I’ve been here twice, and both times I was very, very displeased with how they treated me. Let me explain. 1. I wanted to return a data cable, because as it turns out I had bluetooth on my phone, and did not need it. I only bought it about 2 hours ago. When I came back, they said no returns on data cables. I wish they had told me that when I bought it! So they said come back and we’ll give you a discount on a bluetooth headset. I don’t want a bluetooth headset, I want a refund. I came back the next day hoping to catch the manager, but a clerk told me that he wasnt there to do refunds, and I’d have to come back another time. But the same guy told me they don’t give refunds a day ago. Needless to say I didn’t come back. 2. Roughly a year later, my bluetooth clip on my device broke, and if you know what im talking about, you know these can be pretty flimsy. It’s a small piece of plastic, easy to break. I went there and asked if they had any replacements, since this is the closest place to my house. The manager said sure, let me check. he came back with a bag of 2, and said«well these are 10 dollars each, but ill give it to you for 5, since we dont need it anymore.» Seriously? 5 dollars? Amazon has them for 1 dollar, or 5 for 3. Ebay has 10 of them for 5 with free shipping. What a joke. I seriously despise this place. Hey Joshua: If you work there, just say it bro.
