A little surprised about the negative reviews bc this is my favorite JoAnns I’ve ever been to. I was visiting Macon and stopped by the store. So neat and well organized! Way neater and well put together than my local JoAnn. The fabric cutter ladies were nice as well as the cashiers. Can’t say anything bad about my experience

Waited to get fabric cut while store staff spent more time distracted on other things than my fabric order. Nothing changed — even when a line 4 people deep formed behind us.

Usually you are so excited when you are starting a new project… the staff in this business are SO NEGATIVE they take they wind out of you! Especially the fabric cutters. Go across town — you’ll be glad you did!
