Awful service and indifferent staff. 40 minutes for salad and sandwich. Maybe 5 tables occupied most already eating. This is second time on Sunday afternoon we had bad service in 60 days. I would avoid this place on Sunday afternoon.

They are either GREAT or not. Most of the time everything is spot on really good, but there has been several times lately when the order is wrong, the kitchen didn’t read an order right or something else has gone wrong. Hoping they figure things out because the quality of the pizza when it’s good it’s really GOOD!

Had quite a disappointing night with friends. The restaurant seems over whelmed with a few big groups, service members were obviously stressed out and less than polite. Pizza arrived cold. They didn’t have coloring sheets for kids and the reply we got was«I could make some but we are too busy.» Thickest«thin» crust pizza we ever had. So sad that we won’t be coming again.

In a nutshell: Pretty good pizza and a large beer selection on tap. The pizza is fine but it’s not going to rock your world. They have a pretty good selection of beers on tap(36 I think), lots of locals. The bar area is pretty nice, plenty of TV’s spread around the place to watch sports. Damn it! My kids just spilled ice water in her lap. Reviews over.

The carnivore pizza was stacked so hi with beef and ham you couldn’t tell if there was any pepperoni or mozzarella. The white pizza was meah. One more topping would have went a long way(bacon, mozzarella, zucchini, onion, ect…) Margarita pizza would have been good, if the Roma tomatoes had been deseeded, it made the top very slimy & bitter. the dough was wonderful the pizza crust was the absolute best thing about the restaurant. The dough is only half of what makes a great pizza though. the service, even though the waitress was apologetic for not doing things for us on time, We were there for a while and we had to ask her to bring us our appitizer before the pizza, we had to ask her to refill our drinks, and we got charged for one container of ranch dressing on a ticket of 80 + dollars, you would think that she could have waived the $ 0.59 one container of ranch dressing per the fact that we dropped almost $ 100 and had one crappie pizza

Place is way too expensive for quality service and food you get. It’s lower tier to mellow mushroom.

Amazing place, beautiful décor, delicious spiral bread, tasty carnivore pizza and a very eclectic mix of beer. Draft or bottled, they give you a wide array with lots of local craft beer. Awesome service by Mary Beth. Definitely will come back when we are in the area:

Really cool décor. Love their odd pizzas. All the weird toppings you wouldn’t think of! We carried out, so no comment on service inside.

The service was sub-par. The pizza is generically decent, if you ever actually get it. Don’t assume that your waitress put your order in, and this isn’t the first experience here. Try Sam and Greg’s if you want good pizza.

First time at Pie in the Sky and based on tonight’s meal we won’t be back, at least not to eat a meal. They have a great selection of craft beer, and that was the biggest plus of the night. Start with the appetizers. The mushrooms were very tasty and quite spicy. The dipping sauce was excellent. The cheese and bacon French fries were okay, nothing to write home about. They came with a side of ketchup which did nothing but mask the flavor of the fries.(Ketchup is fine on plain fries!) The fries would have been much enhanced with a little bit more cheese and served with the same sauce that came with the mushrooms. They did bring us some of that sauce when we asked, but you have to ask yourself why the chef made the decision to serve cheese fries with ketchup in the first place. On to dinner. My husband had the carnivore pizza and though he thought the flavor was good he said it was so dry he couldn’t eat it without the ranch dressing that came on his salad. His salad was tasty and had a variety of veggies throughout. The ranch dressing was simply okay. I was going to get a gluten free pizza but that was cost prohibitive. I asked if the meatballs had bread or bread crumbs in them and the waitress told us the recipe was a secret and she couldn’t tell us. They did not have gluten free pasta. So, I ordered the parmesan/garlic wings with blue cheese dressing and a Greek salad. The salad had a lot of olives and artichoke hearts, but no feta cheese. How can it be a Greek salad with no feta? The taste was very one-note and got boring; I didn’t even finish it. My wings looked great at first glance with a nice sprinkling of fresh parmesan. However, they were literally sitting in a pool of oil, which I assume was supposed to be garlic-flavored oil. There was easily ¼ cup of oil in the basket which made the bottom wings and a lot of the celery inedible without patting the food on a napkin to absorb the oil. The wings I did eat were almost flavorless so I doused them with the blue cheese dressing, which was not great either. The dressing had no chunks of cheese, was a little too thin and had an unpleasant vinegary tang to it. Everyone at the table had a taste and not one of us liked it. Two of us consider ourselves blue cheese experts! At any rate, we thought the food was overpriced and strictly average in taste. Our waitress was very nice but there was not enough help and the service was rather slow. That didn’t matter that much as we were with friends and having a great time, but had we not been wanting a three and a half hour dining experience we would have been very irritated.

I love, love, LOVE their pizzas! It’s never greasy like most pizzas are & their service was excellent. I am very picky w/my food & in fact, I am a very tough critic to please. My hubby & I went here after church cause a friend of ours recommend this place. We got the all meat pizza & we were surprise that it didn’t come out greasy. We love it here that we highly recommend this place & visit again soon. Two way up

Great pizza — horrible service. Were not even ten people in there and it took 20 minutes to get our drink order taken. Had to go back to the bar myself to get another beer. Will not be going back

Ordered the calamari for an appetizer because we were starving. It was good and not rubbery-tasting like some places. Glad we had ordered this because the small pizza I had ordered was blah. Ordered the small with pepperoni and spicy sausage on thin crust. The first piece started out okay in taste. But, while I was eating it I noticed the oil from the 2 meats start oozing out onto the pan. The 2nd piece piece was so greasy I started getting nauseous. I was only able to eat the one slice because of this($ 9.50 for this pizza). My husband had orderd the spaghetti with meatballs. He was not happy with the flavor. Said he had ate better at other places. Thumbs up for the calamari, only.

I was so excited about this place because I thought it would be similar to Big Pie in the Sky in Atlanta. WRONG I ordered pizza to go and they said it’d be a 25 minute wait. I showed up exactly 25 minutes later and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. All that for just TWO pizzas. Then on top of that, the pizza was horrible! Bland sauce, cardboard-like bread, just overall bad quality. That was the first and last time I’ll eat at here.

Decent place. Large selection of beers and the décor is fun(all micro breweries tin signs). Food is satisfactory, cooked fresh to order and surprisingly wide variety of Italian American items. As far as pizza, I happen to like Mellow Mushroom better but this wasn’t terrible or anything. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good place for work dinners but if you are looking for amazing pizza in unique flavors, head to the Mushroom.

Have tried this place multiple times in hope things get better. Both takeout and dining in, not impressed with the pizza and a bit pricey too.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had, greasy, outrageously expensive, and it was the lousiest tasting pizza ever. Wish I could give it negative stars, as it was that bad. Save a lot of money and go to Marco’s, or Donato’s.

Good Pizza ! I’ve been to PITS twice and both times I got the Pesto Pizza add Chicken. It was pretty good and has plenty of the pesto sauce. They also have a good brownie with ice cream! Yummy ! If you like pizza Pie in the Sky is a must try ! :)

Have been there twice. First time, tried a thin crust pizza, it was ok. Get what they say they are known for: the Signature crust– its very good. To be daring, tried the shrimp scampi pizza! This was very interesting, good presentation, even topped with lemon slices! It was good, but next time will order a more traditional red sauce and cheese topped pizza. Good place to take out of town guests.
