How this place stays open is amazing. They have some of the worst staff. The food is good but it’s not worth dealing with the staff. There is jimmy johns down the road and it’s well worth it. Also who wants hot sauce then been sitting out for years and covered in dirt. At least clean the bottles

We like Firehouse Subs, but this particular location was a little disappointing. The restaurant was not as clean as others I’ve visited. The lettuce on my sandwich was on the soggy side, and the Freestyle drink machine was having some kind of problem the whole time we were there. Had we been warned of that, I don’t think we would’ve wasted our time ordering drinks. (The machine did get fixed toward the end of our visit, but I was only able I get half a cup full of my selection.)

An employee contacted me about my review. She apologized that we did not have a good experience and promised a better one next time. So that was a nice gesture.
