KFC

Very very dissatisfied with this KFC. I don’t know if it is only this location or they all have gone downhill but they certainly do not serve fresh food like they used to when I was growing up. We ate chicken mashed potatoes cole slaw and biscuits. To start with we ordered a bucket that’s supposed to have a certain number of each piece (legs, thighs, etc). They didn’t have any breast left so they just put in all wings with the legs and thighs… and didn’t tell us. The meat was not even warm and was dried out. The mashed potatoes were dry, thick and tasted really off. Same with the cole slaw… just tasted wrong. The biscuits were dry and hard. We were eating there and complained about the missing chicken breast before trying any other food. They said it was too late & they weren’t making anymore. I don’t know what time they closed but it was 7 pm on a weekday. So we sat down to eat in KFC. ate a little the out everything and left. We knew by the attitude we received about the chicken breast that it was a waste of time. That was our 3^rd and last time there. I don’t know if I will try any other KFCs in the future. Horrible! !!!

You can’t put zero stars, or I would. What a pile of crap! I have been here many times in my life, and it is obvious that the manager does not care how it is run. The staff is a joke! They screw up your order almost everytime! Seriously? If you can’t work in fast food, you might as well hang it up because that’s the bottom of the barrel. It’s funny, because all of the fast food restaraunts in the Lakeside area have went downhill. Go to the one on Riverland and Van Dyke, it’s run better and less likely to screw up a simple order.
