Trisha who I assume is the store manager is an absolute doll. I had never been to a Chicken Shack before, the food was great, but I would go back based solely on the customer service from Trisha. Thank you Trisha for a great first visit and for being sooooo kind.

Called in my order at 5:10 they told me 15 — 20 minutes, I didn’t get my order until 5:45. Came to the counter and nobody was there. Then cashier came up and asked how she could help me. Mid sentence, she picks up the phone for a call in order. When she’s done, I tell her my name and call in order and I ask her for extra butter for broasted potatoes. When I get the package figuring she’d forget I ask again. Sure enough she did. I get it home, open box no butter on potatoes. Really??? All of this for the pleasure of paying $ 28 for 2 wing dinners. Oh and a spoonful of coleslaw that cost $ 1.69. Won’t be back

I love this place!
We only get carryout at this location. The ribs are NEVER a disappointment.
And either is the chicken of course!
The best deal to get is the 12 chicken piece, slab and a half ribs, coleslaw and another side. It was $ 42 I believe.
VERY DELICIOUS!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family and I always get our chicken and ribs here. I was a vegetarian for two years until I went with my mother to pick up dinner. The smell of the ribs and chicken broke me. I ate a full slab right there! So to say it’s good food is an understatement!

This must be a franchise– the Sobeck family should have them take there name off the building. If you like over cooked dry pork chops, broasted potatoes with out butter, lengthy waits– this a place for you.- gave it three chances hoping I would get the same quality as the other locations– no luck

its definitely not the same as the other locations i’ve been too… (royal oak and warren). i’d drive another ten miles to get the «real deal». Not sure if they’re all independently owned and operated now, but i’d pass on this location.
