My 3 year old had his first dental checkup at this location. I was worried about how my son would react. He had a pleasant/​joyous experience. The staff at front desk, the hygienist and the doctor were professional and friendly with my son. The took their time to make my son comfortable before checking his teeth and doing the clean up. His smile lit up when the staff brought him a lightning McQueen tooth brush and few goodies. I left the place with joy and confirming his next appointment.

I am a person who does not enjoy the dentist at all. I came to this location after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I was a bit skeptical after reading the other reviews, but my experience was nothing like the others at all. The staff was polite at all times. I was told about a couple things that I felt that I didn’t want to pay for. One of the things was necessary, and mostly covered (70%) by my insurance, the other thing was clearly presented to me as optional. Both the dentist and the hygienist were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and what I could expect. This was my first visit, and thus far I have no complaints.

My review isn’t about the service, as I was not the patient. Though I will say that they don’t put you under for any service, so beware of that.
My review is about the staff. They were cold, seemed extremely disinterested in helping their customers, and one of them kept using the awful word «re – rd». This employee just came up, motioned toward the TV (where Steph Curry was being shown on the news) and said «I feel bad for that little boy. He won the championship last year & his wife makes the news more than he does because she’s a re – rd. And I feel bad because he’s pretty good at basketball.» This was the second time that she used that hateful term in the hour that I’ve been sitting here. She said it loudly, and without worry that people who may not share her narrow-​mindedness could hear her.
If I could give negative stars, I would. What an unprofessional environment.

Let me start off by saying, if there was an option to give 0 stars, I would be giving that rating. I went in for a teeth cleaning, they were beyond rude, I was told I had a massive tartar build up, and a cavity, I sat there for 2 HOURS while they came up with my «dental plan» (all about the money), I finally took everything off and left, without getting my teeth cleaned. I was so embarrassed and I felt so self conscience about how they had talked to me, and treated me, that I cried the whole way home. Needless to say I went somewhere else, I don’t have a cavity, I had a little tartar which was ALL removed with a normal cleaning.

Horrible!!! On my first visit they told me I had 5 cavities, this seemed odd to me because I’ve never had a cavity in my life & take very good care of my teeth. I went back to my old dentist for a second opinion who confirmed that I did not have a single cavity. Total scam, they are just looking to make money by making up dental work that people don’t even need. Also the free whitening paste they gave me was expired.
