Azara Hookah

I haven’t made a purchase so they get four stars for phone support until I do.
Great customer service, impressive product knowledge, distinctive from other smoke shops who can’t handle phone and store business at the same time.
I love the enthusiasm and will most likely pay more to buy from them rather than going for a lower price online.

I honestly couldn’t say enough good things about azara.
I have been several times now, and I always get the same level of customer service: absolutely incredible.
The employees will try to find what works for you in any situation. And if they cant, they will be up front about it. They have an awesome selection of products ranging from rolling papers to hookahs and some nice tubes!
The prices are great as well. If I go to another store and fund the same product cheaper, azara will not only match it, but beat it by a dollar.
The eliquids/​juice prices can’t be beat either. For 6 bucks you can get a 15ml bottle of juice that they mix for you to your liking of flavors and nicotine content. Completely customizable. And if you bring back the empty bottles you get a discount on top of that! (Seriously, you can’t beat that). Not to mention they have like 100 flavors!

Nice selection, friendly crew. If you are deciding which smoke shop on state (and there are several) to make your go-​to shop, this should be your choice.

This place is pretty much awesome. The staff are always helpful and know what they are talking about. The glass is amazing!

I base this five-​star review on one experience and specifically one employee, Kurt. I wanted an Aspire Atlantis tank and a starter unregulated mod and he pointed me in the direction of a phenomenal deal. I wasn’t planning on buying that day but with the offer he gave me and all the stuff he threw in, I basically got the tank I wanted at its base price ($ 40) and ended up paying an extra $ 30 for about $ 80 worth of equipment/​juice – much of which I can use when I upgrade my mod. Very awesome, friendly sales guy who helped walk me through everything I needed to know about the product. And EASILY the best price I could find after looking at several Madison shops. Props to Kurt!

I’ve only had one good experience here. The first time I went, there was a guy who was passing himself off as the owner (apparently he wasn’t). He was borderline sexually harassing the female worker. You could tell she was a little uncomfortable. Well they were fairly nice, but just gave me a weird feeling. I didn’t find out till later that the guy wasn’t actually the owner, so that might have been it. Another time I was ignored for a good twenty minutes while a guy just chit chatted with some one.
They have an good selection of shisha, but mostly of brands I don’t like. I’ve been here a half dozen times and I usually don’t like what I buy. I’ve asked for recommendations a few times, and they’re always terrible. Some one highly suggested their tea shisha. Which was probably one of the most terrible things I’ve ever bought. I’ve also had issues with their products being dry. The shop is cramped and the looks cater to stoners. I’d rather go to pretty much any other store than Azara. The only positive thing is their selection of glass/​hookahs/​whatever you want to call all that stuff. They have some really neat pretties that have tempted me before. I wouldn’t suggest this place.
