Ate there again had the Parmesen Herb Chicken with tomato basil and what I got was a a single over cooked chicken breast with a sauce and crumbs on it and grape tomatoes! Really for $ 14.99? I could had gotten a steak cheaper with 2 sides.

Came in and asked for the biggest Ribeye they had, and got an awesome 22 ounce Ribeye perfectly cooked to how I wanted it, rare and juicy =) I’ve been here many times and it’s consistent with all other Outbacks, good clean environment, friendly staff, and awesome steaks =)

For a chain among tons of other options in the area, this place is always jammin busy but for a good reason. We sat down had a great server come up to us right away. Mid way through the appetizer there was an issue. We reluctantly had to send the app back and the manager immediately came out to apologize and insist that he make it up to us. The food was great, service was excellent and management knows what they’re doing. Everyone went over the top from the minute we stepped in the door. They were even offering quesadillas to the hungry people waiting for their tables. Don’t listen to all of the negative feedback here. Thanks outback!

Have been to several outback steakhouse’s and they were all bad. The only reason we stopped by tonight was a saw a stupid commercial on tv, 4 course for $ 14.99, should have known better. Had the six ounce butter garlic sirloin, and my wife had the same. I am the picky one, I put up with the steak even though it wasn’t good. My wife took two bites and wasn’t going to attempt anymore bites. She couldn’t even eat the steamed broccoli, for whatever reason they were bitter. My son had the outback burger and only a couple of bites in he quit. The salad was okay, the soup was good and the cheesecake desert with raspberry on it was just plain nasty. The waitress was good and the manager was nice enough to take my wife’s dinner off the bill. I don’t care what kind of great deal they may offer in the future but I will not be there. I have no idea how this place is always packed. Do that many people seriously have bad taste buds, or have we just settled for mediocre food?

I’ve tried several Outback locations on several occasions. All sucked to varying degrees, but this one was probably the worst yet. Marginally warm food, poor service, and just a general feeling that lunchtime is not for serving customers but for getting ready to serve bad dinner food. I can’t imagine returning.

Don’t EVER get carry out from this place. Tried it twice now. Never on time and always cold. They also forgot items both times. Last Sunday we waited 30MINUTES in a long line for carry out only to be told our food wasn’t up yet. I called a manager from the parking lot and she brought our food right out. It was nice of her to not charge us, but as soon as we got home it was ice cold and missing items. UGH! Totally given up on this one. We will drive a little further to go to a different outback when we want steak even though we only live 3 minutes from this one.

Slow service and a bug. Very bad experience. All aspects of today’s service was slow. Despite the fact that the restaurant was half empty, there was a wait to be seated, a wait for drink orders, a wait to order entrees, a wait for the salad and a long wait for the meal to be served. When the meals arrived, the orders were wrong. Instead of receiving the broccoli that was ordered, we received a baked potato. And instead of receiving fried shrimp, we received grilled shrimp. Eventually, the server returned with a side dish of broccoli and said«here you go»(with no apology for or reference to the wrong order). Then 2⁄3 throughly the meal, we noticed a dead insect in the sauce for the broccoli. The manager apologized and there was no charge for the meal, but I will not be eating there again.

I tell ya I saw the reviews and figured this was a dice roll, but was I ever blown away! I first got here and was greeted by none other than the greeter and was told that we would be seated by the seating person. This seemed a bit much ado about nothing but we got seated in about 2 minutes so job well done Seating Person. I was starving so I immediately fire off an order for a bloomin’ onion, which promptly arrived no less than the time to drop that sucker in hot oil and race it out to us. Beer selection is the the USA best of list with some major micros thrown in like a Sam Adams, and they have a full bar, so go ahead and get your drink on! I opted for a Blue Moon and they were thoughtful enough to include an orange garnish, nice touch. Whenever i’m at Outback, which may be 3 – 4 times a year, I always get Prime Rib. I can’t help it, it’s just the closest thing to a Mountain Jack’s Prime Rib as I can find without having to pay $ 70 a plate. This piece of meat was massive, and done to a turn. Moist and thick with great color and very little fat, in fact if I had a complaint, it would be that it maybe could have had like 2% more fat, but that’s splitting hairs, the flavor was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the staff that we encountered here. I had full conversations with at least 4 staff members here including our lovely waitress that doted over us like a mother hen, I actually felt cared for. Get in here and get ready for some fantastic eats, mate!

Went here for dinner tonight and the service started out great but just went down hill from there. I love this restaurant and come here often but not only did our appetizer come out after our dinner and after I had to remind our server twice about it but my friends meal came out incorrect as well. The manager ended up covering the bill which was very nice but overall the experience was not good. The outback special is what I get every time and it’s amazing! I usually get the baked potato along with a salad. Never usually have issues with food here. It always tastes good & is good properly.

Portion control out of control. Never had a burger at outback so I went and tried one. It was not worth it at all. Added cheddar… but it was almost invisible. The burger lacked any sort of seasoning. The fries were such a tiny portion it was almost funny.

The food was good, not amazing. It was busy and we had 5 people and were sat at a table for 4. We also were jammed in with the tables on either side so I had to sit uncomfortably close. The hair from the woman behind me was resting on my arm and our chairs were touching, and I only had about 4 inches between me and the table. It was uncomfortably crowded. Service was slow. The appetizer plates sat on our table while we ate dinner.

What the hell happen to Outback? I have eaten at the chain for over 15 years now. Its time give up on this once leader in the chain value steak house. The steak was stringy and tasteless. A waste of time and money. I can’t go back and spend my money with restaurant that has bad food a even worst service. I hope Out back fixes the program.

Almost walked out, food was horrible and had hair in and on my food AND on top of that, they had the audacity to still make me pay for it?! F that, never again; one of the worst places to eat on hall road. JUSTAVOID!

Steak was pretty mediocre and super slow service. Bloomin onion, spinach artichoke dip, and calamari were decent. Prices aren’t bad and the place appeared clean. Manager did come over a few times to make sure things were ok. The cocktails my group ordered were good. Although my Gingerbread martini was good(even came with a gingerbread cookie!) looked pretty sorry compares to the picture. Outback used to be pretty good but in my visits within the past 5 – 8 years it’s really gone down. I feel like their effort into the food just isn’t there.

This was the second time we went to this Outback were they were out of something we wanted to order, this time it was honey mustard. Also, someone in my party ordered a steak that was tough and needed to be sent back. The staff was caring and nice, but we drive a bit of a ways to have an unsatisfying meal.

Haven’t been to an Outback for a couple of years because it just seemed like their standards had dwindled. But, was invited to go to the Outback on M59 and Schoenherr for a celebration of a nephew graduating a trade school. So, I went. Got in and my daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren were there. Oh my, I already love this place!!! Ordered me a glass of wine and then the guest of honor arrived along with others. 3 appetizers were initially ordered, cheesy fries, and 2 bloomin onions! I can’t eat the blooming onions because I get sick, I don’t know if it is because they are fried or what, but I can onion rings with no problem — go figure!!! Didn’t eat any of the cheesy fries either — wanted to save my appetite for the main dish! Our waitress was Annie on the spot!!! Forgot her name, but she was spot on. So, I ordered the 6″ special and got a salad and a baked potato. Luckily someone came in late so I was able to share my main dish. It was delicious and now I have a new outlook on the Outback! The restaurant was clean, especially if you looked at how many customers were there! The parking lot was pretty full, but I got a parking spot with no problems and didn’t even use my handicap parking tag!!! Outback I will be back, don’t know if it will be this one, but had a really really nice time and you have sparked my interest!

The food quality is excellent and I’m so happy that Outback is open for lunch now. My sister and I had hamburgers and they were fantastic. Great service and the food is always fresh and hot when it comes to you.

My family and I went to Outback last night since my Auntie had a gift card to use. When we walked in at roughly 8pm, the place was packed. Very few seats available. I thought this was a good thing. Meant people enjoyed this place. The last time I was at Outback was 5 years ago when the one in Chesterfield was opened. My family and I started out with the blooming onion. Meh. For the price it wasn’t very much. Tasted overcooked but since we were all hungry we ate it. We all hoped our meals were bigger portions for the price. Wrong! I ordered the Maple Mustard Glazed Pork Chop. It came with two boneless chops(nearly burnt) and they were incredibly small. Thanks to the glaze, they tasted like maple syrup which wasn’t an issue with me. Also came with a side of steamed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. If you love salt a lot, you’ll love the sides because thats all I tasted. Ew. Not flavor. Just salt. For $ 13.99 I was expecting better prepared food and bigger portions. My Mom ordered the $ 11.993 course meal and it was probably the best deal for the price and amount of food you get. Unfortunately you only have 3 entrees to choose from. I can’t have red meat and my aunt is allergic to seafood and spicy foods so we weren’t able to get any of the entrees that are apart of the deal. My Mom got: house salad, Chili Chicken & Shrimp and a slice of raspberry cheesecake. The service was decent. Our waiter was in training so he always made sure we had our refills, had enough bread and checked on us every 5 minutes or so. Unless I have a gift card to use, I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. You can get better service, more food and tastier food at Texas Roadhouse for half the cost.

I have a question — what the heck ever happened to Outback? The service used to be out of this world. The food was amazing. Everything was incredible… and then they got too big for their britches. This particular location was our favorite. It’s been our«go to» Outback for years. We went there today and what a let-down. After waiting for a table for 15 minutes we were seated IN A HALFEMPTYROOM! Yes folks, us and others waited in the waiting room while their dining area had numerous booths and tables that were WIDEOPEN! Great service folks. Something just isn’t right about that. Then we ordered our appetizer — for which we were told«we don’t have that today, we’re out of it». It was the Bushman’s mushrooms. Unbelievable. My wife’s favorite thiing to get there. It’s on the menu. It wasn’t crossed out. Things have changed in the world of Outback and it’s not for the better. It’s gonna be a good long while before we go back. So sad. It used to be incredible, now it’s just like everybody else. Get a clue Outback.

Truly a 5 star food & service visit! From our entrance & arrival at 11 am by a super personable hostess, to our highly energetic/efficient server Sandy. Dad was out of town during his 75 birthday, so we got caught up today for lunch. Dad ordered the: Sirloin Diablo 6oz. signature sirloin topped with a zesty chili pepper cream sauce. Served with Aussie fries Which he loved. Sandy offered to accept a lunch coupon, there by enabling me to splurge on the: Ribeye The steak lover’s steak is well-marbled, juicy and savory. Served with your choice of one freshly made side.10oz. 16.29 My side for a $ 1 up-charge I got the little known Blue Cheese Chop Salad, which you must request as it is not on the lunch or dinner menu, Sandy knew I was sharing with Dad & she had it split in the back on two chilled plates. Both steaks were cooked medium rare, perfectly. Sandy was a constant positive presence & told us to request her anytime as she works everyday
