This place used to be decent. Last night I watched the chef cooking and he pulled chicken out of the microwave and supposedly it was wrapped in a plastic that dissolves on the grill however he dropped it on the floor picked it up, put it on the grill and proceeded to cook then serve the chicken to a customer that was intoxicated. The video footage was played back to the customer and myself and it showed the crime!
In addition to this travesty, the owner of this establishment after so many years has decided to close the restaraunt two hours early everyday which is very upsetting to regular customers like myself.
I will not be returning to this location.

It’s a hit and miss. Sometimes the burgers are too watery but sometimes they’re good. I also get the chili cheese fries and sometimes they’re good other times they’re really salty. The employes are sometimes very rude. I don’t know if the blonde lady with a lot of makeup still works there but she’s rude.

The dive through sucks here they take way to long weather it’s a big or small order… Improvement is much needed

If i could i would give it 0 stars! So when i first found this place it was so so so good. I took my sister my best friend and my brother. Recently the food sucks i think what really did it for me is earlier i went with my best friend & we order 2 combos we ask for ranch when we got home we opened the ranch and there was a hair!!! If i had the time i would have gone back that is just gross! Never again

This place is good. The staff seemed friendly and helpful nice. Ordered my food and got it in a timely manner, which was good. Got a burrito de asada,
Since wanted to try something different from Hamburgers. The burrito was good it wasn’t all the great just meat, rice, refried beans, cilantro and onion and red sauce. Good place to take family and friends or just for a late night snack.

The. customer service from. the night shift is horrible, terrible, the worst i have experienced… they treat u like they are giving u the food for free… im a regular customer in the nights and there is this chubby girl that always attends me and i know she dont like me. she.even.put extra
my fries once and i let it go because some comoanies fire ppl when u put a complain and i dont know if she realky needs this job but she does she should put more effort into it

This place has gone down drastically in quality these last few years. I went in to order a Cali burger, expecting a nice thick patty, and good, visible cuts of avocado. I got none of those. The burger I got looked like the most basic 3 dollar burger, when we payed 8 dollars for it. This was not the first time either, nor the second. I am incredibly displeased with their quality. I returned the subpar burger, extremely unhappy with the quality, and incredibly angry at the staff who have no respect for the customer or their coworkers, as I saw her either laughing at me as I was returning the product or at her coworkers in the kitchen. Mediocre at best.

I was driving past and saw all these cars in the drive thru so I figured to give it a shot. Had the chorizo and eggs plate and it was great. Nice portions and fast service. Tables were dirty, but that was due to there being no waitresses I guess. I would definitely ckme back.

Good food always love eating here when I come to town love the burgers and wings and there chili fries are the best

This local chain has quickly risen to the top of my list of places to go to for a burger. They have good deals, and the food is a good bang for your buck. The Cali Burger is good for those that like avocado and bacon on their burger, while their double cheeseburger is a go to for those carnivores that are craving some meat lol Almost everything is good here, and I say «almost» because I have only had a couple of things. I don’t usually like menus that start to offer to many varieties of food and that is what is happening here, so if I want a burrito I will go to a Mexican spot and not Tom’s Jr.
The breakfast burritos here are HUGE! They are a product of eggs, meat, cheese and hashbrown being stuffed into a tortilla. It is like 5 bucks or something, but you will be stuffed until dinner. A good idea would be to eat half for breakfast and half for lunch; if you’re one of those people that believes breakfast meals can be had around the clock.
Like some of the reviews have mentioned the locations itself is small. Tiny would probably be more accurate. I wouldn’t sit down to eat hear ever, but that is because I don’t live far so there really isn’t a point.
I’m happy to see this chain continue to grow and I believe Tam’s and Jim’s have some competition.

Chilaquiles and fries are good, BUT they can never get my order correct. As a vegan I can’t eat cheese and sour cream, so I ask for it on the side. What do they do they add it in my meal and now half of my meal is ruined.

Delicious food! Different varieties of food it’s not just a burger joint. I’ve been coming here for years since it was burger planet but then changed to toms jr. I love the chili cheese fries yumm!

This place is slowly turning into the new place after the party in the hood lol. I’ve been here pretty often that the cashier always greats us and talks to my friends and I. The grilled chicken sandwich is one of the best I’ve had and isn’t to sloppy. Overall It’s a decent place to eat and good food. Can’t complain about it.

This place has the freshest burgers around, period. With every bite you can savour everything in it. The fries are great. Free refills. (Sadly, the prices have increased over time.) The delicious breakfast stops at about 12. The menu has almost everything you could think of. From Greek Salads, Hot Wings, burritos, and «Cali Burgers», to «Super Burgers» (aka the bootleg Big Mac,) delicous Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, curly fries, and chicken nuggets (eh.) Point is, there’s something for everyone. Customer Service isn’t neccesarily great, but there isn’t really anything to complain about either.
It’s a fact, this place is tiny. Fits about 10 – 12 people at a time comfortably. I will admit, the other customers could be really ghetto at times, but you can learn to ignore them as I have.
P. S. You can special order some items that aren’t on the menu. My favorite? The asada fries. You get a large plate of fries covered with asada, guacamole, cheese, onion, and beans (which I prefer to have removed because it fills you up so fast.) The plate is about $ 7, but it’s so huge, so if you have someone to share with you can just split it. I’ve also tried it with curly fries instead of regular fries, and it’s even greater. Or you can customize your own item and make it your own little secret…
P. S.S. I’ve never ever used their bathroom, because it’s just really dirty. I’m scared to get some sort of disease… After all, you are on Long Beach Blvd.

Proboly not the best place if your trying to sit and eat there’s proboly only 10 tables I’m this place and I’m not exaggerating … Kinda ghetto ppl looking at you eat and just a low atmosphere … Proboly won’t eat here aging unless its tru the drive tru cause the California burger was ok… 20% chance ill return

The salad sucks. Everything was smashed into a little plastic container. It had the typical type of veggies that you’d get in any other salad, but the crappy part about their salad was that it looked old or frozen. I’d think more of old. It didn’t taste as edible. This wasn’t even a healthy salad. The cheese that they use is the cheap, fatty kind. When the food’s fatty, my face ends up oily, and that was the case when I finished my salad. My friend told me after the fact that he never liked getting salads from this place because it’s just not good. The only different thing about about this salad is that it came with 2 small pieces of pita bread. Oh well. Always a first (and last) for everything.

I dont know why i havent updated my review. This place is LEGIT. I come here once a week, and have been for almost 2 years. And i always order a grilled cheese combo and its only $ 3.81. Its cheap and the best part is that they have awesome thousand island. Someone fat like me, uses it as a dip for fries: D
The people & food make this place an awesome neighborhood place. Will be back on thursday…

Pretty good burger joint. Food is pretty fresh, and service was good as well. An all you can drink fountain station, nice.
Place is kind small inside though. The day we went, it was raining, and they had a leak.
Otherwise, I’d say no rain, and your golden…
