Babies R Us

This store is very clean and has a good stock of all the products. The lighting and displays are also great. The customer service was appalling. We had 2 encounters in the same day with separate women and they were both incredibly rude and in personable. They Made us feel like we were troubling them and like our returns were coming out of their personal wallet. We registered and have received over 2.5k dollars worth of items from babies r us and we returned only 293.00 dollars worth of items. Of which we used some of that to purchase new items, so it doesn’t make sense for them to be rude. They almost put us in a bad mood. Babies R Us should be a positive — uplifting atmosphere. Having a baby is an exciting time for people and for some, very stressful and these two employees both don’t understand or care about how they make others feel and that is a problem. They do not represent the experience we have had at other locations. I called the current manager and he was very kind and apologetic.

This is my Babies R Us. It’s the one where I feel most at home. As a gay couple with a baby, you always fear the stares of judgement. Not here. They are overly nice, actually. We are in, at least, two times a month and every employee always walks us to the products we are looking for.
When we were doing our baby registration, they were great to work with and made us feel equal in the process. My only frustration with B.R.U. is the lack of true value. There’s always a catch to the values (you can only use the gift card after 6 hours or the clearance area prices are the same as the specials in many cases).
Regardless, I’ll always head north any day to get my precious bundle’s goodies.

The staff at this location is wonderful! They are extremely helpful in assisting with what can end up being a quite overwhelming experience! We got our registry started and i finished online. The return process is also extremely easy! Definitely give this location a try.
