I had a dead MacBook charger, so I stopped in to see if they had any replacements in stock. This store sells everything from used laptops to empty tower chassis, to accessories. I ended up purchasing a knock off charger for about half the price of an oem Apple product. Of course it will probably last half as long, but so far so good. I’d come back for this sort of thing again.

This is hands down the worst computer shop out there. They simply do not care about their customers and do not know that much about computers. Went in there already 4 – 5 times in the past few years asking to replace a video card. I already had all the parts and all they needed to do was to swap the card. However, when picking up the system, they said it works now but who knows how long. They say your power supply may not support the video card, but I had already made sure the power supply was more than plenty and never had an issue. Every time I come in to replace a video card they say this. This is so annoying, and I will never return to the store. Shame on you for saying this when I already told them just replace the card and that’s it. Still they say «it works now but who knows for how long». The pc is in perfect shape and its been working. They clearly do not know anything about IT or how a computer works. Also they speak poor English. There is one Chinese man and another American man who never says hi or anything. Where is your customer service? You clearly do not care about your customers. Never coming back, how about that? Will goto microcenter and tell all my friends not to come back to your terrible shop. Also there is a Chinese lady who clearly does not know the difference between sleep and shut down. I was on vista ultimate and she clicked the sleep button, then unplugged the pc. I said why did you put it in sleep instead of shut down. But she claimed she clicked shut down, as it to try to cover up her mistake. Never coming back and shame on you for putting yourselves first instead of the customer. Hope you go out of business. Worst pc shop ever.

Bought an oversized funky keyboard — 10 bucks.
They have computer cases, as well as motherboards and peripherals. They also do repairs to your favorite computer.

Paid $ 200.00 for a computer cleaning and repair only to return in less than 12 days because computor not working. Upon my return they tell me my «computer to old, you need new one», wow that would have been great advice before I spent $ 200. On repairs. They put in another mother board I returned home and computor still won’t come on.
