Sorry Chem Dry, you didn’t do a good job, wasn’t happy with your service, you didn’t spot service before cleaning and said you couldn’t remove some light red spots, so another company came and did the job and when i asked for my money back you refused. Sad to say I won’t be calling you again.

Exceptional service at an exceptional price. We used him for our business carpets. We have used other people in the past who we would never use again. We called a bunch of places to get estimates and the owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was very nice. We were happy with his quote so decided to go with him. He worked with our schedule which was also nice. He showed up on time which was a huge plus since other companies in the past showed up late. He did a very very good job on our carpets which were in pretty bad shape since we have a lot of traffic in and out on a daily basis. We will definitely be using Quality Chem Dry every time we need our carpets cleaned and I will definitely be recommending this company go all my friends and family! What a GREAT experience I had with Kevin at Chem Dry of Madera. I needed a carpet and two rugs cleaned at two different locations in town and believe me, I presented him with a unique set of scheduling obstacles. These guys were fantastic! I had a bad experience with Coit giving me the old «Bait and switch»…I called Chem Dry and they told me a solid price per square feet to clean and seal my tile. Honest, and straight up!
They showed up 10 minutes early and made my 8 year old tile look new again!
