It’s a constant battle getting them to actually do the work they agree to do — and happily bill you for! I don’t recommend.

My wife hired these schmucks to clean up several areas of the yard, pull weeds, trim trees and edge the beds. Simple stuff or so she thought.
The first person that showed up, Amy, didn’t know a tree from a weed, signed us up for things we didn’t ask for (mowing), lost the contract and come to find out got fired.
My wife somehow decided she’d give them the benefit of the doubt and had them come back out to mend the damage. They missed the first 2 appointments to quote, blew us off the first day they were supposed to work and never communicated any of this. Wife had to call the owner countless times to find out where they were.
Now let’s get to the actual work. Don’t go anywhere near these people, not only do they have no clue what plants are they can’t draw a circle. They pulled out over 75 lily of the valley when we showed them explicitly what they were and to save them. 3 times we told them!
At the end of the day of work they just left, didn’t say anything, didn’t clean up and didn’t de thatch the lawn (as in the contract). And guess what, my wife had to call them again to see when they would finish.
I was waking around spraying and pulling weeds (they missed) and discovered they trampled, to the point of destroyed, heirloom plants from my mother’s yard. All of these were shown to them and they were told to ask if they were unsure. These are plants I can’t replace, she died of cancer in 2011.
That was the last straw for me, I let my wife handle this but now I’m stepping in. Everything else they screwed up can be repaired but dead heirloom plants from a dead person CAN’T!
Under no circumstances should you hire these people, not even to take out your yard waste bags. Somehow they would manage to screw that up.

I have used them for 3 years now for weekly mows and fall and spring clean up. They always do a good job, friendly crew, if they have ever missed something they fix it with a smile and you never have to ask them again. Patrick the owner usually answers his phone, no waiting for weeks for a call back. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
