If your server’s name is Corey, expect to sit there waiting on drinks, as well as for him to take your order. You will see him running in circles, scatterbrained, talking to himself, while forgetting all about you. If you have Catherine as your server, expect excellence! She’s very good and attentive, and is the best server in there. When she’s not there, my food always comes out wrong, but the managers do make up for it. My only issue here is that the food is usually messed up.

We were a party of 7 at 8pm. The service was so slow. Our waitress kept asking for a large tip to help her and her daughter because she was a single mother. I wouldn’t mind chipping in extra, but it took her 45minutes to get out dinner rolls(after we had to ask her about them). She only had us and one other small table. She had no idea about their alcohol or beer selection(her excuse was because she was a single mother…). The food was pretty good, the service was awful.

Really a chain, and therefore don’t expect your steak to be super great. Mine was competently cooked, and they load you up on their bread(which is good to be sure). I’d put it in the Applebee’s box – Not your fancy date night, but a not-too-expensive meal when you feel like a steak and a beer.

Any place can have a bad day, but this was the third straight below average performance here. On first visit, ribeye was all gristle. The second visit, our waitress abandoned us. Today our salad and main course came simultaneously. Service was poor. Skip the chicken pot pie.

I’ve been to many Logan’s and other steakhouses. Usually there aren’t bad. We tried this one twice because we figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt the first time. We were wrong. Service is bad! Food is slow! Bartenders are poorly trained. The customer service was horrible. On a Friday night at dinner time they weren’t crowded(should be a clue). We were sat right away, but at a dirty table. We waited a long time for some one to take drink order. They came out wrong and by a different server. Our server came to the table and threw straws down the table like he was slinging dice. We waited another 8 – 9 mins before someone came back with drinks from the bar and still didn’t offer to take food orders. The first time we came in it wasn’t busy and the food took 40 mins from the kitchen. I didn’t bother to order this time. There are s lot of good places to eat close by. Stay away from this one.

Logans Roadhouse is OK. It is like all the other Roadhouse-style joints I have been to all around the country. The same menu and selections as well. There is nothing wrong with this place at all. The staff was pleasant and attentive and the Manager was a nice fellow as well. It isn’t my first choice to go for a good steak, but I would’t turn away a gift card to dine here either. Check it out! It’s great to take a business group to for a nice, affordable dinner.

Slow service and waited well over 30min for our food. Table next to us also had issues with their food. Both of us ordered The Logan Sirloin only to be told they only had one left??? What!?? How is it you run out of steak and your a steakhouse??? Get it together Logan’s!

The bartender the night I came had an attitude from the moment I called to place my to go order. I only know that because he told me his name over the phone, Nathan. From the moment I came in(30 min before close) he was cursing and asking how much of a tip he was getting to grab my to go order. Then he asked for my phone number. Complete douche.

Even by chain steakhouse standards, this place leaves much to be desired. I had two disappointing visits in 3 days. The first visit was a KC strip ordered medium and It was mostly gristle and fat and overcooked. On the second visit, I ordered a filet, medium rare. It came out nicely charred on the outside but raw inside… even way undercooked had I ordered it rare. The bartenders did their best efforts to rectify and that is appreciated. However, that is not enough to make up for the amateurish food that comes from the kitchen. To add to all of this, on each visit I was asked to cut open the steak to see if it is cooked properly. Seriously? This place really needs the management to be replaced.

Our third visit after two mediocre meals. This time it wasn’t even half full, but we had to wait while they bussed a table. Then we waited 45 minutes for two salads. Then we left. Horrible service. And the tea-a southern staple-bad. Last visit there for us.

We like most. of the food at Logans, but the service is nothing short of terrible. As I write this review, we’ve sat for 20 min and counting, as the wait staff walk past. This needs fixed fast if we are to continue coming here.

So far based on the attitude of Matt, the bartender, I would NOT come back here. Asked what the use to make margaritas and he felt the need to keep correcting me. when I gave the coupon I had, before reading it, he said it was only good on certain days… really, you don’t think I would have looked at it before giving it to you? When I mentioned that yup, today I can use it, you state I can read and then walk away. So far, I’m passing on the service here.

Service was poor. Sat at bar for 10 min before being acknowledged. I ordered med rare Logan. Came out med well. The side of broccoli was brown and burnt in the middle, like it was microwaved. And the portion size was embarrassing: I’d estimate 2 oz of broccoli, most of which was the stem. Steaks are always flavored great. Baked potatoes are always pretty good, when they aren’t over nuked and also brown in he middle. I’ve been to this location a half dozen times. My experiences have been consistently mediocre. I just love steak, which is why I come back. And they make simple foods.

First off, no silverware. My husband had to find some on another table. Had to ask for wet wipes(wings) and more napkins. Food was ok. Nothing special. Then, she brought the wrong check. Then manager sends message to make it right. That was 5 months ago.

The food was good, but … I feel like our server would disappear for long periods of time, and I don’t recall her telling us her name so I couldn’t ask for her. But the worst part was that my husband found a shard of glass in his beer or on his beer mug. It was about an inch long. The server wasn’t around for several minutes, so he went to the bartender and told him what happened. The bartender was extremely apologetic and exchanged his beer for him. He then came to our table and said that he spoke with the manager, and he would be coming to talk to us. While eating, I saw the manager ask the bartender who it was, and he pointed to us. The manager didn’t come over right away… he walked around. to the hostess stand. back around the bar… The server brought us our bill… the manager still didn’t come over… he waited until AFTER we paid the bill. Then… when he eventually does come over. his only concern is whether my husband got cut bc if so, he would have gotten in trouble or something… he then told us that the glasses were breaking in the cooler and they are working to fix that. NEVERONCE did he offer any consolation… didn’t even offer to pay for the $ 4 beer. when he walked away, all he said was«Ok, well I just wanted to make sure you didn’t get cut.»

Great service. Very friendly and on top of things. Drinks are great and the food is good. It bothers me they want you to put the peanut shells in a bucket now but I heard that came from a lawsuit. Relaxing place to park it in the afternoons.

Okay first off, I must say I love their peanuts and buttered rolls you get at Logan’s. But what I really love is the fact a lot of times they are running a good deal. I was just in Logan’s a few days ago, they currently have a 6oz angus beef sirloin with 2 sides for $ 9.99. That’s a great deal for the average person who isn’t trying to break the bank. Or the fact it is not a filet which is by means my favorite cut besides ribeye.
