Very slow. Takes forever to get food. You can order quickly but be prepared to wait 30 for food.

2 stars are for the tea and cookies. Nothing else appeals to me here. They have nasty food, not crazy about the soups, the salads are just okay and they have dry bread they use to make their sandwiches with. their tuna is kinda sweet and I personally don’t like sweet tuna. I only come to get a peanut butter cookie and a drink. Nothing else is worth wasting money on besides maybe coffee.

I come here all the time with friends and with my daughter and we have never had a problem. I have used their order ahead service as well as walked in and the employees are all super nice! This one guy even provides tableservice basically, bringing our food to us and getting high chairs, etc. which is super convenient when you have a two-year-old to keep an eye on! I wish their portions were a bit bigger and the prices a bit cheaper but that isn’t a problem with this location in particular :) my daughter is obsessed with their macaroni and cheese.

This is my go to spot for a quick breakfast bagel — absolutely love the cinnamon crunch bagel. The customer service is always quick and courteous — no wait(i’m usually there around 6 am). The cashier that’s a regular is very personable — she remembers other customers orders and names which makes you seem like you matter and are appreciated. Haven’t had a bad time since. Can’t speak towards lunch/dinner times

Lately this location seems to be going downhill. Countless times I’ve been here for dinner during the week only to be told they’re out of something. Twice they’ve been out of the French baguette when I choose it as my side to go with soup. Irritating.

I’m kind of shocked at some of the reviews here. I’ve always enjoyed Panera and especially this location. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I did a lot of my coursework there and would spend a majority of my weekends tucked in a booth with an outlet. One day all the outlets were full and the bus boy kept an eye out for me until one was open. The manager has always been really helpful and kind. They even have a nutrition binder behind the county you can ask for that gives more details about their menu options.

The service was lacking but there was one lady that was really nice and made sure we had no problems. We got a slice if the cinnamon swirl cake which is very good and moist and a ice tea to wash it down.

I’m normally a fan of Panera but this location falls short of the chain’s reputation. My first visit was about a year ago, and it had a generally unclean feel to it. The service left much to be desired, and the food was undercooked(not a good thing when chicken is involved). Tonight we decided to give them another shot. We drove 16 miles off our route to get here, only to find a sign on the door that they were closing an hour early. Who does that? It’s not a holiday, so I’m puzzled.

This place is dirty bus tubs over flowing trash needs to be emptied. Someone sleeping in a booth? Manager has a bad attitude towards his staff. Just not a good day for this location!

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the food at this particular location. They’re always out of stock on most items and still serve us the items incomplete and not inform us before our purchase that they’re out. Like I got a caesar salad but no croutons and the guy who served it to me even acknowledge how it was a damn shame. I just got a bunch of lettuce with their ends browned a little dressing drizzled over the top. My boyfriend got a premium signature pasta and after we paid they said they only had one type of pasta dish left. We also ordered a bread bowl but we just got soup in a bowl with a bunch of bread on the side. The sweet tea was the only thing enjoyable, however, I won’t be wasting my time or money on some half-assed foods.

Service is very good. They bring the food to your table and pick it up when done. I found the Asiago roast beef to be my favorite sandwich. I really enjoy that they are open until 10pm. I would recommend this place.

Food is good. Service was very slow and trash was overflowing out of all the garbage cans.

Not the cleanest Panera I’ve ever seen. Pretty beat up looking, and my carry out container had avocado smeared on it.

Solid fare. Bread bowls seem smaller. And I could have sworn I had more than three tablespoons of stew in the thing last time. Still, I’m a fan, and I can count on these folks to make a tasty sandwich and soup. Good when you’re on-the-go.

There is nothing really special about Panera. The food has now wow factors. The service is about average. Every time I eat here I think to myself«I so could have gone someplace else». It is not worth the price but sometimes your just in the mood for a hot sandwich.

Again another place I am sorta shocked no one has reviewed. Since it seems like everyone here in Macon thinks place is like über cool and all. Well I have been here a few times and not really impressed. At the counter they have a nice looking spread of breads, bagels, and dessert. I have had some of the desserts and they were all pretty good. The bagels I have not had but I need to come try, most bagels are usually decent. The sandwiches are not that great. They already come with weird condiments. Besides the weird mustard the sandwiches are not really that special. More or less overpriced for just a sliced meat sandwich. The staff does not seem to happy to do special orders. When you ask them to just leave off or change the condiments on a sandwich. They told me its already pre made and it would take like 30 minutes to special order one. Ewww gross, who wants pre-made so called deli-type sandwiches. I don’t but my friends seem to like the place so I will just continue to be disappointed. Maybe next time I will order a salad or just dessert. Or maybe even blow their mind and order a bagel sandwich at night. So I am disappointed with these place but I hope that maybe they can redeem themselves in the future.
