Arlington Park Self Storage

I checked Arlington Park’s Google reviews and saw a lot of great reviews. I became a customer because the experience and customer service was exactly as expected. Great place to do business with!

Arlington Park Self Storage has been under new management since summer of 2014. The new manager was so helpful to me when I was on the search for self storage for my grandmother. Not only did he walk with me to show me the different size storage units available, but also told me that he had a truck to let me use to move things into the unit FREE of charge. All other storage unit places I looked at told me their truck rentals were NOT free. I’d definately recommend this place to others… AND HAVE! The manager, Mr. Blankenship, was so courteous and friendly to me as well! A+ service all around!!!

This facility has served it’s purpose given the proximity from our home and old business location. However I would not jump for joy with the recent management and up keep of same. When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch… For whatever reason she was let go, or left… The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent’s and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc…) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it’s location.
