Absolutely love Cork and Crust. Dinner is delicious. The ribeye is cooked perfectly and has the perfect amount of glaze. One of the best steaks I’ve had in the Huntsville area. However, the real gem is Sunday Brunch. The eggs Benedict with short ribs was delicious. Add in the bottomless mimosas and you’re in literal heaven!

Wednesday nights is Happy Hour all night. $ 2 off beer and half price wine. Fried Brussels sprouts are fantastic with ham and honey drizzled on top! Had special pork rage over white bean and leek filled ravioli. Stroganoff pizza with braised beef is great. Went for brunch today. Bottomless mimosas! Italian chicken and waffles was great, actually everything we had was wonderful!

Had brunch here last Sunday. I got the chicken and waffle meal. It had a lot going on. Actually a waffle with syrup then ham & cheese on top of that, then the chicken with gravy on top of that. I of course asked for all the gravy on the side. But the gravy was YUMMY and I don’t like gravy. So that’s how good it was. My husband got the eggs and bacon meal and that was also very fresh and good! Will visit again for pizza but Sunday Brunch is good!

Food was good — decent. Here’s my gripe. The bill. They shorter my change by .51 cents. Where does that money go? Into their pocket or the pocket of the server? That’s extremely rude and not called for. If a server does that enough times in an evening or serving period of time it leads to several extra dollars in tips. I’ve worked restaraunts in my life, never ripping off customers at all. This makes me rethink whether I’d be willing to give this place my business again or not. Not happy at all with what just happened. Bill came to $ 33.31. Change returned $ 6 even. Server name withheld but memorized in the event management wishes to address their employee. Serve time was close to 12:30 — 12:24.

We have had our second meal here and it was wonderful. We had the chicken and waffles for brunch upon the waiter’s suggestion and it did not disappoint. We also enjoyed bottomless mimosas that were very tasty and our server was almost too generous! Our brunch mates had one of the specialty pizzas and they both said it was delicious. Our previous meal here was dinner and we enjoyed their chicken Parmesan. We will be returning!

We were drawn in by the cute name: «Cork and Crust»! So decided to go for Valentine’s Day. Kinda disappointed in our visit today. Yes, it was Valentine’s Day– but it didn’t seem terribly busy for brunch. We just moved from California and we’re excited to see a ‘Pizzeria and«wine bar“‘ place! So we were disappointed to see that this«wine bar» didn’t offer a flight of wine… Since it is a wine bar. Then the service was super slow. Again, I know it was Valentine’s Day, but it didn’t think it was terribly busy and they were not understaffed. We ended up ordering wine and that came out 15 minutes after we ordered. Then after finding out they were out of soup I choose a salad and that came out about 25 min after we ordered JUST before the pizza. My husband got a side salad with his sandwich instead of fries and they brought fries out as well. The saving grace was that the food was really good! So… Maybe it was an off day, and we will give it a go once more another time.

Great food. Good service. Locally owned. A little more than average price but it’s good portion sizes

My favorite place to eat in Madison! You have to have the brussels sprouts as a starter. Even if you don’t like brussels. They are unlike any other brussels!!! My favorite entrée is the Sausage Rigatoni. I get it every time. So good! We always have great service and sit at the bar a lot and love the bartenders. They are such a friendly staff!

Terrible! Ordered an Old Fashioned and it was tiny. Ordered the Calimari and the breading wasn’t done. Absolutely no seasoning, very bland. I think they microwaved it. The waiter was nice enough but the food is terrible! I’ll never be back.

This is a great restaurant in Madison and one of my two favorites in the Huntsville area. I travel through this area frequently and discovered this place on my last trip. I’ve been there four times on two trips in the past few months. The food is different than the traditional pizza/Italian type restaurant fare and the wine selection is great. My wife is impressed with the food and wine selection too. They have a brunch on Sundays which we tried today and the portion sizes were perfect and the food very tasty. The chefs definitely know what they’re doing and the wait staff is very attentive as well. Menu items I’ve tried and recommend are: 1. Fried Brussels Sprouts. Yeah I know, I never eat brussels sprouts either, but you have to try these. They are great! 2. Brushetta Flatbread. It has a little honey in it that make the sweetness pop. 3. Margherita Classico pizza. This is a great little pizza! 4. Nonna’s pizza. Another great pizza to try. My wife and I both love this one. 5. Pep-Uratta pizza. I was a little shy to try the buratta cream on a pizza but I was disappointed. It tasted great too! 6. Sicillian BLT(Brunch only I think). This is on focaccia bread. It was just the right size for lunch(no bloating afterwards) and the panko green tomatoes tasted great with the sandwich. I’d love to try this again. I’ve reviewed many restaurants on Unilocal and very few get my five stars. This one does and I highly recommend trying it out. My congrats to the staff for hitting this one out of the park!

After eating at C&C ~ 5 times, I have to say it is really good! The staff are always friendly and attentive and the food is good. Why not give 5 stars? Personal preference: I just dislike pasta and pizza,(I know, I’m abnormal.) The baked salmon was soooooo delicious yesterday that I fell asleep dreaming about it! It was cooked to perfection and had some fancy glaze atop. The accompanying asparagus were super tiny, bless their hearts, but maybe that’s all that was available that day, and some sort of beet, or roasted pepper mixture and roasted spuds. It was all goodness. Friend had the shrimp and grits, which was a large enough serving to take half home with her. ½ off bottles of wine on Thursday and again, ½ off glasses till 6 for happy hour. Last night’s version of the fried Brussels sprouts was really good as the truffle oil was evident and present and sooooooo decadent. So, this is a fun date place, a Girls Night Out happy hour place, or to celebrate a friend’s b’day — I have noticed that many patrons appear to be «regulars». Glass of water was NEVER empty and but I had a diet coke in my purse(again, abnormal I know), just so it wouldn’t overheat and explode in the car, and I thought I’d like a sip of it. So, I popped it open at the table. The sweet server asked if she could get me a glass of ice for the coke I had brought in! How often does that happen? Folks were enjoying the patio, which now has cute white hanging lighting strands, as we were leaving. Do try C&C, we want them to stay around a while, at least I do!

We had our dinner here. The pizza was really good and the appetizer was great as well. I just wish there was more vinegar with the mozzarella app that we had. The homemade mozzarella was outstanding. The pizza was a nice crispy thin crust build your own. I ordered the Long Island Tea as I am not a wine connoisseur as others might be and it was pretty tasty a little more stout than I am used to but still good. All ingredients tasted fresh. Great place to try if you haven’t done so yet.

I never thought that a true authentic pizza and winery place would ever come to the Huntsville/Madison area until this place arrived. I have dined here 3 times in 3 weeks already. I really do not know where to start so I will start off with the interior. The interior of this establishment is very modern and open. They have a very nice wine bar that you can sit at with a party and enjoy a great meal from there. The service is on point and the servers are trained very professionally and they know the menu inside and out. They are very excellent with wine suggestions and meal suggestions for what you are in the mood for or how much you think your stomach can handle. The food. This is where the the 5th star on the review comes into play. The food is out of this world. First off they import the flour for their pasta from Italy and make the pasta in house. They also make their mozzarella cheese in house which you can taste the difference in it and the pasta and pizza crust. I have tried more than one thing to list on here but everything is beyond my expectations for what I was getting. They also make a homemade tiramisu which is really good too. I love how the 2 owners of the place are present and walk around and ask the guest how things are and are open to suggestions for a menu change or asking about getting a bottle of wine you enjoy.

Food was ok. Being from New Jersey, and growing up around a strong Italian culture may make me a bit more critical than most, but it was just ok. Definitely overpriced for quality and taste. The restaurant is in Madison Alabama not NYC. Atmosphere was nice, but again it seemed a lot like they were putting on heirs.

Awesome! The Wife & I stopped in for«Drinks After Work» on a recent Friday. Turns out it was happy hour until 6pm. ½ price glasses of wine. Being the wine snobs… I mean wine critics… that we are, that was fantastic. We had a couple of glasses, shared a large specialty pie and calamari. Service was great and overall good value for dollar.

Went there on a whim, with no reservations, after a friend recommended it & we were happy we went! Decided to sit at the bar, where you usually get the best service & it was the right decision — bartender very friendly & knowledgeable about the food & wines. Ordered the fried Brussels sprouts & calamari for apps & the sprouts were yummy! Calamari was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Next came salads, I got the roasted beet/goat cheese & hubby got the Caprese & both were equally well done, fresh ingredients & very tasty. Hubby tried the sausage & pepper pasta & he was very happy, large portion & full of yummy flavors — I decided to try to Shrimp’n’grits & they didn’t disappoint! Creamy grits & large tasty shrimp — flavorful sauce & just different enough from other local restaurants — Tuscan in flavor! We will absolutely be back!

Pizza was Ok. Nothing spectacular. I order the marguerita and it was cold and bland. My boyfriend ordered the one with homemade sausage and it was better. The wine selection is good but the beer selection is limited. On the plus side the lava chocolate cake was amazing and the service was very helpful

The star count is hard to call. They literally just opened, so we expected hiccups. The service from our waitress was five stars, no doubt, but all other levels of service need extreme improvement. We were seated at a booth with a ceiling fan under the light, so it was like trying to read a menu under a strobe light. In addition, the remodeling removed all walls and fabric that had muffled noise, so with three inside tables occupied, we could hardly here each other talking. As for the food, we had to send every dish back except our dessert. The burrata came out with no tomato and too little balsamic glaze, and the bread it was served with was brick hard. The pesto sauce on my wife’s dish was not good. I’m not sure if it was poorly made pesto, poorly made cream sauce, or what, but it had stringy pieces of meat in it that gave it a greasy/meaty taste we did not expect or enjoy. The meatballs also came out pink throughout, which troubled us, especially for pork meatballs. When they went back, it took around ten minutes to come back out. On the plus side, the noodles were really good. The pizza would have been mediocre if it hadn’t been for the mushrooms. I ordered it without mushrooms, and our waitress came out and apologized that it was made first with mushrooms and had to be re-made. What came out still had mushrooms, so… Lose some, lose some? When the check came out, nothing had been done to make it up to us. The managers hung around one or two of the four occupied tables. One did come over to say hello to us, but he looked so intensely uncomfortably and ran away so quickly that we had no time to give our feedback. They certainly never came to apologize for all the times food was prepared incorrectly, and overall I think our waitress should sit them down and explain how to do customer service. I actually had it at three stars, but in looking back I doubt we’ll go back. If we do, I’m glad to update later if things have turned around.

My husband and I went to Cork & Crust for a date night, and our experience was incredible! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed by the courteous staff. The atmosphere is inviting, from the soft music to the dim lighting and everything in between. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the items on the menu, and our water glasses were never more than half way empty. My husband got the Caesar Salad and Chicken Parmesan, while I decided to be adventurous and try a couple of new dishes. I got the Caprese Salad and Arancinis. All of it was unbelievably delicious! I paired my meal with a glass of Moscato, which was one of the best glasses of wine I’ve ever had. For dessert, we split a chocolate molten lava cake. The cake was moist, and the chocolate sauce was rich and creamy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! This has easily become one of our new favorite date night spots.
