Well first time here but I have to say very friendly staff. Food was good. Had the prime rib and eggs. Very good. Wanted more prime rib but then again who doesn’t when it’s good. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry.
I would definitely stop by again just to try other things on the menu. May be a regular when I play Madera Muni.
Stopped in again 10÷10÷15 got the pancakes and eggs. Not bad, maybe thought it was a bit pricey but overall it was a good breakfast. And again the Staff is just really really nice. Seems like I will be working my way down the menu.

This is a good little local restaurant, good food, good service if your not in a hurry. it gives you time to enjoy your food. Decent prices for the food.

The first time I came here in 2012 I had the country fried steak and it was plenty of food. It was actually pretty good. The second time I went I had the $ 4.99 burger basket thing and it was alright. The third time was half a turkey sandwich and when I put it up to my mouth I could smell that it was old meat. I took a bite and said UH UH and stopped. I didn’t want to be rude so I took it home but didn’t eat it. Ugh.
If you like wet boiled chicken (chicken cordon bleu) then you’ll love it here.
Also why are the doors always open? Come on in, flies. You’re welcome to eat here too apparently.

What a gem! My brother found this place, I believe by accident. The food is fresh, tasty and the service is friendly. We ordered among other things a side of bacon, cooked to perfection and plenty of it. We will definitely be back!
Oh and the CLAM CHOWDER IS AMAZING!!!

Love their daily made soups! I always get at least a cup and haven’t been disappointed. The exterior is inviting and interior meets expectations of a café diner atmosphere.
Service is knowledgeable and super friendly. Coffee tastes good and not stale as sometimes an occurrence at other café’ experiences I’ve had. Daily lunch specials are pretty good deals.
I ordered a BLT with a cup of soup for under 7 $. Can’t beat those prices.

Love the small town feel and the waitress was really nice. I ordered the California omelet and for $ 9.99 it’s worth it all the way the portions are huge. The avocado on the omelet was fresh which is always a plus in my book! Only complaint was they need to keep the bathroom stocked there wasn’t any paper towels to dry my hands.

Really can’t complain at all. We like good old regular American food and it’s getting harder to find restaurants that serve it. Our hamburger was charbroiled, juicy and tasty. The Reuben was dee-​licious and the homemade potato salad was very good. Servers friendly, prompt and attentive. Definitely coming back. wanted to try dessert but we were too full. Next time getting the grilled meatloaf sandwich

Service is soooo slow. Food is good, but overpriced. Good place to have a meal every now and then (when your not in a hurry).
