First time here and it looks interesting. Has a Supper Club feel to it. The Fish Fry is nothing special and I had the lasagna and it was average. I had higher hopes for this place.

We went for An early Friday night supper there last night. At 5:30 we were seated immediately by a pleasant young woman and were given great seats with plenty to look at around the charming restaurant. I immediately noticed the huge glass of wine on another person’s table and my lady friend and I ordered pino grigios. Awesome stArt! The server wAs nice and quick. We all ordered a different fish special and all were huge servings with choice of sides. The side salads were the best and prettiest I’ve had with fish frys. And we got a big dish of Cole slaw too. All the fish was tasty and hot. The meals were very satisfying, service great and good ambiance. Great start of a birthday weekend. Thank you! We will be back

Went there tonight. Waitress had only 3 tables including ours. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. By the way, they charge you $ 2.50 for a can of soda. Only four of us at our table and all ordered fish fry. Took an hour to get our fish. Our salads came after the meal. I never got my salad and one other person never got his fish. The Fries were extremely greasy. Some of the fish was over cooked. The waitress blamed the busboy for the problems! Seriously, I can’t make this up! The owner sat on his ass at the bar the 2 hours we were there. I give them 1 star for not charging for 1 meal. What a joke!

Don’t even waste your time coming to this place. The food is not that good and the prices are way too high. The server however was extremely friendly and polite. First of all we got there at 5:30pm on a Saturday night and the place was empty. We placed our order and it took them 35 min to bring our meals. I order the chicken and rice and it was so dry I thought I was going to choke on it. I had to ask for butter. My friend was disappointed he got margarine. Now regarding the chicken, A little sauce for a very dry chicken would have helped. We could have bought a TV dinner and I would have saved $ 30 per person. Also, they should check on their expiration dates regarding their products 2014 expiration is not acceptable.

Went there tonight for $ 10 fish fry, never again. The only thing nice I can say was our server was friendly. Fish wasn’t very good. Potato pancakes were horrible and cold, cole slaw was disgusting, and corn muffin was gross. At first I was ok with the crappie food because it was only $ 10, but that wasn’t the case. For our family of 3 the bill with tip was $ 67.50! What a rip off! Dinner comes with soup or salad I ordered baked french onion and was told there would be an additional charge for that, which was $ 1.00 ok. My daughter ordered clam chowder(soups tonight are corn chowder, clam chowder, or baked french onion) they charged $ 4.00 for the clam chowder, saying that wasn’t soup. Seriously? How is that not a soup on a Friday night? There was only one other table of people at 7:30 on a Friday night, I can see why. It’s a shame because it is a neat place, but I will never go back.

Waitressing staff was great. However, fish fry was hunks and bits of fish, no discernible pieces. Mushy and cold, batter was unseasoned and tasteless. Rum and coke was flat. Potato pancakes were cold. Coleslaw tasted canned except for the caraway seeds. Expect to pay $ 2.50 for a can of soda!!! A can! Would not return, ever.

Went here on a Sunday for the pork ribs & others in my party had the turkey. The salad with the meal was large with many toppings and was excellent. The ribs came with real mashed potatoes, stuffing and, fresh corn. It was all good, the service was prompt and the cost was reasonable.

My husband and I thought we would try out their fish fry. When we got there a man whom I presume is the owner was sitting at the bar, and told us to hold on to see if the y had any tables ready. The place was basically empty. We were shown to a table that was out of sight of everyone. Service of course then, was not as good as probably should have been. My husband had the blue gills and I had the AYCE fish. They were average. The potato pancakes were cold and pretty starchy. Would I ever go back there again. No.

The atmosphere was cute with alot of things to look at. It was strange that some things were glued down. Our waitress was a little flighty and didnt know the answers to all our questions. The food was OK, the prime rib was great and the beer was good!!! I would go back.
