Can I score it a zero?! Horrible customer service!!! No interaction from the cashier, she didn’t even give me my total. To top it off I used the restroom and there were roaches! Never again!

Not impressed with this location. Once I arrived at 10:17 and was told they are closed when the sign clearly says 10:30. Their meat is always dry and the rice doesn’t taste great either.

After the long wait for our food to be cooked when it was dead empty. We took it to go and they did not supply any forks or tissues. What kind of Waba Grill does that?!

I always go with the Salmon veg bowl with brown rice. I believe this is the best item on the menu in my opinion. Its really good for a fast food joint. Seems fresh to me, and I’m assuming it is. The only minor problem is that I ordered brown rice. The employee made a mistake and mixed in white rice, if I wanted white rice I would’ve just ordered it instead. Hello treat customers with honor.

I just cannot bash on Waba Grill, especially this location, as they have always provided me with such excellent service. Located right in a small shopping center, parking can be scarce or abundant, depending on what time you come. I always order the chicken bowl, which runs for around $ 6. You have the option of choosing white or brown rice, veggies or avocado. As long as they keep. providing this guy with tasty eats and great service, they will keep getting my money and great reviews!!!

Arrived at 10am and purchased a chicken bowl. When I got home and began to eat the rice was hard as if it were from the night before. This wasn’t even enjoyable I throw it away!!! Wasted $ 6

First timer– Ordered a veggie beef and chicken bowl to go. Got home and found rice not cooked sufficiently and still crunchy. Had to drive back for a refund. When arrive 2 other customers where returning there bowls for the same reason.

Omgosh service sucked I stood at the register waiting for five minutes while the guy cooked food. Then finally he went to the back and got someone to take my order. Ordered food and went home. I ordered a chicken veggie bowl. The chicken looks like it’s old and it’s definitely overlooked and dried out like they cooked it then hours later cooked it. Chicken breast was not used because it’s very dark(gross). I wish I went with my first thought of flame broiler but whatever.

don’t go here!!! it smells like something died in here and there’s flies flying around everywhere!!! me and my co-workers had to eat outside as a result. the service was good but we were scared that flies had gotten all over the food. this is the third time we’ve gone here and it smelled like this the first two times so we left before ordering. this place needs a major sanitation overhaul.

I was very excited when a waba grill opened in Lynwood, but unfortunately it’s not being managed very well. I’ve been here twice and this will be my last. I rather drive a bit for better service. I’m actually waiting for my food as I write this review… I walked in and the place smells. It’s smells dirty. Like it was cleaned with a dirty mop! There are only 2 people working. The cook, who seems lost and not sure about the difference between brown rice and white rice and the cashier who is too busy taking calls from apparently other employees and telling them it’s too early for her to clock them in. Really? The only reason for the 2 stars is that the food is decent. I mean grilled chicken and steamed veggies can’t possibly be that hard…

Same great taste as the others. I’ve been to this one a hand full of times and everytime the onios are dice in HUGE pieces and i still have to come home and cut them smaller… please dice smaller. Also the salmon was too dry/over cooked.

I’ve been here twice and… It’s been hit and miss. I’m glad there’s a waba close by but they need to stop cooking the salmon to death. The beef and chicken are A-ok and they have a sriracha dispenser(woooo!) Idk how it happens but it’s easy to walk out of here paying $ 10 for one bowl :(

Hmmm where to start with this place. Ever since day one i have been a loyal customer; i love the food, the staff and the ambiance of this place. I started to eat WaBa Grill as soon as this location opened and have tried literally everything on the menu, from the cheapest to the most expensive and I was never let down by the experience every time I went. I would always go on my lunch break and bring family and friends on the weekends. This was an exceptional place to eat at. Everyone was so caring, attentive of your wants and needs, and seemed to care about customer service… back then. My experiences are spoken about in past tense, because now its all the contrary. The last time i went(mid December) everything has changed, there is new faces of which I do not recognize and i’m assuming a lot of changes took place. The staff no longer looks nice and friendly, they all look miserable, working like robots and not wanting to work, but most of all no longer care about the customer. For some reason this place is no longer as «packed» as it used to be, I occasionally go to this store expecting things to go back how it was since day one, and it just looks depressing. The store is very clean, i give it that but whats the point of having a clean store with no customers, and depressed workers. The food is okay, the workers are okay. I would remember going into this store at about lunch hour and the cashiers were ever so happy to take your order, you would have the cooks and bowl server(i think was the manager) talking and having a good time yet taking out orders at a fast speed. Don’t get me wrong I like this place but no one likes to eat at a dead restaurant. For the most part its okay but GOTOTHEONEINSOUTHGATEITSBIGGERANDTHEFOODTASTEGREAT!

Ive been to multiple waba grills and this one has been the least favorite due to cleanliness. All the tables were dirty and the floor had smudges and food all over it. The meats are not cleaned out as well, there was a lot of steak in my chicken. Other than that, the food was okay. Same as others. The cashier seemed cool.

For a new Waba griller, this would be somewhat ideal. But for a person like me, who has visited several Waba grill locations, you would be disappointed. Sadly, this location happens to be pretty close to home. The veggies are too raw and the meat was too burnt. The veggies — Unilocal,I might-tis well go full vegan if I eat here! You get all the nutrients from the veggies b/c they do not seemed cooked. Every other location that I have visited had the perfect combination of hard and soft. These veggies are a job to chew…(CAN I GET A RAISENOW??? #please&thankyou) Meat — It was burnt. The good bites of the bowl was over shadowed by the bad burnt ones… Once that burnt taste took over… I couldn’t do anything but throw it away… This location needs training on how to cook the food based on corporate expectations. I mean, they do specialize in food right!!! Well, the food needs to be on point. On another note the cashier seemed cool…
