To start, each appointment I have had to wait over an hour to get called back, then had to wait another fifteen plus minutes for the provider to come in. Once the provider came in, they were in the room less than 2 minutes. I wasn’t even given an opportunity to speak and ask questions! It has not been a pleasant experience at OrthoGa on Forsyth Street. I would not even consider being a patient there again.

Such a beautiful facility with such wretched customer service. The pre-op nurse was a downright hateful person. Otherwise the place is freezing and most of the staff have an «edge». It’s hard to believe that these people wouldn’t be trained on quality customer service. Poor attitudes turn away customers. The doctors are good, the urgent care nurses are sweet & friendly, the check in desk is nice… after that, you are treated VERY poorly.

Been to the urgent care this week. Judi Tillman super great. So very patient and understanding. Solved my issue and had me on my way.

OrthoGeorgia is the perfect example of quantity over quality. This is a high-volume medical group that requires massive amounts of people to come through each day to literally keep the lights on. On each of my three unrelated visits an X-ray was ordered(prior to even seeing a doctor), followed by an average visit time of less than 3 minutes. On my last visit I was misdiagnosed by an orthopedist with no training in the area of his diagnosis — two unaffiliated specialists both determined his error. I was then billed twice for the same visit, and the burden of proof to correct this was upon me, which I did. OrthoGeorgia and its physicians aren’t just bad — they are dangerously incompetent.
