Sun’s Tailor & Alterations

Awful customer relations. I was quote a VERY HIGH price for a dress alteration. I asked to take the dress somewhere else for another quote and the owner told me if I take the dress out of the store, I can never come back. SEE YA! I’ll GLADLY take my business elsewhere!
PS…took it 5 miles to another tailoring shop that charged me HALF of what Sun’s would and had it done a week earlier. I WIN!

Sun’s tailor has more than suited my needs. For simple jobs like sleeve shortening and pants hemming, you can rest-​assured the job will be done well. The prices are great. The shop is clean.
I have only had one «intricate» piece of work done and it was done quite well. Sit back, we are about to have a moment together… I have a huge butt. I don’t mean this in a whiney way, I mean this in an «I never skip legs day» way. As such, I typically have to have to size up in pants and have the waist brought in. This was especially true for some pants I bought while I was in Italy. When I brought them in, the woman at Sun’s said she would put darts below the waist-​line because it would make the pants fit better by ridding them of extra fabric in the upper-​butt area. Sure enough, she did the job and to this day, those pants are my best fitting. They have even gotten me some positive attention while tearing up the dance-​floor during the Wobble!
Go to Sun’s with confidence because you will leave looking good.

my bf comes here for all his dry cleaning needs, especially since shirts are pressed at a really great price (they have a special press). womens shirts are too small for this press so even tho they’re smaller, they cost more to be take care of b/​c it has to be done by hand. it’s a pretty standard price.
the owners are really nice. they also do great hemming on jeans.
