Always crowded and very disorganized. Staff appears to have little knowledge about what they’re selling, and their merch is overpriced. I bought a used controller there for my xbox, and it broke within a month.

Typical game store, they are well stocked and well organized.
The staff here is very friendly and will assist as needed and even provide game recommendations.
If I don’t get the game day 1 via
then this is where I go to pick up games. They also have a good selection of used games which can save you tons of money.
I recommend this place.
