Rarely get fast food, but when I do it’s because I have NOTIME to do anything else. Consequently, having substantial mistakes made is super aggravating, as there is no good way to fix. Do I want to travel back there to get fix? No, but I’ve done it twice now, because the mistakes were big enough to matter. This last time I was charged for a sandwich costing nearly $ 6, but got home with a dollar menu type item(cheeseburger, plain) that just added insult to injury. I’ll credit the managers I’ve spoken to for being ready & willing to make these things right, & maybe they don’t have the latitude to do more than that, BUT if they do they really need to offer up more than equal sum solutions for a big inconvenience. I may choose to chew a limb off before resorting to eating BK again. Healthier choice, I’m thinking.

Mistakes, Mistakes, Mistakes… Ordered a spicy big fish. Got a regular fish. Ordered TWOORDERS of tacos. Got one order. Really it’s not rocket science.

This Burger King sucks and I didn’t even get to eat the food, couldn’t get the order done at the drive thru, the girl was trying to rush me through and I was trying to ask a question, yup, let’s pay them $ 15 per hour, great job #merica

I was driving to work and really wanted a diet coke. I saw that burger king now has the pop machine with a ton of different flavor options. The only thing better then sitting at work sipping on a diet coke is sitting at work sipping on a diet cherry coke. I went through the drive thru. The service was fast and the girl was nice. I was surprised at how expensive it was. $ 2.50 for a large drink? McDonald’s is only $ 0.99!

You can only expect so much from Burger King but this is one of the dirtiest and more inept locations I’ve been to in a while. We were there for a late lunch at 3:00pm on a Sunday, it wasn’t that crowded, yet the young man who seemed to be a manager manning the register appeared to have absolutely zero ability to multitask. I saw a gentlemen ahead of us ask for ketchup and inform the manager that the dispenser was empty.(It was also filthy). He continued to just slowly take orders and wander around back of the counter, never refilled the ketchup. My wife then went back after our food to get ketchup packets and inform him again he might want to refill the dispenser. Again, he ignores this. They didn’t have anyone going around wiping tables or keeping the drink area cleaned and stocked. The food was also taking far too long to come out, again likely a reflection on the manager.

I feel like the cashier at the time of my visit showed racial discrimination towards me. I am Afro-American and I come to this vocation all the time. But when I came today there wasn’t any customers at the counter so I placed my order, I ordered a angry whopper with a small fry and a small drink. A couple of minutes past and four customers came inside and place their order. One of the four customers place the same order as mines. All four customer received their order before me. This restaurant really made me feel like they didn’t care for my business and out of place.

It is newly remodeled so I figured the experience would rock. We went through the drive through for some post work snacks on Monday evening around 6:30. The employee seemed fairly slow. I ordered the buffalo chicken strips meal. He did not think it was the meal and did not get me buffalo strips. Good thing I love chicken in all f its forms! I am pretty sure the drive through guy was 12. This caused us not to complain. There is the possibility that he is 30 but looks 12 and has been doing this for years. If that is the case, find a new profession.

The positive I was able to order a Turkey Burger — yummy. The woman behind counter was pleasant and took time with each person. The negatives, ice machine was broken, no small lids for cups had to ask for one, garbage can was overflowing and trash on ground, root beer was flat. Root beer is not the same without ice. Decided to take my lunch rather than eat there as I had actually planned.

This BK is nothing fancy and the food and service are just as good as any other place but the key factor is that it’s the closest fast food joint in the Brookfield/Riverside area. I mainly only go here when I want something hot to bring into the zoo to snack on. lol I know it may sound odd but I’d rather pay $ 5.00 for meal here than $ 15.00 for basically the same thing at the zoo. Oh and you cannot beat their Hersey Chocolate Pie!

You, my Achilles heel, manage to catch my eye late at night while I’m driving home from the city. Curse you for keeping the drive-thru open until 3 a.m. on the weekends when I’m at my most vulnerable! I can smell it — God’s most perfect food, The Original Chicken Sandwich — wafting from your smokestacks. Dare I? Every. Single. Time.

Worst Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissan’wich I’ve had. I think there was a chunk of something hard in the meat and the croissant was dry and hard. Unfortunately for this franchise owner, I’m not going spend another $ 2.39 here. Ugh. That was almost a year and a half ago and I can stil taste that awful wrag. I had a better Croissan’wich in Munich, Germany than in the U.S.A. What a trajedy! Americans invented this type of breakfast, but leave it to the Germans to perfect it.
