Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins

I visit this location everyday. The staff here is remarkable. They really go out of their way to satisfy the guests. I receive special messages on my cups, personalized donuts and even gift bags on the holidays. It amazes me the lengths they go to to reward me for my loyalty. I will never go to another Dunkin. This store is amazing. Some advice: get to know the staff and you will not be sorry. They work hard and most of them everyday. Their priority is your satisfaction.

They made my order completly wrong and sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. I got a medium drink and a breakfast sandwhich and was around 11 dollars. For that price i could of went to a sit down resturant smd got better quality of food. I wnt be returning

Had an ice cream craving one night, so headed out to BR, never having been to this one. Couldn’t decide on any of the «31 Flavors» because the way the ice cream looked in the canisters, they did not look fresh, nor appealing. So I went with what I wanted anyway, soft serve in a chocolate-​dipped waffle cup in a bowl, which I was pleased to see, being perfect to what I wanted, though, I wanted a chocolate and vanilla swirl, which they did not have. They only have vanilla, all the time. So, I got the vanilla with the hot fudge on top and I ordered a medium. Usually, a medium is equivalent to two scoops, and a small, one scoop. I got the equivalent of one and maybe a quarter scoop, if that. The ice cream itself with the hot fudge was good, but there was not enough for what I paid. I could have had more and better at, say, Coldstone Creamery, for example, for the price. The waffle cup tasted good with the chocolate dipped parts, but the rest had a strange taste and I didn’t venture further on that, it went in the trash. I was disappointed with the products and the choices seemed limited, too. I doubt I will be returning and shall, perhaps, opt for my favorite Haagen Dasz at the nearest grocer instead. It’s better and it costs less!

In the world of «holy crap… I’m late for work» there are times when you need to have a dependable source to help you out in the morning.
DD is just that.
The morning crew at the drive thru is awesome. Kandice and Bonnie have been absolutely astounding when you are in a rush and need your coffee. Service with a smile, and right on the money for getting your order right. I can’t vouch for the inside crew, or the Baskin Robbins part of the store, but at least I know my mornings will have just what I need!
