These guys are great! Sold us tires last year for a good price and when I ran over a screw they were quick to help. My tire wouldn’t hold pressure so I called them and they got me right in. They quickly found the problem. At the time I had no idea I had ran over a screw. My tire was fixed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Free of charge!

While driving through OH from VA, I unfortunately got a flat tire and this NTB was the closest place that was open on a Friday evening. I was greeted with a VERY helpful associate who couldn’t be better.
Granted, whenever you have a flat tire and need to spend money replacing it, it’s not a fun time. But I feel like the service and prices I received that day were great and I’m lucky to have came here for my replacement

I called the place on a Sunday afternoon and ended up having everything taken care of within a couple hours. I was going to order from Tire Rack due to the competitive price… forgetting that the price didn’t include the shipping, labor and who knows what other hidden fees.
Kevin at this NTB location definitely made the transition smooth and easy for me. He went extra miles to make sure I picked the right tires for my car and also make sure I get all the discount I could. Also, I was pleased to learn about and purchased the Lifetime Tire Rotation Service, Road Hazard Warranty, Lifetime Balance, and 3-​year wheel alignment programs.
I put about 45,000 miles a year on my car, punctured two tires within a year, so all these extra programs was no-​brainer for me. I saved about $ 200 in total on tire purchase along with Michelin Pilot Sport A/​S 3. I will even save a lot of more time and money with tire balance, rotation, and alignment service next couple years!
Highly recommend this place! As I was told that this place is now under new management and they are working hard to earn their business back. Kevin and the other manager came to this store a couple months ago and are really working hard to make sure they provide unbeatable customer service. Kudos to the team. You guys did a wonderful job!

We got new tires put on, left the store only to find our car was vibrating terribly.
We called right away — just to be told that their alignment machine was OUT OF CALIBRATION — but they let us leave the store without telling us that.
I’ve heard from other people that the mechanics are on a commission — meaning that the more problems they can INVENT for the customer, the more money they make. I would not trust this place!!!
