Decatur, AL
After having horrible service at the Decatur, AL location, I called to make sure there was someone there knowledgeable about Windows phones as I was having a battery issue. After calling and then driving 30 minutes to their location, I find out that they NOT an AT&T Store but an authorized retailer, they are closing the location on Monday, have no batteries in stock for my phone, nor do the carry Windows phones any longer. Thanks for NOTHING. No wonder your closing!
