I had a shocking experience to say the least. Visiting from SoCal and stopped in to one of my favorite places of all time. I approached the counter (of the almost empty restaurant also shocking) and the cashier said ‘go ahead.’ I ordered my food and paid with my card. All without the cashier ever looking up or acknowledging me. When I picked up my food I said ‘thank you,’ and the person behind the counter turned and walked away. I have literally never experienced this! The food was okay at best, definitely not what I’m used to. I hope corporate takes a look at this location because it is doing their brand no favors! I accidentally threw away my receipt and don’t remember the girls name or I’d be calling corporate to complain.

Great customer service and delicious food, they are very attentive and make sure you are well taken care of.
The drive thru at this location is often crowded because of this locations popularity but they seem to get the customers taken care of quickly.
I have absolutely no complaints about this location. It’s clean, the service is awesome and the food is fresh and delicious. Other places should take notice!

I generally love this chain. The food is great and the customer services fantastic for a fast food restaurant. Today was the first time I had a very poor experience. They mixed up my order which was not a big deal. However the follow up was ridiculous. They made me reproduce the receipt. After I pointed out that the mistake was theirs and it would have been nice to have gotten the $ 2 credit open parentheses the difference in the bills close parentheses, the supervisor pointed out that it was probably my fault. The recharge for the full order. I told them I had already paid previously. They finally refunded the previous payment and asked me to pull over and wait for my order. They brought out the order without the drinks. Very unorganized group and the supervisor was rude. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I visited this store while in Macon on a business trip for lunch. I used the drive-​thru and ordered a no. 1. After I got my sandwich I noticed the chicken was not done. I couldn’t return to the store since I was traveling through Macon. What a waste of money and time.

Super slow service tonight! We went through the drive thru and it took forever to get our food.

I love this Chick-​fil-​A and it’s right off the highway which makes it so convenient for my daily commute! Even if the line is suuuuper long, I always get in and out fast, and the food is always hot and consistently yummy. There isn’t another fast food place anything like this! The staff is also friendly and seems to run like a well-​oiled machine. Only taking off one star because I really wanted Chick-​fil-​A on sunday… But alas they were closed :’(I had to get my chicken fix elsewhere.

One of the best chains in Georgia. Love me some chick-​fil-​a when I’m in the area. Ordering the lemonade is a must along with a chicken biscuit with cheese in the morning.

I work very near here and find myself a frequent customer, Food is always hot and served quick. In and out are fast even when they are serving busloads of people. This is the only place I go that I dont feel the need to check the bag before I leave the lot, its always right.

Went to Chic-​fil-​a today on my way out of town. Walked inside and the counter is empty, walked up to the lady at the register, she is texting and ignores me completely. After a few seconds I say hello she still does not look up from her texting but asks what I want. I order and she types it in all while finishing her text message and still has not even raised her head to look at me. She makes my tea and sets it on the counter on the otherside from where I am standing waiting for it and returns to her text. I was literally speechless, almost amused by how little this lady cared. My receipt says her name is Jo, I’m not sure about that however as she was not wearing a nametag. I’ve gotten better service at McDonalds which is saying something.

We just love these franchise… Chicken sandwich is great! Service is awesome!!! Wish u had these north!!! We are from Michigan!

cons: Here is the latest issue I have with this place on tom hill. The last time I went the window associate was rude as hell. She needs better training because this place is suppose to have quality service and is normally better than the regular fast food chain here in macon. She was a rude impatient bitch to me and my mom. I hope she gets replaced because a dinner rush is no reason to have an attitude at the customers… get over it you work in FAST FOOD and should not get pissed because so many people are ordering. especially when this place has a huge rush all the time. now to the food, don’t care for the chicken biscuit nor the waffle fries.

This Chick-​Fil-​A was a well run machine. The employees were pleasant, organized and efficient. The condiment and utensil section was well stocked and the bathrooms were clean. Food was hot and served quick. In and out was easy!

Visited the drive thru tonight. The cashier was very thorough and repeated order back to me over the speaker. Chicken Deluxes, waffle fries, and chicken strip kids meals were cooked to perfection. The fruit cups featured strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and apples. A nice option for a family not wanting kids to eat fries at every stop.
An added bonus was a garbage can before pickup window for travelers to dispose of accumulated trash.
Driving down 75 to FLA and need an affordable and delicious meal? This is your place.

It’s rare to find a Chick-​Fil-​A with easy off/​on highway access, likely due to the fact they’re closed on Sundays. So I was psyched to find this Macon location while driving back to Atlanta from a business trip in Savannah.
Situated just off the highway, in a bustling shopping center, this particular branch is clean — including the restrooms, which have paper towels! — and the staff is super-​friendly. Like most Chick-Fil-A’s, everyone pitches in to fill orders and keep the lines moving efficiently.
Best bonus — the waffle fries are gluten free! So are the grilled chicken nuggets, but I’m not much of a fan. Compared to the original chicken sandwich, which is sadly not GF, they pale in comparison. But it’s a safe meal option for anyone with a gluten allergy.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is fast, with very friendly service. I love the cobb salad here. I love that I can choose whether or not I want spicy or regular chicken. At Christmas, it’s soo pretty. It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

This Chick-​fil-​A is awesome! At Christmas, they cover the whole store with lights. The drive –through is like a professional Night of Lights display with music and everything. The service, food, environment, and atmosphere is always great, too!

The Publix of Fast Food restaurants once again does NOT disappoint me. We were headed to South GA and decided to stop for lunch. I am going to assume that this is the only CFA in the area because it was jammed pack in the parking lot and the drive thru and inside. I mean, I thought they were giving out little bites of chicken or lemonade or something up in this joint!
We decided to use the drive thru because there were so many people inside. the line was wrapped around the front of the building but it still took us only about 5 – 7 minutes to get our food. And when I tell you it was hot. I mean we had to give the chicken strips and fries a couple of minutes to cool off before we could eat it. Now, that’s freaking hot. And «YES!», everything was good. I think these were the biggest chicken strips I have ever seen before.
I also noticed that they now sell Waffles with syrup inside for breakfast at this location. Chicken and Waffles. YEAH Baby!

Exceptional service! In & out as always. They are ALWAYS busy & I never wait long, ever!

Anyhoodles, stopped by the drive through of this location at 12:30 on a Monday right before Thanksgiving (meaning the kiddies are out of school) and MAN was it crowded. They may not have the double drive-​through lanes that some of the popular spots in Atlanta have, but they do have great customer service. Would you believe that they had staffers (one in a shirt and tie) taking your order outside before you even got to the often-​annoying scratchy microphone thingee? Then they had a separate person taking your money who would run (yes, RUN) back and forth to the window to get change, all to expediate the process. And let me tell you, it worked. The line was about 10 cars deep but we got through quickly and our food was hot and delicious as ever. And these people did it all with a smile.
Chick-​fil-​A, you may be run by crazy Southern Baptists, but you got this ish down to a science. Well done.

super convenient that it’s right off the exit from I-​75. this location is SUPER busy but the expected, kind service from chick fil a is delivered.
this is where i tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. excellent seasoning and no separate sauces needed.
