Bit of a mixed review
Pros: Very friendly staff. Dr. Seth Murphy was an awesome OD — friendly, knowledge and did a very through exam. Large selection of frames. He is absolutely one of the best ODs I’ve seen.
Cons: Value/​Price wasn’t really there for me in the frames/​lens area. I’ve worn glasses since I was a little girl so I’ve had to buy many, many pairs. I went here because I had vision insurance and they were on the list. Even though they offered a set price for the first pair as set by the plan and discounts on the 2^nd pair (I like having a back up pair, just in case), I felt with the amount of money spent, I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a better deal. I didn’t renew the vision plan and based on the «retail cost» of what those 2 pair would have cost without it — I don’t know if I would go back to them for glasses.
I’d love to keep Dr. Murphy has my eye doctor so it will remain to be seen if they will release my script without a hassle so I could get the frames/​lens somewhere else.
