Just moved here and decided to check this place out because we love frozen yogurt places. The flavors were okay… some good, nothing great, and a few terrible. We opted for a couple of the good ones, in waffle cones($ 1 extra), without any toppings. We went to pay and they tried to tell me it would be almost $ 8… for just mine! She said it was 16 oz of yogurt… Umm, no. They were weighing the cone and this tray and claiming to have taken the tray weight off. However, it’s not even possible that I had 2 cups of yogurt! My waffle cone(not the bowl) wasn’t even filled to the top and once again, I had zero toppings. We just left, without paying $ 15 for two ice cream cones basically. Not sure if it was a scam, poorly trained staff or just overpriced average yogurt. Either way, we are taking our business elsewhere.

Probably the worst service experience ever. Ask either of the two girls working here questions and you get teenage angst attitude. Sorry, if I asked if you have a specific flavor… sorry I tried it. Ugh… I think I finally found a reason not to like Alabama. Not enough sweet frogs!

Was excited to try this place as back home in SC we had a similar store. I give the toppings 5 stars. However something was off about all the flavors of ice cream/frozen yogurt. Maybe we had a bad night… But we were very disappointed to say the least.

It’s a little expensive. I got the smallest which is 16 oz. and paid like 8 dollars. But all the flavored are amazing and the topping are awesome. They even had fresh fruit

The flavors are delicious! My family and I especially enjoyed the yellow cake, key lime and birthday cake yogurt. There was also a variety of options at the toppings buffet. The place was empty when we arrived and the sole employee seemed to be very bored and not interested in our business. She also didn’t offer us samples until we asked. Most frozen yogurt joints are so friendly and encourage customers to try samples. Offering customers samples makes good business sense, employee had an off day!

My second-favorite frozen yogurt place in Madison, since Zen-Beri opened. There is more summer evening shade here, especially now that they have added tables on the sidewalk! The buildings here block the actual view of the setting sun, though. I swirled today’s two no-sugar-added flavors of fro-yo. Then topped it with a little granola, and a good bit of fresh real fruit: banana, strawberries, mango, blueberries — and a maraschino cherry on top. I try to avoid the candy and cookie toppings, and flavored syrups. However, if I weren’t trying to be good I’d be sampling the chopped Butterfinger toppings and such. My wife got her fro-yo for free, because we got our tenth punch on their card I had in my billfold from last year. We were trying to call this supper. However, I’ll be wanting something else before bedtime.

Go to place for ice cream for me and the family. Serve yourself, and the staff is helpful if you have questions.

Just another fro-yo place, with good yogurt similar to other businesses of the like. However, this place closes 10 – 15 before the stated hours every single night, and the staff are hardly attentive when they are open.
