I was at Applebee’s on Saturday (11−21−15) I had been going in to get my usual a well done Burger, 2 orders of Cole slaw, and fries along with a Pepsi. I so was very disappointed when I started examining the Burger. Yes you guessed it, the meat was somewhat red inside. This turned me completely off!!! No more Burgers for this old girl!!!

Worst experience I’ve had eating out in awhile. Waitress (was not waitress assigned to my table) was rude and unkempt and the manager (Mr. Butts) seems to care less. I will never go there again. First experience is an everlasting experience. Corporate needs to clean house and get people in there who demonstrate and believe in «customer service».
If any of your waitresses/waiters makes unsolicited/inappropriate comments to customer/s they need to be removed.

I alternate between car-side to go from Eisenhower & Riverside locations. Today I chose Eisenhower. I always get Oriental chicken salad and raspberry tea. Food is always consistent, but today I will no longer visit the Eisenhower location. When I arrived back at my office, I had no salad dressing… yes everybody makes mistakes but to me it’s how you make it good that counts. «can’t you come back for it?» «what do you want me to do?» I asked, «what do you suggest?’ She did apologize, several times, but then said there’s nothing she can do. This after I gave her a 20%+ tip… just to bring it out the restaurant. Well, there’s something I can do, not come back. I’ll be taking my business to Riverside to Zurrie from now on!

Horrible! Slow, disrespectful, loud and no flavor in the soup and the wontons were way over soy sauced.
Will not be back… this is the worst Applebee’s I have ever been to.

The quality and flavor of the food was marginal, the wait staff was unskilled, and the alcohol prices are too high. I arrived before my call-in order was ready, so I ordered a draft beer at the bar and make the kitchen aware I was waiting.
The waitress packaged the hot entrée and the Caesar salad in one sack and let it sit until I asked about my order again. When she brought it out I paid the bill, discovering a single draft beer cost $ 6.50, how ridiculous!
After the food sat at the restaurant and a short dive home, the salad had wilted to the point it was unpalatable and the chicken & shrimp entrée was bland. I do not recommend this place, I’ll Never back!

Went their last Saturday waited 25 mins to be seated in a booth the place was empty I seen at least 10 available tables and booths service was slow received someone else’s food never did get a refill I will never eat at this place again

You know that Internet meme that says «Oh God Why?» Yeah that is what you ask after eating here. The food was okay, not great, nor completely what I expected, but not terrible. The service was terrible. Our hostess was nice, but our waiter looked stoned, and later we smelled alcohol on him. People were spilling dressings, he left his trays and was spilling stuff. It was a mess. Never again.

Ive always been a fan of Applebees. Their customer service has always been spot on and very courteous. Went with three other people and I simply got the 2 for 20. For such a bargain price you would expect garbage food, but it was truly very good. Well proportioned and we took alot of the food home. Everything in this place gets an A. From the food to the actual theme of the restaurant. After youre finished shopping at the mall, with Ruby Tuesdays out of the picture, hop across the street to the exceptional Applebees.
