Xs Kevins Landscaping

Their employee weed wacked the vinyl siding at the corners of my garage and left gaping holes at the bottom. I contacted the company and they denied that the workers did the damage. No one else did any yard work at my home but Kevin’s. Also, the siding was installed last year, so it is new. They also weed wacked flowers around two of my flower beds, which they also denied. They accused me of following the worker cutting the grass with the riding mower and watching them. The worker was cutting the grass without the catcher and I had to tell him to put the grass catcher on otherwise he would have left the cut grass on the lawn. After all, I was paying for their service and wanted a job well done not all slopped up. They are lazy, irresponsible and too much in a hurry. They did not clean up the driveway or walk ways properly and left uncut patches on the lawn. I would not recommend Kevin’s Landscaping.

Kevin’s Landscaping ruined our front and back lawn, I agree with other reviewer who said they deserve NO STARS. They are happy to take your money however good luck trying to get someone to return a call when there is a problem! We moved into our new home which had new sod. I personally discussed with Veronica that our home had new sod and had to be cut high and with a hand mower versus the riding mower. Apparently there was no regard for what I had discussed with the owner’s wife Veronica since they used the riding mower and left huge patches of mud where they cut the lawn down to the dirt. In addition, the riding mower left large black marks on our white vinyl fence from where the riding mower continuously scraped along the bottom. They cut our new sod down to the dirt… see pictures. When we demanded someone come out to look at the lawn and replace the sod, we were told it would grow back and to give it at least 3 weeks. We agreed on a date and time and NOT to my surprise, they failed to show up. However, they did show up at their convenience the following day. Luckily I was home and ran out to speak with Veronica who said the lawn looked great and that the areas that did not grow back were not their fault … what a joke! The areas that did not grow back are the exact same areas in these pictures. Save yourself the aggravation, do not hire this company. They will gladly take your money but good luck getting the owner Raul (Veronica’s husband) to call you back. When we asked for Raul to call us, Ruth (who answers the phone) said she would give him the message; which of course means … don’t hold your breath!

Don’t bother. They don’t call back, they don’t answer emails.

Kevins offered to use there smaller conventional lawnmower to avoid destroying my cement drive way and stop the cement chips and pebbles from shattering my glass blocks.
