was like what the fuck you got a soda no ice and I was like yeah? And she was like well I made you a soda with ICE. She told me here, and I told her I ask with NOICE, and she was like so you want to pay for another one, I was like no I paid for a soda NOICE. She ended up changing it. But it didn’t stop there. I got my food and she rushed me to leave from the window that I didn’t check if everything was in the bag. I get home and notice that I didn’t get any of the fries, I guess that was my fault for not checking. So whatever I gave my girls there food and since they didn’t have the fries they were still hungry, so when I get the yogurts to give to them(something told me to check the date on them) and they were expired.

1. Don’t ever order cookies when you order on the drive-thru beacuse you will never recieve them. 2. I asked for ketchup and he said it was in the bag, when i got home, i ate my old fries with no dressing because he never put the ketchup. 3. Breakfast hours is horrible because they take forever and always run out of sausage apparently. 4. Their sodas tend to taste like carbonated water, no type of flavor whatsoever. 5. Horrible service.

No no no do NOT go to this McDonalds. Today I went and I gave the cashier a $ 10 bill and my order was $ 8.09 and she didn’t want to give me my change! I then asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor and they said none were in at that time. So I left and called on the phone and a manager answered, I told him the problem but he sounded confused he didn’t speak much English and then he hung up on me. Come on, what the hell is that? This is the last time I go to this McDonalds because this was not the first time I had issues, I had some before when it wasn’t remodeled, but today I went back hopeing they had changed their service but unfortunately they didn’t, they remodeled the restaurant but the staff is still shitty. So rude! Not to mention that inside is not even that clean. If it’s not that clean where customers could see, imagine where the stove and food is at?! Careful…

This McDonald’s just received a remodel. Quite the fancy-pants look if you ask me. I work close by so I’ve been here a few *cough times. They’re pretty good in my opinion.

Local McDonald’s. They always get my order right. They have great customer service. Employees are always welcoming and quick. Place is always clean. You don’t really need more than all this at McD’s!
